1241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is gunbot or automatic trading robot really profitable ? on: November 19, 2017, 08:44:32 PM
People always misunderstand these bots. You don't just turn them on and leave them and they make money for you. You can lose money too. They there so when you put a sell or buy order you get a good price and don't end up buying for higher if the price drops and yours is still up high, the bot prevents this from happening. So while you sleep if a certain coin sells at a certain price you can tell the bot to sell, in that way you don't have to be awake and know you won't miss the trade. You can also tell the bot how long to hold on for and set tolerance levels for buying and selling. But it is not an automated money making machine if it was they will not sell it and keep it for themselves so you do have to have skills.
1242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTG is it safe to claim now? on: November 19, 2017, 05:04:43 PM
Why dont you import your btc wallet under coinomi app?  Just barrow an android phone and do the following;

...install coinomi
...Import and claimed your btg
...transfer it to exchange site,
...uninstall the app.
...Return the phone to owner.

Anyone who claim their bitcoin in exodus ?

Considering below:
Coinomi is for android users so not for all. Im using IOS.
Im not using Ledger too.

What are the other alternatives to claim it??
Most importantly is it safe to claim now and transfer in exchanges?

Why not just use that bee wallet that is like electrum but for btg? It's n their official site. It's the same procedure you take with bch claiming. Always transfer your btc to another wallet that is very safe like electrum. Next import your old key you just transferred your btc from into the btg wallet and your balance will reflect. You can now use these funds as you wish.

I haven’t bothered to claim my BTG yet, I’m keeping an eye on the price though, if it pumps I will take more interest.

this is good idea mate just keep calm and forget into your mind the btg maybe in the few months have good news for the btg into the exchange market and you can get precious profits.

It's because it started at 0.07btc and all the early people who kept there btc in supported exchanges dumped their btg. On the 1st November the official release it was at 0.05btc and was further dumped till what we sitting on now which is 0.02btc I think.
1243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Laundering on: November 19, 2017, 05:01:22 PM
You know what my government does with tax money anyway? You don't want to know. People should give their tax money to charity before the government use it for corruption or to buy themselves faster cars and better holidays because they actually do, do that here. Now someone wants to tell you that you are a criminal even if you don't pay tax only because that person is corrupt and needs your money for their next holiday and not to repair the road or help people. You can launder money in so many different ways you don't need Bitcoin to do it. Infact it would be a bad idea to just do it with Bitcoin if you talking very dirty money. Even with Bitcoin how will you launder 1000btc? That large amount is easy to follow and trace. Oh and remember you first need to be under the radar for them to watch you like this. Big screen TVs and a new yet relatively within reach car will not make anyone come knocking but a new sorts car or massive extensions n your house will. Same with Bitcoin. It makes no difference what media of currency you use.  Bitcoin is just newer and less is known about it that is all.
1244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many tokens? on: November 19, 2017, 04:21:26 PM
I think it's good. It's good for competition and it's good for my pocket   Wink Everyone wants there token to be the next best thing and the next token to make it big and have direct use. If your token makes it then it will be worth a lot of money and people will be actively using it to great success. Other tokens are mostly for market value and trading or count as sort of like having sticks or bonds or shares in a business idea or sometimes an idea that has already been realized. There are tokens backed by real companies that actually exist as well as stores too. That doesn't mean they have to have that kind of backing to be of value. An idea can have more value then an actual physical object. This kind of thinking is what we were taught since birth and we need to get over it in order to succeed in the crypto world.

The more the coins are the more it depends on bitcoins price i think. But it is good coz it shows how healthy the competition is.

Exactly.
1245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin does not have limited supply on: November 19, 2017, 02:22:26 PM
I think you confused and shouldn't in threads if this is the kinda dribble you going t post. Did you even think about what you were typing before typing it?

Please learn more about what you talking about before making topics like this thank you.

You are right partially as there is no limit to the prices of Bitcoin. Currently it says 21 million but more and more will mined and the limit will keep increasing . Then comes the price of Bitcoin . Who expect the prices of Bitcoin to rise upto 10 times the price past year. Infact now it's even more and there are many predictions which say that Bitcoin can easily cross 10k by the end of this year.
Yes bitcoin does not have a limited supply because many people are supporting bitcoin nowadays, BTC have finite supply of 21 million coins and that is a fact which is very well known.I do not know why you think that some alt coin which have "bitcoin" in his name can change total number of coins. Most of that alt coins even with "bitcoin" in their names will simply disappear over time. There is always a option to increase total number of BTC,but I think nobody wants to that happen. One of the reasons why BTC is most popular crypto currency is his limited supply among other things, and 1000 more new coins on market will not change anything.

You really don't get it do you?

A person wants to invest 100 USD of real money in cryptocurrencies. If there was only one crypto - Bitcoin - with a limited supply, then over time you can argue price will go up as long as that person really want to by crypto for his USD. But when you then have more and more cryptocurrencies, some of the people will choose to put their 100USD in competing cryptos. And this means in reality that the supply of crypto currency is growing exponentially and without limits

The price will go u because the demand is high. This guy didn't even mention this. What an annoying topic.
1246  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: November 18, 2017, 11:20:14 PM
Electrum is best for log term savings. For shorter term purchases I use block chain.info and otherwise for mobile I use the orbs wallet which you can use some tokens like pepe. For the rest of my tokens I use myetherwallet. By far the best wallets. I wouldn't bother with anything else they easy to use and I'm happy with them.
1247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: November 18, 2017, 11:12:16 PM
saving bitcoin for the childrens future is a nice idea but we need to think it first because we all that the price of bitcoin is not stable.
for me i keep my money in safety place and save bitcoin for a cost and for immediate use.

I think it's the best idea to do for your child. You will have t teach them how to use Bitcoin too so maybe they can earn some doing small chores around the house or some small work for pocket money. They can save some of it up little by little so when they order they can afford a car or continue with their investment for a good future where they will have financial security.
1248  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: November 18, 2017, 10:35:43 PM
I never oay attention to this. So much for so called "experts" over valued by who's authority? Who dictates that? Is the people we do. How can a currency be over valued when everyone agrees apon it's price when trading. They should instead say over growthed not over valued.

I think it might be wise decision to add "absolutely no premineInch towards the thread title too. People are getting tired of these insane quantity premines these days.

Yes and all the benefit are greedy Devs.
1249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: November 18, 2017, 10:32:27 PM
Bitcoin will not die no matter what China will have to do, but everything that China does will have a very serious effect on the existence of bitcoin, which will take a while to heal.

No people just lose their heads when they hear about China doing anything and panic and sometimes sell. I have no idea why because China don't control everything. There is a lot if mining power there but also many users so we will be ok without them anyway. We just need miners for ur current use and if China aren't there it will just have more space for the rest of the miners to mine more profits. I think fake news and normal news as well gets to people to much. They need to learn to think for themselves.
1250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: November 18, 2017, 09:07:33 PM
Bitcoin was on the latest episode of Grey's anatomy. There is a randson episode where they take over a hospital and ask for 5000 bitcoin to give back the control of the hospital. There is a thread about it here too. Let's how they show Bitcoin in a better night though because I know some people will blame Bitcoin for hacking or other crimes.
1251  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need help to recognize if a scamer is talking to you on: November 18, 2017, 07:25:12 PM
I think of have all been scammed at least once. Or at least made some silly mistakes. Here is what happened to me.

When I first began bitcoin there were those investment sites that pay you out hourly. They were and of course are fake. But then I didn't fully realize and was making money off of one. After I withdrew my money and had had it there for almost 3 months I realized I better withdraw it and I did. I was very lucky to get my money back. I then tried payverts or whatever it's called I forgot the name. They are legit and paid out. I stopped using them because I felt I can make more without doing the extra work they want you to do clicking and opening ads. I once went from their site to a oonzi sore by mistake and was already making transactions and I forgot I was on the Ponzi site and deposit there and lost my money. I was dealing with a legit site then went to a Ponzi site so my mindframe was still with the legit site only after I deposit I realized I won't get it back and what I had done. I have also withdrawn the wrong coin to the wrong address and lost like that and I was bit by the scamsite etheriemwallet.net because I didn't understand how it worked and I was paid a large bounty in there and lost thousands of $$$ in bounty. Many people lost their eth too. Now I use myetherwallet and nothing else. I only use a wallet that gives me a Private key or I'm not interested. So learn from my mistakes and tripplr check hell check ten times if you must before sending transactions or doing anything with money. Be in a good mood frame. Not when you toted or upset or grumpy because that is when you lose money.
1252  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where i can spend cryprocurrency? on: November 18, 2017, 06:56:46 PM
It doesn't need to he made legal because it never was illigal. If something has value and is traded it is chosen by the people. It doesn't have to pass anything to be "approved" why must something be officially approved to he trusted please explain this. Officially approved by who? A few people placed in power? There many payment processors that support Bitcoin like bitpay. Good bitpay and see if they are used in you ur area. You can't always spend btc directly but btc is a payment processors so you at with Bitcoin and the seller gets whatever payment he or she wishes for.
1253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin random on "Grey's anatomy" on: November 18, 2017, 06:52:01 PM
The popular TV series "Grey's Anatomy" latest episode features at the start a hacker hacking live and messaging live to a hospital the hacker has taken over. The hacker wants 5000btc to give the hospital back control. Very interesting stuff. I bet there going to be so many foolish people who will be blaming Bitcoin....

Oh god exactly what we needed more accusations of BTC only being criminal Grin. Can the mainstream show the other side of bitcoin for once? Ie show a 18 yr old who got started when they were a young teen and now have

all the money in the world all they do is drive lambos Cheesy plz and thank you mainstream media!

Well the fact is that that sort of thing isn't as good for gaining viewers. Making btc evil gets more viewers. The people that watch and believe btc is evil are the worse kind because they actively watch and give attention to nonsense. They entertain the nonsense and feed it. If it we're not for these clueless people such news would never exist. When I saw it on the I just though. "Oh boy here we go". xD
1254  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi Bitcoin Newbies! on: November 17, 2017, 11:07:51 PM
You in the right place for finding info. Go look at the Bitcoin terminology thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=126798.0
It is extremely valuable thread full of really good info. I wish I knew about it when I started. Please have a look. There also various places here in the forums to learn a whole bunch of useful things.  Good luck and have fun.
1255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What ETH wallets can hold ERC20 tokens? on: November 17, 2017, 11:01:38 PM
Yes please use myetherwallet it is truelly the best most safe way to store your different tokens. I just love it. I love how it works and that it syncs online. Just make sure you make decent backups. They give you so many options to backup what you have and it even makes the privatekey and details for you which is nice for saving it as a backup.
1256  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: question about "faucet" on: November 17, 2017, 10:56:14 PM
Faucets are mostly to teach you how to use crypto currency. Altcoins can sometime be quite profitable if they go up afterwards which they often do. Bitcoin faucets are good for over a longer period of time so it is like a long term investment. It's so fun for a while, whilst you learning. You can also be rewarded a small profit after a while. You will make enough to make at least one purchase if you do it for a decent amount of time.
1257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need your opinion about my game on: November 17, 2017, 09:53:54 PM
I think for a raffle 0.0005 btc is a bit much because people like to but more then one raffle ticket or even one very day and that can get expensive. Is should be affordable for anyone. I know many people from third world countries wouldn't want to pay that and even from first world countries.

Adding bch is a good idea it solves the higher Raffles cost problem. I think the issue might be with the fees unless you fill your balance and then buy the tickets as you go.
1258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling ends on: November 17, 2017, 09:48:45 PM
Gambling is like any other past time and is gong to cost money. You have to kinit yourself and never ever go over that limit because that is when the trouble starts. It is too easy to blame gambling but having said that it can be a double sided sword certain personalities can become addicted to gambling as well as any other high risk activity. This is why people like that should be very careful at the things the do for fun and how it can go wrong. I'm not saying don't do anything risky because you need to live so I'm not saying live around a sponge I'm just saying be sure you aware of what can go wrong. If you drive your car or ride your motorcycle you must be aware that you could die and you need to take precautions against that, the same is so with gambling.

I mean, I think I found the perfect formula to win constantly. I made a simulation in dicebot and always go out in profit. In the pictures you can see 2 simulations of 35,000 hands and both went on profit.

You sound like you are quite confident in your strategy. Where are you playing at? What house edge and features do they offer you?
Why bit try play at Yolodice and she us your strategy there. You can give us your username and people can view your profile as proof. Also if your stategy is as good as you say you will level up lots of times and get a much better rakeback which means even more profits. So give Yolodice a go.
