That hierarchy is mostly correct, but it breaks down when you compare processors of different generations. A third generation i5 might have better performance than a second generation i7, for example. Yeah. i7 > i5 > i3 is not correct. iPhone case is correct though. The average consumer WANTS to know the difference. It's not, but would your average Joe know that? Why are do so many of the high end ultrabooks/tablets have i7 processors? Do many people even care for multithreading? |

If you have the right tools (axe, large club, etc.), and if the vict... patient is not expected to survive, you could technically call yourself a brain surgeon - of course, very different kinds of people will pay you to perform that type of operation. Yes, because someone can create fake accounts to vote for his / her service etc. What I meant is that after a poll has been closed, new votes can no longer be submitted. That's the other thing about it... OP is asking why he is unable to vote though. The presence of sockpuppets should not hinder his ability to place votes. |

Taking drugs for the first time is a choice, not a disease. Even if its 'hard to get out', he still put himself 'in'. That is true. However a large percentage of people (at least I think it is a large percentage) will try drugs experimentally. There are also some people who may have suffered some kind of trauma that would cause them to turn to drugs in order to cope with their physical and/or emotional pain. I agree the drug user is somewhat to blame for their problems, but it is far from 100% their fault. 9.2% of the U.S. population according to http://www.drugabuse.gov/publications/drugfacts/nationwide-trends23.9 million people is a lot when you think about it, even though it's only a small fraction of the population. |
