that is real price for first september batch buyers from eu.

glad i have sold shares Smiley

Mine looks good. The biggest problem with your calculation is you used BTC for price of hardware. 90 BTC.
Just want to know where you got 90 from? Because in-order to have paid 90 BTC, the exchange price would've had to been at $70. It hasn't been at $70 for quite some time now so... dumb or just starting shit? Roll Eyes

Oh wait you're that idiot who canceled their order because you're bad at maths and now you're in here now just to troll/spread fud because you're butthurt.

If he hadn't canceled his order he would have made a few bucks of profit, in case KnC will keep promises and really over deliver in terms of Hash power, let's say 450 GH/s.
1302  Economy / Speculation / Re: Peak/Reversal Watch on: August 30, 2013, 05:13:02 PM
Just 1 - 2 days before the market dropping big, we have this large whale buy ( just the 125 wall ) that pushes the price
eventually beyond 130. Question: is this related to the news of the BF meeting or it's something else?
Anyway, this proved that one large whale buy ( or dump ) can't be predicted by TA.
Maybe he's trying to trigger a parabolic rise, but I still doubt he has the means.

Chodbapa, would you mind issuing another prediction, considering that the parameters have changed ( at least as I see )?

Um... $137 Thursday, August 29, 2013

you have to be a genius. you missed it only by a day. incredible. now (30 Aug 17:11 UTC) gox is at almost 138 USD.
kudos

Small Update

....

you are late.

come on guys. do not pollute the thread more than it already is . and yes it still is quite polluted also after ignoring the most frequent trolls. really, read the few last thread pages before posting is not that difficult.

(@fragout sorry for taking you as an example, nothing personal)

np. I did in fact go back a page or two and didn't notice any comments about the update. post deleted

thanks for having deleted the post
well done

don't worry dude, you're still out of my black list.

you've to be really irritating and sound like a broken record to be included.

Anyone here asked for a refund on a knc miner? If so, did you get your money back in a timely manner?

There are plenty of posts about refunds, they are waiting for you to read
1307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: August 30, 2013, 12:27:23 PM
the truth is if you will not make roi in next 2-3 months you are at loss.

so now you've changed your mind, haven't you?

b/c a few post above, you stated:

knc miners are not profitable. deal with it.

am I missing something obvious ?

yes, you are missing that you could make roi with other hardware...

if you say so it should be true then

1309  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: KNC Miner - Jupiter device: which PSU are you guys planning on using? on: August 29, 2013, 03:59:18 PM
You should get a 1000 watt to be safe.  The one from new egg above seems to be the consensus on other threads, IMHO.  Cheaper too.

sorry but I can't get it maybe I'm slow Smiley

knc seems to state that theirs "at wall" wat per GHs is 1.6 W

then as max W requirment we should have 1.6 * 400 = 640W

am i missing something obvious?

1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: August 29, 2013, 01:49:54 PM
According to KNC their efficiency is below 1.6 W/GH/s.
https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-31

sure you're right, in fact DeathAndTaxes is waiting for clarification before updating this data point.

1311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: August 29, 2013, 01:29:48 PM

seriously how many of them do have access to free[1] electricity? 100%,  90% or less?

then you have to take into account that GPU isn't "application specific" whereas by definition ASIC devices are.

[1] "free" is a strong word, e.g. take my case I have access to "free" electricity b/c I have solar panels, but I can assure you they are not free, nor in terms of initial investment and nor in terms of maintenance

Trust me, only here there are more than you can imagine: civil clerks in various offices, hospitals, army, people stealing electricity in the country...lol

sorry dude but I do not trust anyone, I hope you don't take it personally  :-)
anyhow I think that your idea of the world is quite biased toward the Greeks behaviour and as someone who have lived in south Europe for a while I can understand you.

In Greece many people who bought panels now they don't know what to do them (due to some government scam as usual)  and for a very small fee they rent them to miners...

sorry for being pedantic but

small fee != free

anyhow as you've already wisely said, time will tell.
1312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: August 29, 2013, 12:50:02 PM
Having said that you can be sure that Gen1 ASIC devices based on 1XXnm technology will reach their "electrical breakeven point" (EBP) a lot sooner than the one based on 28nm tech.

see:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=281279.0

quoting the relevant table just for clarity's sake:

Code:

They and labcoin have chips (for labcoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263445.msg3034787#msg3034787).

KnC??

No KnC doesn't have chips on their hand, now.

And you know it, doesn't you?

And more to the point, we can't be 100% sure KnC will deliver on time, if ever. that's a fact.

Having said that you can be sure that Gen1 ASIC devices based on 1XXnm technology will reach their "electrical breakeven point" (EBP) a lot sooner than the one based on 28nm tech.

"paper clip" trick should make it works.
or just google for "ATX Bridging Plug"

I fear that it is to late though

Competition time!

We have a new challenge for you. We require a slogan for our controller board and we have 48 hours to make up our minds. You may remember we made a couple of minor mishaps with our Mars board. On our original Mars PCBs we printed: Bitcoins make the world go around! (Grammer is not our area of expertise, chip design is). So we have chosen to open this part of the design process to those following us on this forum. This is your chance to be immortalised in Bitcoin tech history. Please design the phrase you wish to see. There is still a space for one sentence on our boards. The 48 hours start now. Competition ends at 5.30pm (local time). We will decide the winning entrant which will then be seen on all our hardware; Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury.

Thanks,

KnCMiner team.

"Got ROI?"

And price is for one

Still got 2 2sale

ok got it.

anyway If I gave you 6BTC how many jala I would receive back?

And website is hacked sow please do not visit qualityseeds.nl for now

is the site still hacked? if yes just remove it from your sign please

1320  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: {WTS} my 3x Jalapeno (In-Hand) on: August 26, 2013, 02:55:42 PM
if people want to buy it for 6 btc

PM me

i have got allot of message on thread that it is to much if thats the case do not buy

and do not post that again please we know

it's not clear if you want 6 BTC per jala or for both them.

Supposing 8GH/s per jala in the latter case, at current exchange rate,
you're selling at 45USD per GHs, in the former case at 90USD, am I correct?
