Yes, 100% as it already has just look at GOX when they manipulated the price to over 1000$ a bitcoin, we know now it was a manipulation and not a true price or correct value of coin.
^^^This. Gox is the most famous example of price manipulation. You can also check the buy/sell orders on exchanges and get an idea of what is happening.

Wealth can be measured in various ways. Some people consider themselves wealthy when they have a lot of IOUs and some consider themselves wealthy when they have a lot of knowledge, love, etc. To the point: If you feel bored, it's because you are boring

I think it's only logical the porn industry (as well as games) will go this way, but not sure what this has to do with bitcoins?
Well, they will be / are accepting payments in Bitcoin. And of course it will only make sense to do so

I know that too much of anything can make you an addict but, I did not know that there's an actual (physical) addiction to marijuana. It's the first time I have heard of this. We live and learn I suppose Apart from that, OP, do you have something against Bitcoin? I need to ask because most of your posts are negative against Bitcoin, so I was just wondering.

What makes one rich or wealthy is what amount of money/coins they can store. So it doesn't really matter if you get 1 BTC or 1000 BTCIt's about how much of that can you actually store. One person could be getting 500 BTC per month yet have expenses/bills/etc that are worth +500 BTCThen again another person could be getting 10 BTC and have no expenses what-so-ever. Who do you think is rich from the two of them?

Good idea but your website currecydigital.com is not yet in existence and I don't think you have even register the name so how come you have 600 people signup and 1 have ordered for t-shirt. Is there any update from the OP because the website is still not online. At least the OP should post something here. The OP registered, created this thread and disappeared all within a few minutes. Besides, from what I gather he is trying to create another Coinbase which is not an easy task.

The idea seems very nice but the only obstacle is that bitcoin is not like fiat that has a stable rate. For example if someone insure 1 btc when the price of btc is $300 and the claim occur when the value of btc become $800, i guess this will have negative effect on the account balance because one btc is one btc.
I think they will be delaing only with BTC. So it doesn't matter what the price of BTC is. Other than that, I think it will fail due to fraud.

Hey OP,
Do you have any experience accumulating a chosen coin and then the pump? If so would love to know roughly how much you have bagged from alt coin pumping please? It will help my decision on whether to join, the fact that you are not looking for much in recruits could be dangerous.
I would like to know the above too please. What is your experience on the matter? And can you prove what you say? (regarding past experience)

Sorry for being dense here, what does the summer solstice in the Northern and Southern hemispheres have to do with this?
Thanks.
I think he was trying to outline the fact that spring is gone but the IRS form has not been published on the website yet. The 990 was filed on May 15, 2015, and TBF has yet to publish the doc on their website.
So they did file it, but they didn't publish it on their website for transparency reasons? I wonder why

OP, I understand your point, however, you must understand that there are necessary things that you cannot buy with Bitcoins yet. We need food and shelter, and unfortunately that is paid for in cash for the moment. So, we need both, mass adoption from consumers AND businesses. If businesses do not accept Bitcoin then it wont really be worth much to that regard.

Who created that video, lol. Great video editing. Lesser of two evils. The evils for Greece are the government and banks.
Yeah, I believe that applies to the entire world. However I would classify them as the Banks as the greater evil first and then the government since it's the money that decides who get's to be government and how they govern.

@Amph yes i know he did that.....but that could also be the solution: when we have a problem with bitcoin in the year 2140, Hal could solve that problem Indeed he could, however, we have to solve his medical problem first. Hopefully by then there will be a cure for his problem.

So what are kids going to use bitcoin for today? they broke an iphone at 450 USD ... i don't sell bitcoin to this "part of people" ... Don't be harsh, Bitcoin is for everyone. Also, if they can afford to waste money on iPhone, they can afford to invest in Bitcoin Can I ask why you have an English description link to a French tutorial in your sig?

Yes, I have more than 1 and less than 1000 BTC.
That is a very wide range there.... I am guessing 1000 BTC is a milestone? Anyways, I am with you, less than 1000

Dobry den My answer is no to both. Also, I don't think the blockchain serves any purpose to anything centralized. A simple database will suffice.

From all of the anti-bitcoin arguments against it not being a proper currency that i've heard (and trust me i've read TONS) im yet to see a single one that justifies such claim. Every single claims end up being a critique of how it lacks intrinsic value or how it lacks a proper marketcap to be less volatile, both already refuted.
Ok. Let me ask why do we want it to be a currency? Maybe you are looking for credibility? But if all the arguments or critique have already been refuted in your opinion why is bitcoin still only used for gambling and speculative trading and not as a currency? What's stopping it if it's such a panacea? In my opinion, the only thing stopping it slowing it down and mass adoption, is making it easier for the mass to use. We are in the right direction with hardware wallets and cards. Once those become easier to use by anyone, then mass adoption will slowly take place. And yes, it will be seen as and called a currency (by the mass) then.
