1321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: August 20, 2017, 01:32:06 PM
gambling is wrong way to get profit, gambling just wasting your money, you will never get any profit in long term, better buying some vga and earning from mining
You are right but there are some mebers here are relying on gambling for their daily expenses im also one of them but im playing once a week on sports betting and put all my funds in one game only.
if you've read many threads in the gambling discussion so you must have read there's someone who earn income from gambling with a smarts way they can make a profit. it's true gambling is not intended for long term if you are not professional in gambling.

Hmm I also have confidence in someone who is earning that always stay in the gambling. Where they can get it because the intelligence they play gambling they do flow, but indeed it takes quite a long time in order to get results that match your expectations. One of the things that it does have to have is self control and analysis, if that's what you get 100% you will get many advantages.

There are strategies that could be studied and be benefited with the right application and the right emotion when gambling. For sure, there are ways that you could really profit from gambling all the time but it's probably a secret and would keep it to yourself because you won't know what could happen if there are a lot of people using your strategy.

One of those would be how to properly manage your bankroll.
"isnortbooze" of betcoin.ag have some tips/articles regarding poker.

Learned a lot from there, but can't apply most of the time.
1322  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: August 20, 2017, 01:14:59 PM
Gambling might have disadvantages but it also have advatages. Gambling can teach you how to manage your money, patience and improve your sens about loosing or winning; you will know when it's the right time to make your move.
The most important lesson we have to do is how we manage our money. How do we think about risks that could happen in the future, because gambling is full of risks.

I agree with you. Managing your bankroll is the first lesson a gambler should learn to be doing. If only, I can keep up with this discipline, unfortunately, the fun makes me think irrational sometimes.

Offering the best odds anywhere on Conor at 5/1 (+400)!

27.6 BTC wagered on the event already!

Trying to spread the word. Although, when one of my friends went to the site, there is an option for filipino language, but it did not translate the page, instead, it redirected him to bitcointalk.
1325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: August 20, 2017, 12:04:49 PM
Luck days are very hard to trace, because we do not know when we will win, and that does not happen continuously, because it only happens once or twice when you play gambling in your day of luck.

Everyday is a lucky day, why?

First, you are able to wake up and see the amazing things on earth.
Second, you can eat something, drink something and even browse the internet.
Lastly, everyday is a lucky day as bitcoin is going up.

So hard to reach 100,000 rp to convert to btc. But I'll get there one day. Cheesy

I have 100k rp but I never intended to convert it, since I want to trade for their iphone if it still there

Anyone can confirm about the prizes? Because I saw there is someone make the shipping process but there is no confirmation for it
100K? You need 13M points for iphone.
Send pm to wetsuit or Myfe i am sure they will explain everything.

well if you are a highroller on freebitco.in, reaching 13m points is not very hard. Although, I am not sure if it is wise to be betting huge amounts constantly here as (no offense to freebitco.in) they have higher edge. But still, reward points system is a very nice feature of freebitco.in
1327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: August 20, 2017, 11:33:37 AM
Human brain has been created to analyze the surroundings and the facts it already has about the situation, then it produces all the possible results and clicks on the best one. However, gambling is pure luck but it also depends upon the sports you are betting on.

Gambling is really pure luck, even in sportsbetting sometimes the underdog team can win as well. If we keep on betting for the favourite team, sooner or later they are going to lose. It is risky and it is not fun to analyze the game, lets pretend to be stupid and rely on luck everytime we play that is much better and fun

Gambling on dice and sports betting are two different things. Where gambling on dice is probability and luck while sports betting is based on knowledge and skills. Sometimes its pretty much easy to know who will win on sports betting due to knowledge of teams but no same case with gambling on dice.

Sometimes, I tend to apply logic on dice games, especially on 2x multiplier. It sometimes pays off but most of the time, it pains me. hahaha
1328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 20, 2017, 11:30:51 AM
Many gamblers do not set limitations when they gamble that is why they end up broke. As for me I see to it that the money i use in gambling is just 1% of my salary so thay if i will lose it wont be that much and the sole purpose why i gamble is for fun.

Yup. I would admit that I may not be a very responsible gambler as limit I set to myself vary from time to time. But I am not someone who gambles more than what I can afford to lose.

1330  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Slot, Roulette, Bit Spin | 99% Dice Released! on: August 19, 2017, 02:42:07 PM
will there be an investment option available for LTC and ETH?
and the faucet claims will remain in bitcoins only,I guess, too much hassle to introduce separate faucets for each currency
all in all this is going to increase the number of players and investors considerably

At the time of release, all the core site functions will be supported with alts. This includes betting (including autobet), investing, deposits and withdrawals. TIpping and other related features will come soon after. For now, the faucet and rain are planned to be BTC only.

Heya Zod,

Having depo bonus with eth/ltc by the time of the launch might be a great idea to entice bettors to try out the site.
(of course with a wagering requirement to unlock bonus).

1332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: August 19, 2017, 02:31:46 PM
It is ok, There's nothing wrong in Gambling (for real). The only thing that's wrong is when we can't control it and we became addicted to it. Cause if that happen, we might do things beyond the borders (Stealing and worst is killing) and that's the SIN. In Gambling alone I think it's not bad to have fun and enjoy, though just control it and be cautious.

Really you have a good idea, when we do gambling using money that is not our right, then that's what we can regard as sin.
Like the definition you mentioned. I do not know what will happen if there is a person who becomes a gambler addict maybe that is what brings people closer to sin

When you think you are already a hardly-addicted gambler, professional help is necessary. It is a fact that most gamblers won't agree with but it is the reality. If you guys have browsed deep enough in the forum, you may have read about Mrkyle (no offense, plus I admire him for keeping up his promise to his investors).
1333  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: August 19, 2017, 02:24:51 PM
Oh! This is so exciting. I have made 10,624 satoshi from 166 satoshi on gambling. I think I was lucky at that time.  Wink

The similar things again happened with me. I think I am lucky in some times. Though I loss all my btc their by gambling later. But this is very funny for me. This time I made 12,800 satoshi from 200 satoshi.

Well done. Again, there is chance that you can even surpass that streak, but at the same time, there is also a chance of a loss streak. But regardless you can be sure that your bets/results are not manipulated as you can verify them. Smiley
1334  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io - Bet on Mayweather Vs McGregor Now! - ICO - Earn BKB for bug reports on: August 19, 2017, 02:23:03 PM

I agree! there's a total bet of 11.5 btc on mayweather vs. mcgregor match. imagine how much people will bet when full sports betting site is launched, it's going to be a huge success!

That figure would go up for sure as we approach August 26, most of bettors do last minute bet placements.

What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit?

A combination of both. Most of the time, I play just to get away from the stress of the real world. But sometimes when I don't have any option to get some change.

Congratulations Ryan and to bustabit for getting this far. Although I'm curious if it was illegal for you running bustabit before getting this license?

We're at over $3.7M raised!

Good news indeed!
A little less than $4m but hopefully it will be reached in a few days. And the sports site being up would be a magnet for bettors looking for a trusted site to bet.
