Craig Wright should just log into his satoshi account and create a sub board for himself, but until he does that this isn't needed and almost certainly won't happen.

Wouldn't theymos have to unlock the satoshi account, first, before that could possible happen? I guess that means there is no chance at all for this subboard.

It's only locked until satoshi comes back and signs a message or provides reasonable proof that the account is his. Obviously the real satoshi would be able to do this quite easily so there should be no problem for the real satoshi.

Count me in for the PL definitely.

Regarding sponsorship speak to sportsbet.io
They’re the main shirt sponsor for Watford, I reckon they’re stacking paper ££££££

Do they have a main account here? I'll give them a shot.
1345  Other / Meta / Re: Explanation on off-topic !!! on: June 22, 2019, 10:08:58 AM
Somebody reported it as low value. It's probably an answer that has been said dozens of times before in a spam thread.
1346  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stake.com Signature Campaign - A new kind of future on: June 20, 2019, 01:33:26 PM
This campaign is officially closed.

Its sad that despite all the good efforts this campaign got closed. I already told that the Gang will not allow this campaign to run by another manager.
That's the purpose of the gang members, to keep the control   Sad

Its seems the the agenda is to ban the stake campaign or change the manager  ( And not the fight against spam) ?

This is now going too far.  Two of the things may happen soon

Either this campaign will be forcefully banned or one of you will be hired  Wink

This is the conspiracy theory angle. I think most people just wanted Steve/Stake to do their job properly and stop the appalling level of spam coming from their campaign. It's a shame they shut the campaign down because the clean-up they did looked to have solved the problem but if they'd have done this from the start nobody would have had anything to complain about in the first place.
1347  Other / Meta / Re: [Ban explanation appeal] for user Branko on: June 19, 2019, 10:56:39 AM
I don't really agree that that post was a 'meme' but rather content that wasn't properly sourced or quoted and seeing as it's seemingly a one-off I unbanned the account and applied a sig ban instead.
1348  Other / Meta / Re: Why my account is banned? on: June 19, 2019, 10:43:31 AM
Normally, this is the project which is directly involved in the 3D printing platform, this is why 3D printing is considered to be the most important development opportunity in manufacturing. It is expected to be responsible for the future elimination of costs in warehousing, overproduction, and transport

Basically, 3D printing is considered to be the most important development opportunity in manufacturing because of expecting to be responsible for the future elimination of costs in warehousing, overproduction, and transport.

Referral links are allowed in signatures.
1350  Other / Meta / Re: Theymos, can you clarify rules for flag threads please? on: June 15, 2019, 10:45:21 AM
Local rules should typically not be enforced for these.

I think that I might make it so that new support cannot be added if the topic becomes locked or deleted, though currently this isn't the case.

Maybe make the Reputation section like Meta and threads are not allowed to be self-moderated. Would make sense in my opinion because you get a lot of trolling in there and people should be free to defend themselves.

1353  Economy / Games and rounds / BitcoinTalk's 2019 Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: June 14, 2019, 04:05:37 PM
For the past few years I've organised betting pools for the English Premier League along with the Champions League and World Cup and now I'm starting one for the upcoming Champions League.

We will be using the www.superbru.com website again for both tournaments where you get 3 points for predicting an exact score, 1 point for a correct outcome (win/lose/draw) and 1.5 for a close prediction with correct outcome.

The top five winners will all receive payouts along with 5 consolation prizes for the top five people who get the highest score from a weekly round so even if it becomes clear that you are unlikely to win a top five place you are always still in with a chance to win a consolation prize. Here are the prize examples from last season:

Quote
The entry fee is 0.005 and the pot is currently over 0.205.

The winners will be the top five users who have the highest points at the end of the season. The prizes will currently be awarded as follows:

1st: 0.1
2nd: 0.04
3rd: 0.02
4th: 0.015
5th: 0.01

The prizes will be adjusted slightly if more people join. There will also be some small consolation prizes for the top 5 users who get the highest points from a weekly round, so even if it becomes apparent that you are unlikely to win as the tournament progresses you still have something to play for.

Consolation prizes for the top five users who score the most from a weekly round:

1st: 0.01
2nd: 0.005
3rd: 0.005
4th: 0.005
5th: 0.005

The prizes for this pool will be formatted in a similar way but the final totals will obviously all depend on how many users play. I'd like to even extend the number of prize places to maybe 10 but this depends on how many users sign up as I don't want to dilute the main prizes by much. The price to play will be around £25 in bitcoin for each tournament but the money will not be collected until a week or two before the start of the Champions League on the 17th September 2019.

If you would like to sign up please state your interest here.

Here is one example:

"facebook bullshit stable coin, spread this as hard as you can..."

This language offends me. Please edit your post so I can stop crying.

There’s nothing worse on a forum than users feeling the need to announce to the entire place that they’re leaving Cheesy

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGcHNnI2mh4

I will miss you pal. We didn't interact much and I could never tell if you were kidding in all of your posts.

He's a self-admitted troll. A desperately unfunny one at that.
1356  Other / Meta / Re: PM from admin demanding to exclude a certain user on: June 12, 2019, 10:08:34 PM
You might not have liked it but you don't have to act on it. I'm sure many of the people complaining have also done similar things via PM against others. Maybe had theymos made threats or demanded we do it it would be a different matter. Maybe both parties did things in haste but it seems to have been sorted now anyway.

I may step away from the keyboard for a while after this as well.

I think a lot of people here probably need a vacation. And not one of the pretend ones Cryptohuter is on.

I decided to just remove my entire list and get removed from this whole DT disaster moving forward. The never ending drama of this stuff has gotten old and just ignoring it all makes life easier.

My first thought was just to wipe my trust list completely as I've thought about doing that several times. More hassle than it's worth.

1358  Economy / Reputation / Re: Report a Signature Campaign Spammer! on: June 12, 2019, 06:15:51 PM

Ok thank you for the clarification so far. Anyway i would like to suggest some update if possible on the reports system.
Is it possible that the report provides a more concrete reason for the deletion rather than "considered off topic or any other reason" where the reason could be specified to provide more detail on why the deletion happened and not repeat it again?

Only theymos can implement something like that, but I agree it would be helpful and I and others have requested/suggested it before. A drop down menu with some of the common reasons posts are removed would be helpful, and/or a comment box so a mod can state the specific reason if it needs further clarification.
1359  Economy / Reputation / Re: Report a Signature Campaign Spammer! on: June 12, 2019, 06:06:05 PM
I have to post twice a day if there informations to provide to users, don't make my statements your own words for your accusations
Also my deleted messages were essentialy replies and informations after some Users replied so no i wasn't even bumping the topic or updating on most of the deleted messages Smiley

I'm not twisting anything. What you said is plain for all to see. It doesn't matter if there is 'new information'. If it's within 24 hours then edit the previous post or the op. If we didn't have bumping rules certain businesses would just spam their thread 24/7 or multiple times a day to give them an advantage over others. The bumping rules are there to make it fair to all otherwise unscrupulous business would just dwarf the competition.

Well you are both wrong and you know why? Because my deleted posts HAPPENED when i was with Signature Campaign personal text message (telegram). Did you know that? Well you don't.. Now you do Roll Eyes
Nobody knew i was a Brand Manager till yesterday after changing my personal text message.
So let me ask again: what were the reasons for my deleted posts? Or the reasonable explanations as excuses to clarify such wrong deletions?

It looks like the person who reported them probably just worked it out. Doesn't take a rocket scientist looking at your post history. They were reported along the lines of the posts being an excessive bump due to you likely being a representative of stake, along with a few other off topic posts (so take that into consideration also).

Report them as dupes/ban evasion and they'll be nuked.
