1341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is horse racing so unpopular here and a bit of extra feedback on: September 02, 2023, 02:33:32 PM
I prefer football, table tennis, lawn tennis, basketball. Others that I prefer are casinos games like Roulettes and slots. I do not prefer to go for horse, dog or animal racing when there are other available options that I like to go for.

I never understood horse racing. It always felt very risky to me although by any chance if you hit the winning horse then you win a lot. I like less hassle when I am in entertainment. My first choice is football. I place bets, watch football and sleep LOL
Gambling is risking, that is what gambling is. It comes with higher odds though, but more likely the gambler can lose.
1342  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchanges which allow deposit/withdrawal without KYC on: September 02, 2023, 05:42:51 AM
Please let me know about Exchanges that allow deposit/withdrawal without KYC and their limits if possible.
This is what you are looking for: No-KYC Exchange Encyclopedia. They are centralized exchanges though, which means they can force you to KYC.

If you need a decentralized exchange, you can use Bisq, Agoradesk or hodlhodl.

For list of decentralized exchanges: https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges/decentralized
1343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Socialtournaments-A way to stop gambling on: September 01, 2023, 04:13:03 PM
Is this not the site that you are talking about: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.socialtournaments.com

It does not have a good review. Although I can not only believe on reviews. I am not addicted to gambling. I hardly gamble, which is during weekend. I do not have time for something like this.

If someone is an addict, the person can try it. I do not just believe in anything free.
1344  Other / Meta / Re: How to get merit in this forum? on: September 01, 2023, 12:55:22 PM
To know about merit, read merit and new rank requirements https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.msg28856522#msg28856522

l want to ask about how someone can get merit, is it something that can be gotten through posting useful content, or is it something that can be gotten by chance or luck?
If you have good post, someone with earned merit or a merit source can send you meirt. Every 2 merits you earned you will have 1 smerits which you can send to other people's posts.

To earn merit, you have to study this forum and people on this carefully and become like them.
1345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rant: Casinos should hire people who knows about what they do on: September 01, 2023, 08:57:19 AM
Just today, I was asking the support of a casino why the sportsbook section on the casino website is redirecting me to another platform and he doesn't understand what I mean.
Customers care are also different. I mean their work are not the same.

Haven't you called like bank before and one customer care will direct you to another? I have called a gambling site before when I place bet on a match that no goal before 10 minutes. Indicating on the LiveScore site that I was using that one club scored in 10 minutes and some seconds, but marked as a lost bet. I called the gambling site and the lady that first picked the call was unable to give the an answer, he gave the call to a guy that later answered me.

But I think that all customer care supposed to know that question, that the game is provided not directly by the gambling site because I am definitely certain that you aren't talking about ads because gambling sites do not have ads.
1346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BUSD users will be able to convert Busd to other stablecoins until February 2024 on: September 01, 2023, 08:10:29 AM
We are discussing about it on this thread: Binance removing support for BUSD

Since we have heard the announcement, people should know that they should not hold BUSD anymore. I am not a fan of BUSD like I said on that thread, I have zero BUSD.

I think this is a good thread to let people know that they should convert their BUSD to a better coin like bitcoin.
1347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has your Responsible Gambling had any of these Effects on You? on: August 31, 2023, 05:12:52 PM
But my question is, could this be happening to everybody?
It happens to people that are addicts and that are gambling irresponsibly.

Has your responsible gambling habit had any positive effects on your relationships with your spouse, kids, parents, and others?
Not directly, but because i did not use the money necessary and for savings on gambling. That is a positive effect.

Has it improved your finances and helped you stay out of debt?
No. But I have source of income and it is not gambling.

Has it improved your mental health and well being in anyway?
Yes, rather than gambling.

Has it been able to help you meet an urgent need? Let's discuss.
No. I have savings for urgent needs.
1348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you expect better, but then impulsively jump into things due to FOMO? on: August 31, 2023, 02:27:45 PM
What you are talking about is letting emotion to be controlling you. If you are a newbie, you will experience that. Even if a trader is not disciplined enough, he may be controlled by emotion.

But sometimes, it is good. Example is when the market is overbought or oversold so much to a greater extent, a good trader may see it as a good opportunity to open a position.

Trading is more than that though.
1349  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance is Rolling Out Copy Trading? on: August 31, 2023, 12:10:36 PM
It's possible they offered the copy trade directly on spot trading only before now.
In crypto exchanges spot market, there is not anything called copy trading, it is only in crypto exchange derivative market just like I have once said. I agree to that.

The OP could have done better by sharing a link on this article.

Sorry about that, I just edited my post now and included the link.
That link was posted by EarnOnVictor already in his previous post. The link was 2022 not something recent and it would be about Tradingwagon which is the third party providing the copy trading on Binance.
1350  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I see something about markets today on: August 31, 2023, 11:58:09 AM
Well — based on the thread you posted previously, I thought your strategy was to short coins/tokens that have gone up? Why are you suddenly bullish when they're already up? Next thing you know you're bearish again if it's the case that we get a full retracement.
A trader can be bullish or bearish. For a trader to be bullish or bearish, it is market that will determine that. After a trader analyse a market,  the market can be indicating that the price will rise. I noticed that after OP posted that yesterday, the market was no more overbought at the time with 15 minutes and 1 hours candles, but oversold. If the market is oversold, it is indicating scalpers and days trader should buy.
1351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots with the purchase of bonus games - is it good or bad? on: August 31, 2023, 11:45:40 AM
Bonus buy is a good feature in slots, it is the time that a gambler can win the most. One thing I have noticed about the bonus buy is that they are not cheap, but with it you have high chance to win a big bonus.

In gambling, always know that you should use little amount of money that you can afford to lose to gamble even if you want to go for bonus buy. Bonus buy can be from from 50 or 60 dollars or more.
1352  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Where to purchase bitcoin to avoid being a victim of fraud on: August 31, 2023, 09:42:52 AM
The is a new update by Ratimov on more exchanges that have no KYC: No-KYC Exchange Encyclopedia

but most importantly, whenever you acquired your bitcoin, always try to store them on personal wallet which are decentralized for your security and privacy, here are recommendations as well on wallet to store your bitcoin
Wallets are only regarded as custodial and noncustodial, but if talking about decentralized wallet, the one that we can talk about are wallets that you will use your own node like Bitcoin Core and using Electrum with your own Electrum server.
1353  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Where to purchase bitcoin to avoid being a victim of fraud on: August 31, 2023, 09:28:04 AM
These are lists of centralized exchanges: https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges
Decentralized exchanges: https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges/decentralized

Do not leave you coin on centralized exchanges, move it to noncustodial wallet. Cold wallets are safest.

With the information I have so far gathered, I have learned that when someone wants to start mining or owning bitcoin or another cryptocurrency,
Mining is more than just that word, or I can say that word does not apply to mining. Mining requires you to make some calculations like electricity bill if the miner you bought and how easy you have access to 24 hours electricity throughout the whole week.

Bitcoin holding is also different from trading, but you have to know what you want to invest on before investing.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance removing support for BUSD on: August 31, 2023, 08:32:23 AM
This does not belong to bitcoin discussion, you can move it to exchange board.

Thank you for telling us this. I use Binance, but I prefer to use USDT as the main pair in spot market and for future trading that is not coin margin, and also I am not a fan of BUSD right from when it was created because I know that it is more centralized than USDT, USDC and Dai which are the three that I prefer. I also prefer USDP and TUSD but both including Dai are not main pairs like USDT and USDC.

Although for more decentralized stable coin, Dai is the one that I know.

I wish Binance to stop their manipulation, we can see it. Binance supposed to have USDC as the second main pair. Exchanges like OKX and Bybit have USDC as their second main pair after USDT. On Bybit, you can even use USDC to open long and short position in the derivative market.

Thank you for the information once again.
1355  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I see something about markets today on: August 30, 2023, 02:41:21 PM
You created my treading strategy just yesterday, and you created this thread today. Why not use a single thread for your signals. You can make the OP looks in a way people can put your thread on a notification by explaining how you will keep posting signals.

Do not continue to create topic because it will become spam and your posts would be see like you are spamming the forum.

I can understand what you talk about that it is good to go for long, you followed my advice in your previous thread or likely because you have seen an oversold market. That is nice.

But using more than 1 hours chart for your analyses, you will understand that the market might still go down, while 15 and 1 hour chat is suggesting that the market may go up. If you are not holding but trading, know that it would be good to exit the market with little gain before the market reverses back.
1356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Constant wins in the casino for several days, then constant losses. Noticed?! on: August 30, 2023, 02:06:14 PM
Most of the time the casino takes the money. But when the winning session comes, on this day many slots give you a solid win, it is impossible to lose. This successful session can last several days.
As soon as this ends, absolutely all slots begin to take money.
Yes, there are days that no matter how many times that I gamble, I will continue to win. But winning type of days are not common among the 365 days that makes up the year.

Also there are days that you will gamble and win in the morning and afternoon. You may be be winning in the night but all of a sudden the gambling will change and you may lose later in the night.
1357  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance is Rolling Out Copy Trading? on: August 30, 2023, 01:55:59 PM
did Binance just announce they're finally jumping on the copy trading feature? I mean, kudos to them for catching up, but seriously? Copy trading wasn't a thing on Binance before this? I genuinely thought Binance had this feature ages ago.
Copy trading has been on Binance many months ago if not years. Since I know Binance, I saw copy trading on the exchange, but I do not know when it was introduced.

But Binance copy trading is in future market not sooty market. On all other crypto exchanges as well, copy trading is on future market, not spot market.

Yeah, it's just that Binance uses 3rd party services that are integrated directly into your Binance account. If you want to use the feature, you must first move your futures funds to that service.
Regarding the new futures feature you mean, I think Binance will launch their own and remove collaboration with 3rd party apps so you don't have to take funds out of your account anymore.
Yes, through TradingWagon which is the third-party.

@R1dwanRz, can you share the link to the announcement?
1358  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My experience as a beginner trader on: August 30, 2023, 11:29:42 AM
Sure trading is not for everyone  some just want to remain  Grin but some will strive to move forward that's the fact
Yes, like me I want to continue to trade. It is wise for anyone that keep losing and wants to learn how to make profit to start using no leverage and if he has enough money, he can use averaging.

If someone keeps making same silly mistake and he knows it everytime he is on trade and eventually losses his money and it repeats again and again everytime he comes back, what he needs is emotional courage to get on strong and to correct that single mistake
Trading is beyond emotional courage. I will advice those traders that keep losing to use the amount they will not develop emotion with to trade.

If we read the story of some traders, it is always like that, they never got it right even in two years of trading.
If a trade do not get it in two years, the trader should quit and do something else.
1359  Economy / Economics / Re: Another Coup in Africa: What is the economic effect? on: August 30, 2023, 11:20:09 AM
Major raw material might not necessarily mean the highest quantity, it could be an important raw material in the production of steel.
Just like I have once said, the major raw material used in steel making is iron. If it is iron that you aare talking about, you can say it is the major raw material. If it is manganese that you are talking about, you will just say it is part of the raw material used in steel making. The major raw material used is iron, then followed by carbon but which is still in minute quantity.

Like a system global economy is interdependent and interconnected and dysfunctioning in a a country can affect the global economy. Have you considered why the price of cereal has been going up recently?
Do not compare Gabon to Ukraine. Ukraine was invaded and there was war. It is different from what is happening to Gabon.

We do not know what Gabon military will do, they may lead the country well or not. But I just know that Africa is Africa, be it military or civilian, I am not expecting much good delivery.
1360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My experience as a beginner trader on: August 30, 2023, 11:06:57 AM
There are no experience mate Grin you lose  as a beginner to become a stronger trader  Smiley so for everyone out there thinking of QUITTING QUITTING is not the option here just keep learning  till you  can say "Gone are those days " Grin
If someone trade, lost money, but sill losing money after like 2 years, I will advice the person to quit trading and just invest in coins like bitcoin after bear market. Let me tell you something, I have been trading for over three years now and I know some of my friends that are traders, you can be successful in trading but some people will keep losing. There are other ways to make money than to do something that is very risky. So people are not just meant to trade if they do not use the correct strategies.
