1341  Economy / Speculation / Re: Month of May. Bitcoin price guess on: May 02, 2023, 03:43:40 AM
because the graph shows nothing big interesting .
The catch is to get in before the graph gets interesting. We're only ~2.5x away from a new ATH Wink

Confidence huh?  Grin but year that's it as we are 2.5x to break the old ATH and indeed that we are getting near that price as the value now is sustaining the at least 30k value or close to this.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/

though it keeps lowering from 29k and yes hard to stay at 28k now , yet I believe that there are more coming in the next months or at least in the 2024-2025?

I like Speculation Board a lot, My prediction in May would probably go around sideaway at the @30K level but it would be crazy if we could break that 35K level. If we talk on my previous post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5450854.msg62180687#msg62180687

The really bull run according data from the past would be July so this month and next month would be great for accumulating more or doing Dollar Cost Averaging
there is already a thread running about the speculation of bitcoin this may and it is just above this post and indeed that many believes that it will be a sideways that we are looking soon.
1342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Month of May. Bitcoin price guess on: May 01, 2023, 01:31:19 AM
I thought this will be another Poll mate but seems to be missing the chances to vote?
but talking about the coming price this may? not sure if there will be a big difference from Bitcoin movement now as April and May the coming month?

because the graph shows nothing big interesting .

Let me Hope with you guys , I like it when the price keeps  increasing .
1343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid a scam project? on: April 30, 2023, 10:48:29 AM
Focus in old project, and try avoiding new project that has questionable team because mostly those are the one that run
By the same team rhat had been dominating project after project
And taking investors money. And what i can tell? Forget being greedy and that is the main point here. Not to ve greed is not to be scammed.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: April 29, 2023, 10:38:37 AM
Their tandem will lead them together as Partners in Crime that I think the fine is very tin to what crime they have committed .
better that they will be confined to rehabilitation and will let them stay there until realization about how they manage to act with that.
8000 dollars is not a small amount specially in the country they are living and better that there will be a much higher punishment for them.
because this will not stop here and there will be more victim in the future if their horn will not be cut now.
1345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today is the story of my investment in Bitcoin on: April 29, 2023, 10:02:12 AM
I decided yesterday morning that I would buy 1 bitcoin from this dip market. But I did not have enough money.  With which I can buy 1 bitcoin. I had an Fixt Deposit of $ 6,000 in the central bank. And the bank would paying interest at the rate of 5.5% APR. I broke it down yesterday and decided to buy Bitcoin with that money. But with this money I will not be able to buy 1 bitcoin.  On the other hand, my dream and desire is to buy 1 bitcoin. I then decided to take a loan and applied to the bank for a loan. But I told the bank that I would use this money for business. The bank agreed to give me a loan of $10,000 at 10% APR interest. I take advantage of that opportunity and take out a loan. And the remaining $ 4,000 I borrowed from my uncle and promised to pay him 8% APR interest, which is more then bank interest. Finally i bought just now 1 BTC price at $20,000. It gives me a different feeling That feeling I have never had before. I think if I hold this bitcoin for 2 years I can get 100% -500% profit. Then I will be able to easily repay my debtors with an average interest of 18-19% in 2 years as an average of 9.something% APR and I will be able to keep a huge profit.
You should not forced yourself from owning Whole Bitcoin mate because I don't see the logic at all? when you already have 6k with interest and for me that is big enough to start getting chunk of bitcoin.

let me ask you a question , what is the difference from having whole Bitcoin that you need to take  a loan or borrowed money than having 6k worth of bitcoin but you have no obligation at all and that is your full responsibilities?

sorry mate but I find this unethical way of being bitcoin investor.

remember the saying that we must only invest what we can avail to risk.
1346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: April 28, 2023, 03:21:41 AM
No matter how anyone will look at it, Bitcoin remains the asset with the greatest potential for a future positive outcome of events, and if you are looking for an investment that will guarantee peace of mind and stability, Bitcoin happens to be the best option for that, and since we have seen a lot of new coins that pause themselves as projects with good potentials, it important to note the risk side of altcoin compared to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is best for long-term goals since its investment requires time to mature and while you are at that, you can take time to build more knowledge on other aspects of Bitcoin that will be of help to your financial life and how to analyse the market properly.
couldn't agree more with this statement but somehow altcoin despite the fact that it has all the fluctuation which may varies one from the other altcoin, it could give significant amount of profit and even thousand time return with relatively small capital, it quite literally starts from near zero until it reaches its peak, so each have their own advantage.
if this is the case , then our desire and decision will stand , if we are looking for riskier but bigger opportunity to earn then we will be in altcoins (also meme coins or even shitcoins)
but if wanted a safer though slow moving/earning coin then that is Bitcoin and top ranking currency.
it will always depending in our thinking and ways of treating this market.
1347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why gambling and mixing called bad actors in bitcoin on: April 28, 2023, 02:58:23 AM
what I see here is depending on whom who are looking and calling it such ,

There are reputation about Mixing site that had been questioned as they are being used to be a cause of money laundering , but that is the other part and what we are not discussing about how the mixing site helping us to be safer as we are not being exposed .

so all in all? it is not about being bad actor but about the good one.

also in Gambling site , it has been an old call because now? each site required their players to wager first and some are even bigger that the launderer will consider this as risk ,
so the winner will be the site than that who wanted to launder .
1348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 28, 2023, 01:57:27 AM
5x wagering before having to withdraw your money is a bad trick by the casino owner to try to prevent people from withdrawing all their funds and their winnings off the platform, I won't use such online gambling platform ever again. Honestly, I have never come across such, and would be better if you can tell us the name of the gambling platform but it's cool.

Totally agree with you, 5x wagering requirement is no different from day light robbery, robbery is even better because in it, you are forced to give out your money and other valuable items at a gun point or something, but in a casino with 5x wagering requirement, you willingly give out your money only to discover you can't have it back when you want it, such casinos can only be of good service to addict gamblers, not for persons who just wanna have some fun gambling.

I have never liked these things, the 5x betting requirement is not so much, recently I saw a 50x betting requirement which seemed really exuberant to me and for me in particular Impossible to do,
Seriously mate? there is a site that requires us to have 50x wager before withdrawals?

Mind sharing that site name here mate? so for sure we will all bookmark that and never to play in there? thanks.
Quote
If I see such high betting requirements, I simply don't do them or I put that Casino as less important to me, because what they are looking for there is to have the ,money just for themselves and obviously the chance of winning is greatly reduced and that is not nice to Nobody,so I don't put the bonus or I just go to another casino.

that will be added to my blocked site , that is truly annoying what more if that said player has no time or lazy in reading and understanding TOS?

so for sure he will be locked in that site just to take back His winning .
1349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Expect Consistent Winnings From Gambling - A Lesson I Learnt. on: April 27, 2023, 08:53:07 AM
Winning in 3 consecutive days without losing ? well this is something we can call a very lucky man and for me that is more than enough to believe he needs to stop.
though the winning per day cannot be called as that big yet he managed to beat the site for that days.

I also have a chance to beat the  site once winning thousand dollars , at least 5k usd that time , but know what? my greedy mind let me lose everything that day so i have no second day of winning.

the main lesson here? that if you doubled your capital? better to leave the table and when you return next day? make sure that your winning from the previous day will be the only amount to spend so you will not lose anything that just your time.
1350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin overshadowed by economic lie on: April 27, 2023, 07:45:25 AM
Bitcoin exist for over a decade yet there’s only few percentage of the human population is involved on Bitcoin investment. Not because that the majority of people is not aware nor exposed but because they are the victim of economic lie such disinformation towards Bitcoin through negative propaganda of Banks.

What do you expect from those Big businesses ? if I remember it right , there is a person who invented a car that can run using water but what happened?
while in a Meeting to a potential Investor(though maybe a paid by Oil Companies) he is poisoned to death but says a natural death , and right after His death?
His shop was being destroyed , so what is the difference of this from bitcoin?
those businesses will destroy anything or anyone that may hinder their money bagging.
1351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What a physical Bitcoin could look like? on: April 27, 2023, 04:10:06 AM

What are your thoughts on what a physical Bitcoin could look like and an idea on how it would work?
for collective purpose , then there are so many of them in the market now as there are also some copies that created to have a look like for bitcoin.
but this is just a looks thing , but to be a in use as physical one?am not sure if this is possible because how can you handle a online currency?
and this will not be different from fiat and gold once implemented so what is the sense of this being created?
1352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I am only trying to stay safe by gambling less on: April 27, 2023, 03:19:20 AM
why not just go your way mate? you are into trading and your friend is about gambling so what is the sense of this debate?
are you affected on what they are telling you? and also who is a complete winner here? isn't you?
in trading even if you lose today , there is still a big chance that those coins may pump in the coming days as it stays there unless you sell them.
while in gambling once you lose your bets then it is not already yours.

forget them mate and just enjoy your trading and have some fun sometimes in gambling like what you are doing.
less gambling and more on trading?
that is the perfect way to deal with mate.
1353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you stay updated on: April 27, 2023, 03:06:24 AM
I am not that heavy bettor on MMA or UFC and Boxing but I do see news from social medias page, that is where ive get any news or somewhat prediction like Garcia vs Davis which most of those Boxing pages is social media posted news about it and what's the latest update. Also here in forum there are active threads you can see in gambling discussion which you can visit also
I am into NFL and Basketball so I cannot really bring him complete details about these games but what I do know is that you must have good understanding about the game and the participants/players/team/fighters because if not then you will lose your chance to win and take something from the site, because the team behind each site is waiting for you to bet so they can take all your money in the end game.

what information can you give someone like me?

This is kind of interesting other people currently into this kind of fight because could bring a lot entertainment most likely to those people.who really.loves betting in actual fight like in casino but sometimes its has a rarely happening of the events unlike the tournament in this fight needs.some time for preparations unlike the fast games from other sports.
and a Easy way to gamble  because we are betting only for 2 fighters and not composed of team that needs more understanding.
Boxing and MMA is more like an easy task.
1354  Economy / Gambling / Re: Without money, does it still qualify as gambling? on: April 26, 2023, 08:53:13 AM
There are kinds of gambling we play in our local settings doesn't demand the inclusion of money, it's all for the fun that comes with it and it's still regarded as gambling just same way with the superpick game. They're all gambling without or without money involved.
well , thus  that is still a gambling game right? that superpick? is it some kind of lottery ?
i don't know what is this but surely it is something that connected in gambling though
they are not asking for any amount to choose.
maybe this is kind of advertising to lure people get into it?
sorry but just heard it now.
1355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I should wait before owning my bitcoin on: April 26, 2023, 08:08:57 AM

I will let this be my guide, will wait till the Buy has the highest vote. Money investment need to be carefully planned. This is just my plan, you can advice or give it kudos.

It is your money mate so you must be the one to decide and make it happen.but
if you are going to ask us of how to handle this?
better not to wait for that long because the market may change anytime and you will regret of waiting than buying when you have a chance.
this may be a good guide but remember that experienced members is the best guide you may use.
1356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How is the chance of $PEPE to become the next $SHIB? on: April 26, 2023, 04:48:19 AM
slim chance, it got no massive supporter unlike shib, the thing with shib is that, it could take advantage of the momentum elon has presented, but right now such opportunity is nowhere to be seen.
but of course meme coin will always have the chance of multiplying it value but you should never rely too much, especially this coin, most meme coin nowadays dying real quick basically losing its valuation in no time.

take a look on how it moved in the past 10 days mate and you will see how shitcoin this is, a manipulated coin/project that only seeks victims .

can you differentiate that from what other shitcoin does in the past?

maybe you need to understand that Pepe coin is just like those past coin that needs to be taken a look and not to fall from traps.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pepe/

and about the price now , that shows it will continue to fall nowadays.
1357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 26, 2023, 04:10:56 AM
there are so many post here mate and everything is valid and pointing to one direction and that is there is nothing secure and constant in gambling though Internet says there is a chance
but that is if you have all this >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

so better find your strategy, skills and the most important one? is LUCK lol

and also if i were you? best to just try your chance in slot machine or at least in Poker that you have big chance of winning , or best is Sports betting .
1358  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: April 26, 2023, 03:47:34 AM
A little update here

Although I deposited several times more money than I withdrew, you did not refund my principal amount.
Sorry for that mate , but this is not different from what everyone experience from this site over the years, for couple of years of battle , victims already gave up
and just let the karma beat this team of scammers.

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions"
if you will only pay attention here in this thread alone mate (not digging every accusation against 1xbit) you will see more than dozen times from the victims without getting any answers at all.

your funds is gone mate , and like what everyone here.
1359  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: April 25, 2023, 07:15:48 AM

The special bonuses are definitely for VIP players and they can claim back also some percentage of what they have wagered but for sure casino is earning from them and giving them in return but you see players also enjoy because they are gambling along with these benefits. The casino will not always pay off from their pocket but from profits they are earning out of your pocket.
It is given as they are truly spending and losing multiple times that what we can so yes VIP has this claims.
this is a dream for all gamblers to become VIP but only few that manage to become one as the obligation and requirements are truly high.
but I am enjoying my level  in Duelbits because for me that is what I can only afford and this never bothers me.,
I know how to limit my betting same as my depositing .
1360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is $30 dollars worth starting bitcoin? on: April 25, 2023, 06:57:13 AM
I think if you want you can start investing in Bitcoin $30 is a good start, I invested around $50 for the first time. If someone can't buy much DCA is the best strategy IMO.

Of course! It is always a smart move to start small is always a wise choice, and investing $30 in Bitcoin can be a good way to jump in the water. Investing $50 like you did can also be a great start. Dollar cost averaging (DCA) is a great strategy for those who can't afford to invest large amounts of money at one time.

I think this is also good because it is one of those strategies where one invests a fixed amount at regular intervals to smooth out the ups and downs of the market and if one does have some other cold money that doesn't interfere with daily spending it can be used as an additional investment.
i cannot deny the fact that I even start investing in crypto(not bitcoin specifically because altcoin is my first coin) amounting small amount lol as much as 20$ that time if I am not mistaken.
but now look at how much I am holding, that my coins are valuing enough for my family needs in case there is a big problem happens in future.
so let it be guys, invest the smallest amount you can afford to lose.
