Not so boring now!

Not boring at all!

What market? Internet access?

Yup. In huge swathes of the world where it wasn't accessible before.

A few companies tried to enter that market already and gone bankrupt, like Iridium.

Big costs, not enough paying customers.

A few fishing boats will not bring additional 30 billion a year revenue.

Existing telecommunication corporations are not going to just give them the share of the market, even 1% or it, just because the launched a few satellites. They all have their own satellites, and plenty of them.

And revenue is not profit, btw.

It's creating a market that didn't exist before.

What market? Internet access?

Starlink revenue is estimated at $30 billion / year.
I don't believe it.
Apparently, it is 3% of global telecommunications revenue, which does not sounds unreasonable to me.

NASA has way more resources.

$20billion to spend every year, and no need to make a profit.

We might end the week in green after all.

Last year at this time we crossed 8000 on the day down.

This year - crossed 8000 on the way up.

YTD positive.

When a movie starts like that, you know something bad is going to happen.

Remember how we used to say "at least it's higher than a year ago" most of the 2018?

Until we couldn't anymore...

Well, today it's higher than a year ago!

That lemonade stand is well done. Looks a little bit too good, in fact. Makes me suspicious.

Nah. 3x year/year is too optimistic. It's very unlikely we'll ever reach that dashed line.

Support line I drew back in early 2017 (it was my first post here, btw): We were barely over $1100 at that point.

Said "should expect $2000 at the very end of 2017, and $5000 at the end of 2018." Wouldn't dare to say anything about 2019.

Here's how it looks right now:
