A lot of people were saying that <$600 price range was a safe buy but now that it's $491, what do you think?
I'm considering buying it but judging by how it looks, it might continue falling. So instead I might monitor for the first raise and then buy then.

I think this is already a chance to invest in ethereum considering its current price. Yes, it could fall more but even with the current price, you are already in favor if you invest in it. This is already and opportunity since ethereum had been high last year and I think as the months goes on it will recover. |

It has slow transactions and the fees are high, and it is the cryptocurrency frontier. What do you think will realistically will take Bitcoins nr1 spot in the future? Bitcoin Cash maybe?  My opinion why bitcoin is better that the other cryptocurrencies even though with its disadvantages is the assurance that your bitcoin will never dissolved and die. One of the greatest fear of hodlers is that years from now their coins just die and lose their capital which will never happen to bitcoin. |

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years)  and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions? Maybe you are just holding the wrong coins. If you look at the market, there are a lot of coins that are going so high even in just a year, if you have only gotten one of those coins and held for 5 years, you could have earned a fortune. I say it's not completely bullshit, yes lots of coins are steady as a rock, but some are also promising. Its just a matter of selection what to hold and luck. |

You can spot them very easy. Join their telegram channel and ask meaningfull questions about their project.
If they cannot answer logic way the project will lead to a scam.
Also if they have not a discussion channel this will lead to scam too.
That's the way to find stupid/lazy ass ico's  But you're right. But don't forget that tehre are some high profile scams too. I'm on to some (not calling names yet) but there are some ico's that go far in their scamming. They create multiple fake websites, they act like their idea is well thought through. They have WP that actually mean something so they can answer your questions. They have very very active telegram moderators etc One big show in order to gain trust and earn millions. And they will, there will even be token distribution and trading. The only thing that will never exist for these coins/ico's is a working product. There will just be moving around of money. And I'm afraid this is the case for 90% of the ico's today. Yes there are also scammers who are good in plotting their project that even if you ask about their project they will spit to you their awesome roadmap and whitepaper with complete details. Ive seen ICOs like these, I even think that some ICOs have legit plan but were tempted by the money raised and just decided to run away and call it quits. |

I dont really think there is an easy way to earn merits. Even if you are a good poster, there are still chances that people might not read your posts or they might just ignore what you have written.
Well there's one competition in this forum that awards merits and btc if you win their posting competition, maybe you can join there but still I dont think It'll be easy to win though.

Everyone is holding and saying prices will go up again what can make prices go up again ? I do believe it will go up but not like last December unless something comes in and changes the market so what do you think it could be ?
Yeah i think it will still go back up thats why instead of worrying about your portfolio, you should invest more in bitcoin or eth or the other promising alts. When I was new in crypto, (August 2017) and bitcoin started to drop when China banned ICO in September, I though its was the end, but just 3 months later it was flying so high. So, take this moment as an opportunity and grab it. |

Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
There is nothing you can really do but have faith and wait. Unless you are going to need your money right away, it is not really a good idea to sell anything because Im sure you'll be at loss with these current prices of bitcoin and atcoins. |

XRP has been very long in the dormant state, I'm afraid there is no more future for that coin anymore. But who knows, everything can happen in crypto. I've even read one time last year (2017) that tether is dead but right now it's still alive. So, if you want to hold it, then hold. |

Hello, I am new in this forum but not new in cryptocurrencies, I started trading cryptocurrency in 2016 and my first cryptocurrency I bought that time is vergecurrency and other penny coin. And I returned my money in bundle because they have good tech and very good team..So early this year I noticed that a lot of coin is now scam and failed promises. So please if you want to buy any coin don't go to coinmarketcap only because coinmarketcap can list any coin without verifying it well, just go to their telegram group and ask questions I think this can help you stay away from scam coin...
It's so sad but you are mostly correct, there are so many coins nowadays that are scam so the problem is that it is so hard to tell which is legit and not. Although not all coins are scam, but the percentage of the scam coins is so high its so frightening for investor just to dive in. |

The best way to find the market for your coin is to ask the ICO managers or join their social group (telegram, twitter etc) because it may not be in the market yet and you are already searching and find nothing. Or you can wait until it is listed in coinmarketcap so you may see the markets for your coin. |

Well this could bee a nice guide and following it can give you a head start, but all in all there is really nothing that can assure you that a project can be a success. I have been studying a lot about ICOs in order that I might luckily land in some successful ones, but with all precautions I still got some failures.

I still join airdrops everytime I see one. Even though airdrops today are unlike it was before, mostly are asking for donations and some are not even giving free tokens at all. But, still I try to participate, because sometime I also get some worthy tokens/coins once in a while.

Nakakatagal kasi marami pang exchanges na dadaanan para makarating sa coins wallet ko. Actually it's also depend on the project it self. The coin will not have value if no one want to buy it or you can't do anything with those coins. If the project of those coin is still runs good then the price will not down. But the holders are also have important role in price stabilization of thoSe coin. Yeah holders really play and help stabilization of some coins. Massive dumping of coins gives panic to investors how ever good your project is. This happens a lot when payments from bounties are unloaded into the market and all you can see is sell orders becoming lower, really kills the coins. |

Im sure kung sa bitcoin, baka mahirap ang mining. Pero sa altcoins, profitable siguro. Wala masyado kasi nag sasabi about sa mining dito sa atin, pero based on the sales of gpus, I think marami talaga nagmimina ngayun and profitable sila. Just go to some large pc parts suppliers at magtanong ka ng mining graphics card (gtx 1070 or gtx 1080) at tiyak ubusan lagi at marami pa umoorder. So in my opinion, tahimik lang mga miners pero profitable talaga siya. |
