Why Philippines first?
Yeah they are planning to start here in Philippines. I think they will really going to expand soon when they successfully run their services here. I forgot their reason why they chose here but if I'm not mistaken it's because of the cab services here. Just like I read some time back, the picked Philippine as a start location cause of the high number of cab usage over there. I hope the locals will adopt the idea and give it a good support. |

When I was discussing with Onam's telegram admin team last time, they had mentioned about including new currencies for trading at Onam platform. Waiting for the announcement, want to see what are those currencies.
If you check their Twitter they have announced a couple of crypto currencies that they are going to have on their exchange, here is the tweet: https://twitter.com/OfficialOnam/status/1053205751156690944. Counted 25 tokens. Not bad for a start. Some of the tokens I recognized and some I didn't recognize but I believe they are all good tokens anyway. This is old tweet when they announced first 25 currencies, I dont see any new currency added in the list. I am not sure if I am missing anything? OH. I didn't know it's an old tweet but am just seeing it for the first time now though. It's obviously a retweet of the initial one you saw before then. |

It's really amazing video but why only 22 views are there? I guess Remco team need more promotion. I like the benefits which offered for user's. LOL, it's not so much about the number of views but the quality of the content. I shared it so people can sharpen their knowledge about the project. You contributed to the number of view as well as others that will watch and learn.  I guess they are not publicizing the channel that much else a good project as this with a good community member figure aught to have more than the views as seen there and subscribers also |

I like this thread, full of real people and engaging discussion.
You can see that this project has a lot of interest from BTT members and potential investors. I keep wondering why ICO is extended so long with such a big and supportive community soft cap should be achieved easily. Of course, there is no problem to extend and almost all ICO's are doing this lately but this case is different because of a lot of interest/support.
A lot of other ICO's use bumping services and newly created shill accounts to bump the thread and make more visible. This is, of course, harmful to the project and brings no effects especially lately.
Large community, but in this community there are few investors. Most users are watching the project or participating in the bounty, very few people want to spend their money on the purchase of tokens)) now on the market in almost all projects. almost all signatories are related to bounty and not to money. large investors take part only in conferences and read on the btt forum. they definitely havent time to telegram and especially to twitter. You can't be so sure. When there is desperate need for direct communication with team representative, telegram will be the best bet for such and I don't think they will want to ignore it then |

I went on their Twitter and saw that there was no update about the project a long time, is the team busy with something? i think they should try to show the community that it is going good.
Indeed, maybe the Tachain team is preparing the launch in Manila. According to the Roadmap, they wanna start with the first taxis in October. I hope we will hear an update soon. This October more than half way complete, few days from now, we will be in November, I don't think that will be possible for this month again. Let look into next month |

Was talking with the admins about their plans for adoption and how to get more investors, and they seem more concerned with getting their MVP out the door and an actual product online, which really reassured me the team is serious about their business and customers and not just a quick buck
I think the MVP will assure everyone of their capability to execute. I feel that the admins now are more involved in the project as well; I mean in other ICOs I am following the admins have no idea what goes with the business so there is always this delay in response. They have to double check with the team all the time. By Admin do you mean community manager or Founder? Well ONAM Admins seemed really great in their Telegram Chamnel! Had alot to know and got answered instantly! Not only do they reply fast there, they have been also very active on BTT i see a lot of questions being answered by one of their members. Telegram is for sure the fastest way to go in terms of contact and communication. Email can be very slow and frustrating in desperate times. |

True, India uses remittance a whole lot. I also don't see anyone overtaking them and I think they will fully adopt the Remco solution as it will be easier for them. India is against crypto currency and adaptations. Remco is completely in crypto world. Not sure how they can conquer Indian market with their tokens. India is against crypto? Wow.. That's totally against most of the Indian related crypto news I see online. |

No need for any more languages if you ask me. 9 foreign languages in my opinion is already a lot vlbut anyway, I believe they have reasons for that number though. |

Pre Sale ends approx in 6 days and 7 hour's and only 50% tokens sold in softcap as per the progress bar which is not enough to continue this project. So my question is Onam is already planned something about it?
I'm a little surprised. Onam will be a really good exchange when they implement their goals. And the token price is tied to ETH, which means the tokens are really cheap right now. If we have an ETH Prize of 400 at the end of November, then some will be annoyed No need to panic, only the Pre-Sale will end in about 6 days, it is only the second stage of the ICO with 20% bonus. The ICO will continue till 1st of December. The next stage is only a 10% bonus. Still a good chance for potential investors to get a good amount of bonus from this stage. Hope there will be swift action cause soon the rewards will be slashed down by half. |

Just throwing a figure there without any base or reference point makes no sense and can be misleading. |

I heard that ico Securix is extended until December and if it is true, hopefully it can add results to the ICO so that the target is easier to achieve.
Yes, the ICO was extended till 31st December, but it will have no effect on the project start. Securix will start with mining in February 2019. I read in their Telegram channel, that they had closed a new deal. Sales figures are still growing. Wow. More than 2 months extension. Interesting. Hopefully they can get some more attention and investments during this period and it's a good thing that the starting date remains same. |

Yes and no I mean the general accessibility side for basic traders has to be easy, but with some of the more advanced features that ONAM is looking to offer your going to expect things to be a bit more complex

I'd imagine they will have the system audited over time almost all companies have security and crypto companies go over their platforms to evaluate any wholes or issues in things like smartcontracts and platforms to assure their arent any huge holes from day 1.
A company/project who going to provide financial related services have to go through Security audit. And its must, because any loophole can cause huge damage. Fact!! Any form of exploitation done through a lapses in the system will result to great loss and bad reputation and that can eventually discourage others from using the platform. |
