It will be very interesting to see LISK price a month or so after forging starts and funds are released.
I have been scooping at these prices as well.

With access to literally 100x more funds than they have spent to date (100k) it will be very interesting indeed.

I have been watching this coin the last 6 months. Looks like market accumulation for some long term play in the near or distant future. It's one of the few coins that hasn't truly risen yet and is also a technological standout from other coins. It's listed on Poloniex. Dev team is (very) quietly working in the background. The 10x-30x potential is there. 200-300k market cap is an easy flip to 2 million to 10 million. Might take 3.. 6 or 12 months.

That's what I look for personally in long term plays.

ps.. all Alts drop during BTC rises.

If Lisk's price is rising with BTC then it stands to be reasoned that Lisk should rise even faster if BTC cooled off a little bit for the rest of June until the Halvening.
It suggests the price of Lisk is only going up either way.

For example, even if Bitcoin price doubled from here then Lisk market cap would only be 100 million at it's current price.
I am pretty sure this chance to create a market cap of similar size to Ethereum will not be missed by the worlds largest crypto investors.
The same ones that invested in Ethereum.

This is a second chance at a 10-20x increase from current price and from ICO price up to a nearly 100 fold increase to 1 billion dollars.

Either way we will see this year the outcome.

Around a 14-17 million dollar market cap on launch at IPO price assuming BTC is the about the same price as now.

Vox went under ICO by 5 fold and ended up on Polo. I am sure it will see a mad rise at some point as well.
Most ico coins tend to fall to sub ico prices only to be scooped up for a rise at a later time. Sometimes much later....

I was looking at rich list of GBT and noticed most top holders haven't sold much or anything at all. Seems like 90 percent of the top 20 wallets are still in the same place in terms of coins held (minus yolo exchange wallet/s). Some are even accumulating. So what happened is there is no volume now and everyone wants to see how cheap they can get more.

Sounds like the standard cliche "cheap coins yay!" but this time it seems to be true so far at least.


And even if the coin was only on yobit it would not be much of an issue. Yobit has produced 1mil market cap coins up 10-20 fold with 1000+ btc volume multiple times now. They seem to be #3 now in alt world. Bittrex and Polo may come around one day but it's not a make or break thing at all.

Real use coins always get some big attention at some point.

What are the actual number of coins sold in the public and private pre-sale and what were their average price?
Were coins given away or sold in any other way?

I am hearing 0.001 btc per coin as the average ICO price and see the 31,500,000 coins "on market". But I am wondering if all those 31,500,000 are actually truly available on market (can be sold on exchanges).

Just a comment on price :

Bitcoin is in a cooling phase now for at least the next 3-4 weeks. Probably staying in the 440-460 range for up to the next month.
There is an opportunity for alt coin prices to take advantage of this window.

I wanted to say after watching this the last 24 hours or so that the dump was a fluke or just people trying to induce lower price for accumulation. When it happened there were several bids around 900 sat that got sold into. Below that was almost nothing but thin bids to 5 sat. Maybe one other significant bid among a bunch of thin bids on the way down. The total volume was only around 400k GBT or 2 BTC in that hour. Unfortunately this sell into the 900s was enough to punch through when someone panic sold (or purposefully sold). I was looking at it myself and thinking "Wow.. if someone dumps through the 900s it might actually clear the book." It's rare but it can happen under normal circumstances.

I think most people were thinking "hey don't put bids... let see how low it goes first".

Because now everyone is like "oh wow.. it went under 900 sat.. I will put a bid in. Not missing that again".
You can see the order book is much thicker now.

It seems now that Bitcoin is not going over 500 for at least 2 - 2.5 months.
That is very good news for Lisk holders and the launch date at end of May.

That leaves a nice sweet spot of at least a month or so

Staking has gone from 35 percent to 55 percent in the last week. If it hits say 80 percent then only just about 4 million coins will be left on market or unstaked. That is a key indicator for a PoS coin in demand.

If you buy coins on yobit - just send them to your wallet and stake them.

Well now after yesterday it looks like BTC is not going over 500 dollars anytime soon. Maybe in 2.5 months after The Halvening when the floor rises to meet ceiling.

That's a good date. It will be after BTC already reaches 650-700 so you won't have to worry about BTC price dragging down lisk price as BTC rises

The IOU price for each exchange is directly proportional to it's perceived chance of giving you Lisk when the times comes.
The higher priced exchanges probably have higher odds of honoring the IOU.

Yes, this is a very common stage for the price of an ICO coin. A whale will use a large supply of his coins to make large obvious sell walls and then make large buy walls underneath to buy the big dumps. The reason being they must try to get as many coins as possible at the lowest price possible to make it worth taking it 10x or 20x later on.

Price of bitcoin doesn't have much effect on low market cap coins. Especially ones under 200k.
