1021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★ DigiByte ★★ [DGB] A Professional Cryptocurrency ✈ Android Wallet, CoinedUp ✔ on: February 07, 2014, 02:00:37 AM
anyone know what happend to coinMarket.io ?

They are down for fixing some bugs. However, this bug fix is a cost to all of us Smiley
Because DGB is now 400 Satoshi on  Coinedup since nobody is able to sell Cheesy Cheesy There are actually people buying it Cheesy hahahaha

On coinmarketcap it shows as the same price as USDe. Maybe those who are buying thought that the price is increasing.
Well actually maybe it is increasing coz I dont know where the API comes from. Apparently not from coined up.
So sad for those when they learn the reality. A little bit funny though!

Move your coins to coinedup now. That is where all the action will be from here on.
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MEOW] KittehCoin Relaunch IS HERE!!!! on: February 07, 2014, 12:08:39 AM

Seriously. You will cry if you are selling under 50. Rewards halved in short time.

My warning to you as fellow holder. And you know I don't hold often.

Any word on BTER listing? They listed NXT two weeks ago.
Time is right.
1024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 10:22:50 PM

I'm holding. Move from LTC to VTC.
1025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XIV] Xivra accepted by HostDab ! on: February 06, 2014, 10:18:11 PM

People have money from selling coins yesterday on Cryptsy.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BillionCoin | First coin with integrated chatroom in wallet on: February 06, 2014, 01:05:54 PM
How are you guys not on Coinmarketcap.com?

I messaged here about it 6 weeks ago heh.... No one built an ABE Block Explorer. That is all you need to be listed.
No one at BIL likes money?

You would have been on crypsty a month ago if you had that.
Guogao is gone and volume is near zero.
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [eToken] NEWS: 4-2-2014 eToken added to the 5th EXCHANGE on: February 06, 2014, 12:40:51 PM
Do I have this correct :

Mining the whole entire Etoken hash % for a day will get you 720 coins or $856 per day for 100% of the network.
1 coin per block and 720 blocks per day.

What am I missing?

240,000 coins exist but you can only mine 720 new coins per day? 0.3% new coins added to total coins per day for a coin that
is not even 28 days old.

Should be 3%. Or 2% at least.
Tell me I am missing something here.

100k was block by fork, so we have only ~140k coin available  Wink

Also, pre-fork had super blocks and release bonus.

super blocks:
1 inferior block every 1000 blocks gave 200
1 superior block every 10000 blocks gave 2500

release bonus: x2 until block 20k.

240k you see is: old bank (100k) + giveaway (38k) + all block from start to now (18*250*2 + 2*2500*2 +20000*1*2 + 18*250*2 + 2*2500+20000 + 8000 (from 40000 to now) ~100k)

If you want to know how many coin can be trade now, I'' say that: giveaway (38k) + all block from start to now ~ 140k

Thanks for the detailed response. So there are actually only 140k coins approximately.
There is no way to reflect this in the coinmarketcap.com stats is there?

The cap should read $165,000 correct? At $1.18 per coin.

The explorer is in fact down.
You will be de-listed from Coinmarketcap if it goes down too often. Need redundancy.
1030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MEOW] KittehCoin Relaunch IS HERE!!!! on: February 06, 2014, 08:05:46 AM

The reward will be halved in a couple days or so when the new specs kick in. There will
be half as many coins being made daily. Price will lift steadily.

Also today dumpers just finished up so expect steady rises into the weekend.

No surprises here.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 06:33:27 AM
guys I might have a stupid question here... if the coin is ASIC resistant (and I understand why) then how is one guy, doing 226MH? I mean thats sick, at least 450 to 500MH normal scrypt.. x500 R9 290x farm ? for real ?

Yes, why not? what's impossible?

This coin will defeat Litecoin in short time. All the people that put so much money into their GPUs to have scrypt ASIC come out and risk their whole
investment will switch to Vertcoin.

All coins from Vertcoin onward will be Nfactor. And this coin will be the new LTC.
All the miners of the world will buy this coin and mine it to show they will not be compromised by the threat of ASIC mining.

And Litecoin will fall. It's evolution.

hell yeah!

  Welcome to The Revolution

1032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 06:04:15 AM
I prefer coinedup.com

A little slow but other than that you can always count on them. Always doing updates on twitter.
Support is fantastic. Etc..

Oh and if you want to get it under 0.01 then the next day or two will be your last chance.
Trending upward.
1033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 03:25:07 AM
Everyone was dumping near .0045 about an hour and a half ago, now it's back up to .008

calm down people

china is waking up...

Maybe a good idea to show them http://vertcoin.org/index.cn.html then.

Excellent. Now it's showtime in China. Which exchange will list first? Let there be a race.
BTER?
1034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 02:02:38 AM

Network Hash rate: 5009.26 Mhash/s

That is 10 GH of normal GPU.

It was 1/10th that 24 hours ago.
1035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 01:57:42 AM

I should google translate that heh... :

For China ^^^ it's 10am now. A nice read for lunchtime there.

They are not going to list anything for awhile at Cryptsy until they sort out the mess with VTC and MEOW.
Total chaos listing 3 coins at once just happened yesterday.
1037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: February 06, 2014, 01:03:05 AM

Vertcoin TROLL guide

Species of Trolls that can be found in the Vertcoin Thread.

- Trolls that own LTC and are scared people will sell LTC and buy VTC
- Trolls that own DOGE and are scared people will sell DOGE and buy VTC
- Trolls that own any type of scrypt coin that is not ASIC proof with N-factor
- Trolls that are pissed they sold at $0.50 per coin three days ago
- Trolls that are pissed they sold today at 0.004 today during the dump
- Trolls that want cheap VTC and will speak the usual FUD to try to drink cheap coins
- Trolls that are mad they have to do a little extra work to mine a coin that will make them 10x more than other coins in the long run

And the biggest is :

--->> Trolls that are currently waiting months for their new Scrypt ASIC rig to show up in the mail.

Expect them to be posting here constantly.
VTC > LTC > BTC

You want to know the real reason the price is dropping?
---- > Cryptsy deposits went through.

If you look at cryptsy volume the dumb dumbs are about done panic selling fearing they missed the big party.
It has to happen. Price correction must happen.

Guess what will happen to the price tonight? And then again after dinner in China?
^^^^

If you thought you were crying when your deposit didn't show up last night.
If you just sold at 0.006 0.007 or 0.008 -- Tonight you will cry a lot more when it goes back towards 0.01.

I think that's a realistic assessment.

This. Like stated several times. HOLD, VTC is a long-term bet.

Opppss! Did anyone sell at 0.005 or god forbid 0.004?Huh I told you not to do that 1 hour ago. See above ^^^
I told you that you will cry for selling at half.

I know I shouldn't say this because my fellow Vertans want more cheap coins but I just want to
help the few people that actually read before making big choices. Reading is good.

It's back at 0.008. So you lost half your money. Please don't ever panic sell. Or panic buy either for that matter.

KEEP CALM and HOLD.

LTC is in our sights.

Someone took down the 0.01 wall on coinedup.com. Looks like it got all bought out. Along with that 29 BTC at 0.0097.

Now Cryptsy and coinedup can be price synced. The path was made clear.
