Hey Phil, once you get it going can we also point our miners along with it?  The S17 pro can add 74 TH more to it.

Good idea, im going to point all my hash also to boost it,a few hundred Th  Grin

What is the miner info for it?

I do not agree.
If 10 people joined up together on the main pool you still wouldn't get such a large share of the prize. as the rest of the pool takes a slice too.

Here if we team up some hashrate the payout would be much much better.

If that were not the case why would 10 people throw 0.125 btc at a "shot"  at the block.
Why not just point hashrate at it?

Dear friend, ten member with 500GH? what that means? I would cooperate when this team be able to collect 20,000TH. I can provide 200TH.

No it dose not say ten members with 500ghs.

It says 10 members,
with a minimum hashrate to join of 500ghs which would be around a S3 antminer.
It just stops people with stick miners trying to join taking up a place.

Here's an idea Magic,  it would probably be better to start  the pool 10 slots with a minimum 200Th so that way the odds increase with 1Ph

instead of having slots used up by lets say
2-S3 500Gh
3-S4 2Th
2-S9 26Th
1@200Th
1@400Th
1@500Th

Becuase i wouldnt want to bring my 400Th to this game.

I like the idea chillfactr.
But the idea was to try get some smaller miners together for the run we still need to be super super super lucky.

It was more an idea for people like myself who have one or two machine still running working in a team rather than us all going at the glory alone like a lot of us have been doing.

I value the input if we were to do something like about how would we work out the payment if we did crack a block?

My thoughts were if we treat it like a team effort where everyone is rewarded the same it would stop someone jumping in with a rental and scooping the most reward if we try to keep it a fair system when everyone work is treated the same and everyone get's there cut from the outset there can be no arguments or disagreements come potential  payday.

This also required the user to agree to this when joining you know from the outset the reward would be split fair across all 10 users so you could choose to put in as little or as much as you see fit as per the potential reward,  but moreover its about team spirit and the potential payout if we did break one.

** EDIT **

Update to Non-Paid Block hunt list

Looking at your team, how can you pay everyone a split?  Someone is in with an S9 and someone with a S17 get paid the same?  Me thinks, you should pay on what % has rate is provided.  I was thinking of throwing my S17 Pro in with you guys, but 76 Th gets paid the same as someone with 15Th.  No thanks.

Yes, of course I was mining in SLUSHPOOL During above mentioned period. All miner just mine BTC

Slush, I'm pretty sure, merge mines altcoins.  So if you were mining only through slush than that could explain it.  Or if you are mining through Nicehash to slush then your hash rate gets redirected by renters which usually mine new altcoins for brief periods.  If you have questions about how Slush operates then you should be asking in that thread.

If you want to mine here don't expect to be finding 17 Bitcoin Blocks in 2 weeks with 220Ths.  This pool is a great solution for a backup pool.  Maybe try using the main ck pool with this solo pool as a backup.

Buddy, I know how it works and how they share the founded block. I don't anticipate they give me the lion share, BUT please consider that my miners never found a block before, but suddenly it shows 17 Blocks just in two weeks. Somethings happened and I think when something happens once, it could be repeat again and again. UNLESS I'm making mistake and my result derivation is wrong. I think: "As they show, my Miners have made the shares that result the Block found. 17 Block is awesome." I hope it happen again and soon. Just hope.
 Dear Santaklause, please!!!!

Like was posted before, if shush is merge-mining you found some shitcoin blocks, AND even if you found a BTC block you are only going to get paid for the shares you put in.  When I mine at mining dutch I show blocks for merge-mining blocks all the time.

Hey Phil, I'm going to be out and about today.  Can you send me mine so that way I won't keep you waiting.

With the 10 of us scattered around a lot of time zones

I don't want to collect out of turn as I really want to be sure each person gets proper credit for their payment.
Plus gives me a refund/winner btc address

I am not going to start rental til Jan 1 so I think it is okay to still do 1 at a time in order.

we are waiting for

 5) ZB to pay it is to be handled by hiaxis

that will get us to 0.6125 btc

Yeah It sucks to do it one at a time but I  think it is the best way to be sure each and every one gets proper credit for paying in.

In the meantime watch and enjoy this

151  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any working sites to buy cigarettes with BTC on: December 23, 2019, 11:52:00 AM
Got an E-Mail from CigSpot that my order has been received and is being processed.
152  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any working sites to buy cigarettes with BTC on: December 23, 2019, 12:57:37 AM
I think Dutyfree.io is now a SCAM SITE!!  They have my BTC and have shipped nothing, they are not answering E-Mails either.

When did you buy on their site? Are you sure that you are on the right website?
Sorry but I see both cigspot and dutyfree are competing for selling cigarettes.

There are some old post here on the forum(2017) telling that it is a scam and they don't receive their order and didn't receive email too but no proof that they bought cigarettes directly from dutyfree as a proof.

Other people said(High-rank members) that they bought cigarettes on dutyfree and receive their package. Read the whole thread from the link included in my post above.

Did you try to contact them with their twitter account from here https://twitter.com/gotcigarettes?lang=en or if you have openbazaar account try to contact this @gotcigarettes.

I'm about two weeks into ordering from Dutyfree.io, my payment was never confirmed, but the BTC has gone in and out of the wallet they wanted me to send to.
153  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any working sites to buy cigarettes with BTC on: December 23, 2019, 12:02:26 AM
Just found it on other thread here on the forum that use this website to buy cigarettes online that accepts bitcoin.

CigSpot is another website where you can buy cigarette already mention above.

Both of them are postedd from here Where You Can Buy Cigarettes Online With Bitcoin

I think Dutyfree.io is now a SCAM SITE!!  They have my BTC and have shipped nothing, they are not answering E-Mails either.

The funny thing on mine was the tax bill from the state was for units bought in 2017.  I'm waiting to see if I get dinged for 2018 & 2019 as well.
155  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain introduces the Antminer S17 Pro, Antminer S17, and the Antminer T17 on: December 20, 2019, 03:59:58 PM
I almost sprang for a Jan S-17 Pro, until I remember last time I got a a 25% duty, but to add insult I got a notice from the state of Illinois for 8% sales tax.
156  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain introduces the Antminer S17 Pro, Antminer S17, and the Antminer T17 on: December 20, 2019, 03:25:28 PM
Is it still 25%?
157  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 1% fee solo mining USA/DE 253 blocks solved! on: November 01, 2019, 06:06:09 PM
Was it a nh rental?

nh stands for Nice Hash, a rent service, just try to google it and you will find it.

I know. I asked if he used it for the rental. Its not the only rental service.  Wink

I used NH for mine!!

So I thought I would give the lottery a try today.  Enabled my NiceHash account and when I place an order I get a red message that User order temporary locked.  What does this mean and why can't I place an order?

That happened to me and I had to contact support. Took them a couple of days, but they fixed it. No idea why it happened.

OK so I said screw it.  IF they don't want my 12PH rental I'll put the BTC back in my wallet.  Low and behold, my withdrawals are locked as well.  Seems that if you add F2A or change your password everything is locked for 7 days.
That friggan' SUCKS!!  So much for my 12PH rental and my BTC that is now locked there for a week.

I was able to rent here is rental

Seems the issue is I updated my password and added F2A.  That locks your account for 7 days.

Did you contact support? They took care of my issue in 2 days.

Yes, they are working on it (maybe)
