1021  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Pywallet 2.2: manage your wallet [Update required] on: June 17, 2017, 07:51:18 PM
Have you tried to import the keys you have found?
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [POOL] Solo Mining - Many Coins Including The Big 3: Bitcoin Litecoin Zetacoin on: June 17, 2017, 01:54:21 AM
I gave this pool a try before I read this thread.  Mining DEM, 29 blocks found (and Paid), 9 orphans.  But all blocks were paid.
1023  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Pywallet 2.2: manage your wallet [Update required] on: June 16, 2017, 10:44:50 AM
Could anyone help? I did a photorec recovery of all .dat files from an old drive and put them on a flash drive. The pywallet recovery process gets this far but then just quits:

"Read 16.4 Go in 42.0 minutes

Found 21 possible wallets
Found 5850 possible encrypted keys
Found 843 possible unencrypted keys

Possible wallet #1
    with passphrase #1 "

It just quits there. It does produce a pywallet_partial_recovery_xxx.dat file, but I cannot dump it or load it with any litecoin client.

Any assistance would be very appreciated.

^bump

at the end of your command line use a >text.txt
this will dump the info to a text file.  You have to know what questions is asks because the screen doesn't echo.
1024  Economy / Service Discussion / Question about hosting datacenters on: June 13, 2017, 08:41:56 PM
OK I have 4 Antminer R4s, thinking about sending them to a data center.  But all the ones I look at it would cost $120-$150 per miner per month.  How do you house these in a data center when the cost of hosting is no where near what the miners bring in?

Do you know if IMACredit is worth getting into? I think I would do ok there, but not sure if its worth it

BitCoinTalk search is a great feature.  We here are mining BTC!!

What kind of software would you recommend and what currency with this setup?
At the risk of sounding harsh, I'd recommend a new setup. With specs like that, you're likely to not find anything that pays you more than you pay in electric to do it.  Sad

Hell I have 2 R4's and unless it's a good day I barley break even!!

Look at the Claymore miners, and look in the ALT coin section.  Your setup is just a waste of electric on bitcoin.  Maybe ZCash or something like there.  Also look at Cryptonight algo coins.

I'm really new at this. Is it possible in any way with a PC, to farm BTC and get rewarded step by step and not only if I "Hit the lottery"?

What is your mining hardware?  CPU/GPU/ASIC?  Many pools won't let you mine BTC with anything other than ASICs.  If you are using GPUs you may want to consider mining ALT coins and trading them for BTC.
1029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 NefariousCoin 🚀 NEF 🚀 PoW/PoS 🚀 on: June 07, 2017, 08:14:39 PM
Too much coin supply. Almost 20% premined. Inactive Dev, no attractive bounties. Whats the point of premine.....just to dump the market for few BTC?

finally someone realize the SCAM

Just like 99% of the ALT COINS out there!!

Hi Kano, too lazy to look thru 1300+ pages, but does the blockfinder get a bonus?
No.
All it does is increase variance.

Thanks!!

I'm not sure what wallet you are using that would charge you to receive the payouts, but I suggest you change if that is the case.

The payouts I send are zero fee and I charge no fees to send the block payouts.

Mh, all right, if you say so I believe you and have another go at it. Maybe I simply misunderstood something in the wallet.

Thanks again for the answers.
Be aware that the order you see them arrive in your wallet will not exactly match the block order.
When a bunch of payouts are confirmed at the same time (yeah like coconuts ... a bunch Smiley ) the order of that bunch will be random.

Bunches are GOOD!!!!  Cheesy

Where is Dev and where is the next airdrop? Very needless Coin, now I don't know if I can sell of the shit that was airdropped time ago.

You are out nothing, you got it for free and it's not worth anything..  So quit your bitching!!

This is playing out just like those old mysteries, same kind of dialog, people are all invited to a party and keep wondering what the host is up to.

Maybe someone should msg the OP with just "Knock, Knock" in the title line.

I just don't understand why he missed the deadline he promised.  Maybe something happened to him that he couldn't foresee, like an accident, etc.

or like he sold off the rest of the riddle and bolted!!!

I wonder how long it's been mining before it hit!  CONGRATS!!!

I'll let it run and add the others when the power supplies come in!!

I guess the hardest part is not pulling them to put them on -ck's  solo pool!!  Cheesy

Is it worth mining on the pool with 8.5 Th?  1st payout was a whole 25 cents!!  Is mining some other shit coin a better use of my miners.  BTW waiting for power supplies to put another 17 Th on line.  Then it might be worth mining here.

Other than looking here, how does someone know if they hit a block?
(I know they could check their address at blockchain, I mean is there any other way?)

If you are using Windows you get a popup if your wallet is open, and there is no better feeling than seeing that little window!!

@RiddleToken Any updates? 450 Airdrop is 3 days late now?

I don't think if @RiddleToken was running away w/ the dump that they'd bother to post on this thread any more, but they did... so perhaps there's still hope yet.

Right now Riddle is sitting at 10 SATs and no one is buying!!  Almost time to stick a fork in it.

Why aren't the addresses with the funds being shown?

Can we actually check if they did indeed collect the amounts they say they did?

requoting since no one seems to want to answer this very legitimate questions.

Every time I asked the post has gotten deleted.
