Yes I understand the picture you are trying to paint here, although I agree that the whales who bought bitcoin in large quantities then can easily dictate the movement of bitcoin price but I beg to disagree that it's same as having asserting full control over Cryptocurrency.

Personally, I 'm of the opinion that the more bearish the market the more interesting it is.
Without bearish market there would be no one making profits.
Since bearish market preceeds bullish market condition, the best thing to do instead of comtemplating leaving Cryptocurrency is taking advantage of the market by filling your bags and then sit back ,relax and wait for market recovery which will definitely happen and then take profits.

I am sure so many fake coins and projects would be hiding behind these celebrates shilling their coins and defrauding unsuspecting investors. On a close look, I do not want to believe that these celebrities ate aware that the coins being shilled are shit coins .
So we should cut them some slack until it's proven that they ate aware.

I can relate perfectly.
It's been observed that some of this ico team members have no clear cut understanding about the project they brought into the market space, and all they care about is how to get funding from the public and at the end abandon any further development of the projects as stated in their white paper.

Cryptocurrency market is highly speculative and so news whether fake or genuine affects the market positively or negatively.
That is why it is important that we maintain a positive attitude at all times and shun brandishing of fake because it affects the market which affects prices too.

The truth is that bitcoin will no longer be bitcoin without it's feature of volatility.
The market will not even be interesting again, as it will just be like paper money.
I am sure that so many would even leave the Cryptocurrency space should this happen because they stand no chance of making profit just like you pointed out.

The major problem of bitcoin now which is seen to be decreasing adoption rate is the issue of volatility.
Volatility is a great turn off to institutional investors as well as individuals.
Again, bitcoin is not in any going to replace Fiat as their functions differs from other.

I'm so sorry about your loss but I would suggest you do not dwell too long on mourning the loss.
When you dwell too much on your past mistakes or loss, the likely hood of you missing out on other opportunities is high.
So pick up yourself and move on.
Try using small money if you have to start trading again ...you could recover your loss.
Although it may not be so quickly but I believe with the right mentality, you would recover.

It depends on the level of your risk taking.
Personally, I would invest all $10000 but definitely not on one coin.
I adhere strictly to the principle of diversification when investing.
So technically, I would invest in etheruem, Ont, Rpm and waves.

NASDAQ getting involved in cryptocurrency says a lot of what the future of cryptocurrency exchanges will look like .
It is a welcomed development which could even increase user participation in cryptocurrency and support massive adoption.
Potential investors would be attracted too

Personally, I prefer the bitcointalk bounties because it's transparent just like you said. A hunter can just to the bitcointalk bounty thread and check up his status on the spreadsheet.
There is no secrecy what's over unlike what obtains in managers bounty.
The advantage that the manager bouties have over bitcointalk bounties is that the reward may be higher because of less participation from hunters.

Of a truth the prevailing market condition is frustrating and discouraging but guess I'm not afraid because I have confidence in the Cryptocurrency market.
I know the the prevailing market conditions will not last forever

This is a welcomed development for Cryptocurrency .
I wish I can get something like this or enterprenuers and stores in my country would start accepting bitcoin for the exchange of goods and services.
It would really drive up the adoption rate of the blockchain .
It would make it easy for people to own Cryptocurrency effortlessly and afford those who have bitcoin the opportunity to buy with it.

I believe that as far as the Cryptocurrency structure remains decentralized and the volatility nature is still in play, there will always be but run
