141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin and the path on: August 23, 2014, 05:47:56 AM
With Bitcoin for some the path is uncertain.

I have walked the cosmic mind in all tenses. The path has, is and always will be ready.

But the masses do not see this and still fall for the con of the few the banks of old. But can you believe these banks are a symptom of a greater problem?

As long as people refuse to let go of there worldly desires they will be attached and chained to this world. If they can not free themselves as I have how can they reach freedom?

I bring this message to all let go of desire and attachment, flow with the cosmos.

Only then can you truly understand the cosmic purpose of Bitcoin.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an Altcoin on: August 22, 2014, 10:02:39 PM
Bitcoin isn't an alternative to Peercoin.. Peer coin is an alternative to Bitcoin.

Do you know what the word alternate means?
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an Altcoin on: August 22, 2014, 09:46:53 PM
cryptopath the under 18yo kid that doesnt think before he posts, has yet again started another topic that has no purpose but to make him look worse then people already believe he is.

..  mods please lock these boring and pointless topics that make no sense and offer nothing insightful

Exactly what I expected once you have no way to argue with my irrefutable facts you try to change the subject with completely irrelevant information and then try to call in the mods to help you.

Use your head for once man, you might learn a thing or two.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin is an Altcoin on: August 22, 2014, 09:19:05 PM
Bitcoin is an altcoin to Peercoin and Peercoin is an altcoin to Bitcoin.

Do all of you understand what "alt" means? It stands for alternate.

So when shown some new technology in crypto I get annoyed when people go, oh it's just another alternate.

Bitcoin is also an alternate to other technologies.  I hate how all of you are acting like the current bitcoin protocol is the end all be all project in the crypto scene. Satoshi brought true innovation and all of you are acting like there can't be any more for some reason.

So please next time something innovative is made don't just go, oh that's just another altcoin. Actually use your heads and look at the technology for what it's worth.

This idiotic thought process that some of you posses is exactly why a lot of you and a lot of people didn't get in early on Bitcoin. Because when faced with something new your underdeveloped/underpowered brains don't know how to process everything and you immediately call scam or fail on what you can't understand.
145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin 2.0 ~ The Stock Market of Tomorrow on: August 22, 2014, 12:19:41 AM
I have tried to get the Bitcoin community/devs into decentralized dns, decentralized shares, new innovative ideas in general so many times. But every time they shoot down the idea.

2.0 crypto currencies like Bitshares and NXT aren't just currencies they use the technology Satoshi brought a long to do so much more. A decentralized entity were literally anything is possible.

Bitshares X and NXT are in my eyes the most innovative 2.0 cryptos along with Namecoin (maybe).

Many people are wondering why Bitcoin has been on the decline for almost a year.

I'm sorry but most people don't look to invest in just "currencies". Shares are a much more attractive thing to invest in because unlike Bitcoin they're not all speculation. If Bitcoin implemented something like a decentralized stock system I believe the price would skyrocket.

Average daily trading on the NYSE in 2013 was $169 billion. That's 25 times bigger then the entire Market cap of Bitcoin. Think about that the New York Stock Exchange trades the entire Market cap of Bitcoin multiplied by 25 DAILY.

If Bitcoin became the stock Market 2.0 similar to how it's already money 2.0 we would see another massive rise in price.

However this hindering of innovation that I have seen all to often with the leading devs of Bitcoin is why I believe something like this is not possible. That is why I am taking it upon myself to create the stock Market 2.0 and implement it in the official Bitcoin Protocol if that is the version the users decide to wish. Anyone interested is free to join in on this seeing as how in the end it is open source anyway.

However if this project is still met with distaste from the Bitcoin community I will create a separate decentralized stock system to stand on its own.

Bitcoin is already in the top 10 payment systems in the world, imagine if the same were true for stock markets.

146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RST] [RESET] The Fair Distribution, Privacy-Centric Cryptocurrency. on: August 21, 2014, 08:22:40 PM
If this is "privacy-centric" how is it different and better then all the other anonymous coins?
147  Other / Meta / Re: Activity levels. on: August 20, 2014, 01:33:07 AM
So I've got 18 activity today, I thought it was capped at 14/2 weeks?

Only started posting yesterday.

Can someone explain this to me as well.

If I post once every 2 weeks and if I post twenty times every 2 weeks, will I get 14 activity either way?

Yesterday was another 2 week period and today was a new 2 week period. So even if you only posted yesterday and today but still had atleast 28 posts you would get 28 activity.

So if you post at least once every 2 weeks think of it like this you have "14 activity potential". So even if you only post once every 2 weeks for 20 weeks you have 10 activity. but if you all of a sudden get really activity one week and make 200 posts you will reach your full "activity potential" of 140.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is PoS dead? on: August 20, 2014, 12:14:45 AM
Pos and Pow both have many cons. A new system would do good.
149  Other / Meta / Re: I was stalked online to this forum. on: August 19, 2014, 03:42:05 AM
Wait, so you asked for a loab a few months back, yet now you still cant afford to pay your medical bills. How the hell would you have paid it back if you cant afford shit right now? Also, why doesnt any american get health insurance?Huh?

You need to pay attention to what I type, and go through this thread. I"m not answering the collateral part whcih ive explained 3 times in this thread alone, again your relying on vods reputation and not the facts.

At first if you do your research instead of asking stupid questions. I posted a thread for partners to get my poker site off the ground some months back to maybe where I can get my teeth fixed, pay for my moms diabetic retinapathy treatments etc. Then when he got my site loan blocked saying I was a scammer again libel things he cannot prove yet still sais them and this forum allows good business's owned and operated by good people to be ruined. So when he said I was a scammer I felt defeated and asked for loan for 2 dental implants.

You need to shut the fuck up and sit back and stop judging and you need to read between the lines here. Again Im not going intot he collateral aspect of it ive explained. Your looking for any kind of dirt on me to fucking make VOD look innocent here.
Well fuck that. I'm not quitting I'm going to fight for whats right, and if he's not removed then the upstairs here is favoring him . And if what he sais is true owning the forum nothing will come of it and actions outside of this forum will be taken.

You said he got your site loan "blocked" implying that anyone was actually going to give you a loan in the first place. Sorry man but you had a fairly newbie account offering no collateral and you were asking for a fairly large loan and on top of that you had no real way to pay anything back.

This is an honest question. Did you honestly believe anyone would give you the loan? If you did I honestly believe you when you say you have mental problems.
150  Other / Meta / Re: What would happen if you donate 50 bitcoin to the forum these days? on: August 19, 2014, 03:37:02 AM
I think the real answer came up in this thread - no one is ever going to be VIP again at the current price. We can talk semantics all we want but its a dead mechanism. The last but one person donated over a year ago, and the last person some time before between then and now.

Same thing has happened on the generic donate address, bar the odd huge transaction which doesnt look like a donation. I saw the same thing actually. Donations were maybe $100 a month, but immediately went to 0 as soon as the price went up.

Yes this is also what I was going to get to. Btc being at the price it's at it's very unlikely anyone will be purchasing VIP or even donator status.

And it's kind of shitty because VIP members get some cool abilities but at the same time it doesn't justify 50 btc at the current price. A couple of years ago yes but today it's completely out of the question.

The 50 bitcoin rule to become a vip was made a while ago when bitcoins weren't this valuable. But now their much more valuable so what exactly would happen if someone donated 50 bitcoin these days?
153  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: August 18, 2014, 03:32:12 AM
I tend to trust BitcoinEXpress's intentions, and I think that he would be reasonably impartial, but I'm not convinced that the altcoin section needs more moderation, and I'm not convinced that BitcoinEXpress would be the best possible moderator there in any case.

Thank you Theymos for thinking logically.

I also have irrefutable evidence that BitcoinExpress's plee to become mod of the alt section was a plan orchestrated by Operation Shitcoin Cleanout.

BitcoinExpress I know you to be the slimy rodent that you are but know this, a criminal like you has to be lucky all the time to get away from me. But a detective like me only has to be lucky once to catch your slimy ass and slam you down into the hole you crawled out of.

155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi was assassinated by The Bitcoin Foundation? New evidence coming in on: August 17, 2014, 06:17:35 PM
firstly evidence of autumns suicide is not foundation based. but instead MTGOX based. it has been presumed that her business invested big into mtgox, and then mtgox tanked and she was the one left with the blame. (wouldnt you contemplate suicide if you lost millions of your clients money overnight that was not insured, especially if the clients never knew it was sent to a exchange that was meant for swapping game cards)

now drawing a line in that plot

even though i dislike the latest drama of the bitcoin foundation rigging the votes to allow a scumbag into their ranks. atleast i can put personal issues aside and grasp reality.

Rigging votes? Simply not true. I ran the election...I am the primary source to refute this. It's FUD.

How do you explain the 100k that TBF said KNC paid to be able to vote for Brock. When there is no proof they paid the 100k on the blockchain?
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi was murdered? New evidence coming in on: August 17, 2014, 06:15:35 PM
...What are your thoughts on this?

cryptopaths, you have two threads going with virtually the same title:
Where is the new evidence coming in?

The Bitcoin Foundation thread is the most recent development in the case.

That is what we need. While the board is part of the forum as a whole...the mod policy may need to be a bit more aggressive...they dont have an ANN section in Bitcoin Discussion. If they did they would understand our concerns.

You have my support. Hopefully they instate you and a few others.

If Theymos doesn't see fit to appoint me as a mod then I hope he would bring another.

Personally I would love to see the Global Mod Rauol Duke formerly known as Psy turned loose in the Alts.

He absolutely hates alts.

~BCX~

You once again reveal your true intentions. Not to moderate fairly but to carry out your bias.
