141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What we can expect the price of eth at the end of 2020? on: October 29, 2020, 07:03:12 PM
Eth is holding its position around 370-400$. Last time we have seen a massive pump! Also eth 2.0 is coming soon. What we can expect the price of eth at the end of this year?

There is similar topic like this but it's all about Bitcoin and they have a poll there, it's better that you have a poll for this, so we'll have a consensus on what people think about the price of Ethereum, in my opinion $500 is attainable but there's a big possibility that it will reach $800 if we have more news like the PayPal news, this is the kind of news that makes the price to move.

Comparing BTC and Ethereum rallies, I do not see similarities here. What I understand now is that Bitcoin can run up very fast, and ETH will be slow at the same time. They are not more in a conjunction. However, Ether (close to the end of 2020) can reach 420 USD.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BTC stay above $13,000 line from now on? on: October 29, 2020, 06:58:52 PM
I keep watching the price of Bitcoin and now it reach $13k let's hope that it will stay on the line or maybe surpass it but we all know that the price of Bitcoin is volatile and unpredictable so we are not really sure what could be the price of it in the future.

The end of October shows that Bitcoin is gaining weight and popularity. As soon as I do remember, over 55% Americans are interested in buying BTC. Moreover, there are ATMs for the main cryptocurrency, but also yet only in the States. Hope to see them in my country.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: October 29, 2020, 06:55:06 PM
invest in altcoins is always a risk and I will not surprise if in long time (few years) close to 95% of altcoins will be just worthless.
I don't think there is the possibility for achieve more than bitcoin itself.
No one want store the last hype, but just a recognized system for storing value /medium of payment. Bitcoin can offer all of these solutions.

Unfortunately, this is true. Do you remember how popular Dash was and how many investors used to buy it? Now, when this altcoin is down, a rare investor hopes for its further growth. Meanwhile, Bitcoin value is constantly going up (I do not mean only BTC price).
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you think is the best? on: October 28, 2020, 01:34:54 PM
I use the current coinbase and myetherwallet wallet. Trading on coinbase is also quick and convenient, myetherwallet is familiar when I know ETH. I have no trouble with them, both are very safe until now.

I also trust Coinbase, which is the trusted one. Besides, there are those that also deserve the attention. They can be chosen for crypto transactions and operations. Blockchain and Matbea, for instance, are very good. However, one can always pick the wallet he likes himself.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin for coronavirus on: October 28, 2020, 01:30:03 PM
Recently, I found an interesting article about coronovirus coin, https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/coronacoin-price-is-human-lives, what do you think? Is it a joke or a really hype thing?

I thought this was just a joke. What if the corona virus had ended in this world, would these tokens leave without a trace? Even if it continues, then what needs to be fought for? There is nothing important to defend. But the positive is, we already have the history of viruses on a blockchain.  Grin

Many people think that not the coin but the Coronavirus itself is a fake, one of the greatest scams of this century. I cannot agree with them, but I simply cannot judge this stuff. As for new alts, they come and go, and there will be better to trust those you know as the reliable ones.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will $XRP be safe for long term? on: October 28, 2020, 01:26:32 PM
I will not recommend to buy and hold but i will only speak for myself as i am Holding my XRP since Last year.
maybe i can stand for good since i have already earning now because the price last year when i purchased the coins is very cheap compared to what i have now.
though i am not expecting this to reach even 1 $ not like those htreads in this speculation section that the one looking for $5 value.
i will be contented if Ripple took at least Half a penny or 0.5$.
this is more than enough for me to sell my holdings and convert all to bitcoin for my long term holding target of at least lowest 3 years and maximum of 10 years if i am still alive lol.

I would be very cautious with everything that is connected with Ripple. Its price is always unpredictable. XRP popularity can be growing, but the token can be traded for a very low price. Meanwhile, it has all chances to reach even 2 dollars or more as it managed to do once.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Verge coin on: October 28, 2020, 01:23:34 PM

Many investors have lost hope in Verge, and unfortunately, they seem to be right: Verge will hardly reach even the highest top it conquered once, 10 cents. No one even thinks that the altcoin can once be traded for a dollar. It will be better to exchange Verge for more promising alts.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: October 28, 2020, 01:03:46 PM
for now I still believe usdt is not a scam because it has been around for a long time and is also often used as an exchange or pairs to tokens for the first time it was listed on the market, and now USDT is a stable currency, it's hard to believe it will be a scam because almost all exchanges now have USDT

It is not any kind of a scam, and I suppose that Tether will be even used soon in banks’ operations. It is connected with the “head” of the traditional currency, dollar. If you deal with online transactions and crypto often, it will be reasonable to hold USTD (at least for making couples in trading).
149  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading? on: October 26, 2020, 08:06:08 PM
I don't see any correlative connection between them, crypto trading will not be affected by coronavirus because we are on digital. There's probably a high chance if that has come from the stock market and it is physically involved. I don't see any valid reason if Crypto trading will affect the world epidemic today. Stay at home and you will be safe from that virus.
I imagine so similarly because it is an online procedure. There is no possibility to effect Covid-19 here. The ups and downs of the market may be expected to something. Heretofore it is not permanent, anything can transpire, but not for the Covid-19.

I my opinion, it can affect crypto trading. Staying more at home or even sometimes, staying at home almost all the time, people start thinking what to do to make money. They Google a lot, and stay online. As the internet has a bunch of information about crypto, many guys can try to get involved in it.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 fastest crypto coins on: October 26, 2020, 08:00:47 PM
i always like to use ether for transactions, no matter how long time it takes or the fee it Deduct during transactions. I recently i love using doge coin. Cause it takes few time to get transactions done and Deduct very small fee than ether.so doge coin deserves a place in your chart.and i notice people are taking about nano, i haven't tried yet but after know about the facilities of nano, i would like to try.

If transactions are means in this content, then other tokens can be called the fastest ones. Here, Nano, NEM, Neo Often called Chinese Ethereum can be named. Besides, TRON and Eos transactions are very fast and convenient. You can almost always find these alts in exchanges.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you trust Defi projects?? on: October 26, 2020, 07:57:24 PM
Defi good project. However, no project can be called good. When it comes to doing something like a project, many scam projects copy. Then a good project can no longer do well.

Not all of these projects are good. Unfortunately, the majority of them will vanish. Only the early investors and the founders will be in plus. Therefore, you have to weigh all pros and cons of the project before you decide to spend even a cent for it. Think over all possible minuses of DeFi.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: October 26, 2020, 07:54:18 PM
Chainlink can be called. Although it cannot be compared with Eth and called the “next Ethereum”, LINK is a great surprise for thousands. Its popularity is amazing, and the start was the Chainlink triumph. It would be never a mistake if we get this altcoin in our portfolios.

154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Really Happening To The Market? on: October 09, 2020, 01:12:50 PM
Bitcoin, being very volatile in price, as well as other alternative cryptos, you can't really predict if it is going up or going down. Having dumps on cryptocurrencies is a chance for us to buy at lower prices, as i said it's volatile, and you'll never know when are you going to get a pump. Defi surely made a hype in the market, but that doesn't mean it is the reason for the pump in the prices.

I strongly believe that digital assets will find widespread mass use, going beyond market speculation. Probably, cryptocurrencies will be taken as payments almost everywhere, and even in classic banks. I am absolutely sure that this time is closer than we can even guess right now. As for Bitcoin, it will not go down so dramatically.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in your ability to earn more. on: October 09, 2020, 12:40:49 PM
A lot of seminars on trading popping up right now specially during the quarantine, not much you can do with your time indoors and learning new ways and tips to trade is highly beneficial. I say never stop learning.

I think that everyone can make much more money than he makes if he always stays active. Therefore, investing in education is great. When you know a LOT about cryptocurrencies, you make fewer mistakes and do not lose a lot. As for these different seminars, some of them are absolutely free.
156  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should move to BTC? on: November 12, 2019, 07:02:02 PM
Altcoin season is still not good at this time even though there is a slight increase and that does not mean you have to exchange Altcoin for bitcoin, it's good to hold your Altcoin to wait for the Altcoin season to come and maybe now is not the time for Altcoin.
if you want to have bitcoin, you have to buy it when there is a decline and in my opinion now is the right time because the price is still affordable to make purchases according to your ability, and I'm sure in the near future Altcoin and bitcoin will increase together.

The number of tokens, mentioned by CoinMarketCap will soon reach 5 thousand. In reality, there are at least 2.5 times more tokens on the market. It might seem that we have got more chances to make money investing in a variety of projects. In reality, Bitcoin is ready to devour the largest part of them. It makes sense to trust BTC now more and invest in this crypto.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why its hard to attract investors on: November 12, 2019, 06:53:04 PM
Many decided to invest after the bull run of 2017, and as we know, most lost a ton of money. The reason is horribly banal, the lack of a base and solid knowledge of the cryptocurrency market.
People saw a colossal result, and understood that such a chance should not be missed, and then the market turned around.
I believe that the reasons for this behavior lie in ignorance. Blockchain is not taught at school; until recently, the role of cryptocurrency was extremely doubtful in the media.
But now you can clearly see how the situation is changing every day in the opposite direction.

Yes, people become too cautious. The fall of 2017 was a shock for all, who invested in crypto at least something. I do not know those, who lost everything (my buddies deal with small sums), but I believe that people, who sold their houses and lost soon exist. And there are hundreds (if not thousands) of them. It is too hard now to persuade a person that a project will not at least burst.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitTorrent (BTT) coin! on: November 12, 2019, 06:49:54 PM
I have tried to use BTT many times to earn coins seeding but I cannot. How do you do it? I don't have a single coin. I have used many torrents to seed with but I don't know. Do you need to use really popular torrents?
Which should I be using and how many coins can you make in a day with a 5mb upload speed?

I honestly think MediaCoin is much better. Go and have a look, all you do is download an app and start using it and you seed files you have and you will get paid for sure I have tested it. The media coin itself is listed on the exchange as well. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5179834.20

I also failed. Nevertheless, even investing in BTT now does not attract me anymore. Look at the token return on investment (the so-called ROI). In the first half of November, it is approximately -14%. I think this is the best proof that the cryptocurrency has not yet managed to show that it can be profitable and reliable.
159  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Money is a Bubble on: November 11, 2019, 10:36:16 AM
Its not a bubble because its value don't seem to skyrocket and pop. It only bubbles due to its infinite supply but the value keeps on inflating and not backed by anything. Bitcoin is the real money with proof and hard to faked fiat money should be inspired by it.

I think they only believe that it was bubble cause they believe that when it become huge like a bubble or I mean the price will be more expensive then it will die sooner I think that is they want to say for that bitcoin is like a bubble.

You can't predict a future but you can make a theory on it so it is depend on a people if they believe on it or not.

Everything here might depend on the country. If we speak about Venezuela and Turkey, their national currencies resemble a bubble too much. The USA dollar is far from it. Euro is also the currency, which is stable. I do not mention here pound, which still remains one of the most respected currencies in the world.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE reaches 30sats! Do you think it could go higher now? on: November 11, 2019, 10:17:43 AM
Well I don't see yet the bullish of Doge after listed in Bitmax, but at least the price was increasing slowly. Doge is really good for short term investment. I think there is a chance that doge coin will pump the price if more positive news about doge.

Dogecoin is used now in gambling, so casino operators suppose, they can make money on the token growth (DOGE was added to many online gaming sites). I believe that this unusual cryptocurrency can cost even more than in January 2018. As for the nearest time, skilled DOGE investors are sure that the coin will be offered for $0,0036.
