First of all, our ratings are to be updated every next month. How will you prevent cheating by the employers, first of all? Now I can say that the personality of a manager who is authorized to confirm the data will be carefully checked. This person must have 3 verifications from employees of the company. The employees will also be authorized to give grades to a manager/company remaining anonymous. Any hidden conflict of interest between them and their direct employer/supervisor will immediately become transparent to the user. And what if I've got certified already?
If an employee has got a certificate he/she will be given grades every month by his/her direct supervisor/employee for any certified competency. The grades will be saved in the blockchain and updated every month. You should never stop improving. |

What if I haven't got any certificate of that kind?
If an employee doesn't have any certificate we will have an accurate assessment of his/her English level. Will your testing be with or without a time limit? Of course, our assessment will have some form of a time limit. |
