1421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The sole difference is capital. on: November 14, 2022, 01:52:15 PM
We can always start small but there is advantage and disadvantage in having too much capital. If we have chosen a good profitable coin and it hapeens that coin only pump in limited time we can use our capital more to get that profit but if we made the decision wrong and that coin turns out to be nothing or scam then we lose alot. It will still depend on how we do trading analysis and making decision if we wanted to have some profit thru trading.
Having high capital is not completely profitable in trading because if we make wrong decisions we will lose everything, crypto investment is very risky if we are not ambitious to use other capital added to the trade or investment but think of assets that are worth adding without disturbing the allocation of finances for purposes other. The crypto investing solution in my opinion is to allocate assets for the long term so that we can face any risks from fluactive markets, technically and analytically very understandable to study market movement patterns and be able to analyze the impact of crypto news from legitimate sources.
1422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Nigerian Man Won $51,000 in Sports Betting With a Bet of Just $1.072 on: November 13, 2022, 09:51:52 PM
but from what I'm seeing when reading this thread in other countries, even the winner can afford to remain anonymous, I don't know if that can be good or not, because he on the one hand is anonymous allows him to protect himself from thieves but on the other hand he can also hide from the family that won and that's not a good thing
If they win the jackpot on real gambling then even though anonymous is very sure it's valid news but if it is won on online gambling then I doubt the fact of the news except publishing videos of their winnings and withdrawals, but maybe another reason for anonymous status is requests from gamblers to protect themselves from crime and other factors that make gamblers uncomfortable if their identities are published.
1423  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: November 13, 2022, 09:42:16 PM
I can understand your frustration but you need to be more patient. Repeating the same thing over and over again and accusing the casino of scamming although they didn't make a final decision, yet, is not going to help and won't speed up resolving this issue.
You said the same thing happened to you with another casino (bc if am not wrong) so you know this is a normal procedure followed by all casinos when they suspect something is not right. Just give them more time till they get a response from the game provider.
You are right, we have to wait for the official response from the game provider because only they can prove how the actual activity has happened, I only suggest that the team should respond to this case immediately because so as not to cause negative effects among the gambling community, hopefully we will get a detailed answer soon from team and hope that the problem will be resolved soon.
1424  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto dump is just getting started? on: November 13, 2022, 09:34:30 PM
Everyone hope that it is as easy as it may sound. No one knows when will the market price increase. Hopefully it won't be the same as what happened before wherein there were almost 2 years of no upward price motion with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. And if that again would happen, we won't know if it will be as long as the aforementioned or even longer;depends on the market. If that's the case, even big invesyors would struggle beacuse their money would be in deep sleep even if they have ither choices of investments. But indeed, that would depend on what type of an investor you are but for sure, those who've been years in this industry are used to this kind of situations.
Although we can't determine when the market will recover and go higher than ATH, but we review that the cryptocurrency market has proven that BTC has released its highest price throughout the period, the important factor is not determining when it reaches the highest price but we have to make sure to increase the asset at the price lows and I think 10k might be the next low area if the market panic doesn't stop by the end of the year.
1425  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 13, 2022, 09:24:58 PM
I think the second idea is easier to do so it is not stressed with price movements, buy once and then save it in cold wallet and wait until the price rises 10x or 100x, the great potential of Bitcoin is no doubt in the future, I'm sure the price will soon recover and skyrocket so that Makes many people regret for spending moments to buy at low prices.
Any BTC assets that have been purchased are highly recommended to be added to cold wallets as undefined movement patterns can make us change plans for long term containment, a lot of news is currently being "manipulated" to increase market panic so the market has declined significantly but we also should take advantage of the increase in assets in the portfolio, I believe the market will recover for the next year as the market has suffered losses and has dropped in price to its lowest point.
1426  Economy / Economics / Re: Can One Get Rich or At least Not go Broke During a Recession? on: November 13, 2022, 09:08:13 PM
It is possible to make money during a recession however for that you need to have money already saved, most likely what he means by that is that during a recession even good assets go down in value together with the bad assets, this means that you can buy them for a huge discount and then simply wait for the market to eventually recover, this is something we are seeing in this market already in which the price of bitcoin is down and the smart investors are taking advantage of it in order to buy all the bitcoin they can.
We need to have other savings to buy the coin price which is much lower and I recently added another asset to increase BTC in the portfolio, so it is another effort that we can use to prevent recession in financial management. We have gone through difficult economic times after the pandemic and now is the time to recover the economy in terms of crypto investing but we have to consider the risks before you decide to get involved in crypto investing.
1427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - How high can it go? on: November 13, 2022, 08:49:19 PM
Regarding people's predictions about Bitcoin will reach $100k also based on the history of Bitcoin price changes. They do a comparison of every time the price changes after the bull and bear market.
Many think that BTC will reach $100k very realistic when compared to the previous ATH which was at $60k. I also believe that BTC will be very likely to release new ATH as we were able to identify that once the market has hit its lowest price in this period, there is great potential for new ATH in the future.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are those people that you don't want them to know you are a gambler on: November 13, 2022, 08:38:18 PM
My parents also know that I often bet on football but not with my co-workers and college friends because it will damage the reputation I have there. there are some of my college friends who are also my co-workers, if they know I like to play soccer betting then I'm sure they will pass it on to other friends and my boss will definitely know about it, a bad reputation will make me have no career advancement in the company.
You have to make a choice before the boss finds out that you are often involved in gambling, because every time you hide it, he will have a chance to find out from your friend's information, so there are only 2 solutions in my opinion, namely hiding gambling activities from anyone or just betting online without anyone knowing
1429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: November 13, 2022, 08:31:32 PM
Pacquiao is a specialist, the other is a generalist, and the bout is a boxing match which gives Pacquiao a huge edge. I can clearly see that Pacquiao will try to hold back and give the viewers their money's worth, but for sure they all just want to see if Pacquiao's still got it inside the ring. There are rumors that if DK Yoo is defeated, Pacquiao would seek another exhibition match. Seems like the old man is just itching to get it going and prove to the world that his title is something that is worthy of him.
I don't think DK Yoo is an equal opponent for him and Pacman is very likely to win that fight but because of the exhibition fight then he won't beat him easily but he might adapt to the opponents character and abilities, I'm not that interesting to watch unless they fight seriously and have personal grudges to settle in that fight.
1430  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are different way to earn money through Bitcoin on: November 12, 2022, 09:59:27 PM
Theres a chance that you could earn a bitcoin into faucets but this is not too much profitable just like cents, still you can manage to earn a money with it but it takes long time to get it, other than that you must need to make an investment so you can have your bitcoin and make sure you know when to buy and ride with the market volatility.
I never heard about BTC faucet after ICO era ended but it will be hard to collect BTC from faucet yield with 24 hour limit for next roll and high withdrawal but if we have expertise then we can offer service to fix bug of crypto project so that will paid in BTC or altcoins, but getting free BTC is almost impossible unless someone joins the campaign for BTC weekly payouts.
1431  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why it's so hard to rank-up? on: November 12, 2022, 09:55:55 PM
I'm new here, I hope I'm welcome into the forum, while reading and replying of topics base the area of discussion, I hopefully, I will be rank up the more I'm active on the forum.
You are not up to a month old on this forum, and to be frankly speaking, I must say ranking up here is not that difficult, in as much as you are consistent, and you could come up with good creative content/ideas about Bitcoin, how it affects the forum or the environment at large.
So as a new member of the forum, I will advice not to ever go against the forum rules, and remember that plagiarism is highly prohibited here on bitcointalk
You're right, we can explore to share useful crypto related content to all forum community members without the primary goal of increasing rank or gaining merit, but other members will appreciate your topic by giving merit as motivation to continue contributing to the forum. So beginners should know the basic rules of the forum because in some cases beginners ignore the basic rules and in the end they make mistakes that affect the reputation of the account.
1432  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a newbie how can i invest in Bitcoin on: November 12, 2022, 09:52:05 PM
i would recommend you to invest on the top currencies which is BTC, ETH, BNB and any other cryptocoin you feels is best for you. I can say no other platform is like here and i spent quality time reading here the best you could is to develop your time to read.
The current market situation is very possible for beginners to invest in top coins but must be based on analysis and research because the market has the potential to dump if negative issues continue, besides that we can review some news updates on the forum so that we are not affected by hype from outside news which results in investment losses.
1433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Does Gambling/Casino Ads Help An Addicted Gambler Who Wants To Stop Gambling on: November 12, 2022, 08:17:40 PM
Quitting gambling is hard especially if you have fallen deeply into a gambling addiction. Temptations will be everywhere and we can always see advertisements of gambling casinos promotions and bonuses which can attract us to try out again. If we want to completely leave gambling, then we should really commit ourselves to a real change leaving and ignoring all the temptations to gamble behind. It needs determination, discipline, and self-control to ignore anything that will attract us to gamble again. It will be challenging but once we surpass all those temptations and challenges, good things will surely follow.
We must be optimistic if we want to stop gambling so that any influence will not bring us back to gambling, even though the challenges are difficult but at least we must stay away from anything related to gambling, if for example we only see gambling advertisements accidentally then it has no effect unless he intentionally accesses gambling account then it is likely to return to bet in gambling.
1434  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: November 12, 2022, 08:02:16 PM
Congratz to the Stake team once again for such an amazing partnership, get something from 80 dollars to zero just thanks to sponsorship is not an easy task, they could get so many people into the casino right away thanks to this, and could get the web page visitor number to a whole new level if they can get enough people to learn about this option.
Stakes is amazing in offering free viewing of PPV to be paid for premium television channels but stakes offers free viewing even without account login, so the strategy is very extraordinary and stakes have spent high to improve promotion and may have reviewing positive feedback from bettors to that fight. I wish they would offer free PPV for another big UFC fight.
1435  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: November 12, 2022, 07:41:57 PM
Video verification is not the normal standard kyc procedures, it is a kind of kyc requirement they implement on special occasions, when they feel the need to, so don't expect to ever be asked to submit a video of your self if you didn't win a significant amount of money from the casino.
I've never heard about video verification for KYC procedures, the KYC requirements are for high withdrawals but have to prove myself in more detail for the eligibility to receive high pay from big wins, although it's not something difficult but video verification is better than selfie photo verification but no all agree for video verification, if for high withdrawal then I think chances are many users will comply with that requirement.
1436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will FTX became the second Luna? on: November 11, 2022, 09:34:40 PM
The crypto market is the wild west. Look at all the unexpected things that have been happening lately. There's no guarantee that tomorrow there won't be a new "Robin Hood" who wants to save SBF from bankruptcy. I don't think this story is going to end that easily. Most likely alternative ways of solving this problem have already been found. Otherwise this news could have a terrible effect on the market.
I'm not sure if anyone else is involved in preventing the problem in FTX because previously Binance has refused to help with the FTX case, so far only Tron has been involved to help with withdrawal issues but it won't be enough to fix it without great support from other parties, but the market will not drag on if it continues to be associated with the issue of the FTX case and I am optimistic that after the case ends, there is the potential to achieve a high recovery next year.
1437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach 45k before this year ends. on: November 11, 2022, 09:21:05 PM
5 days ago when the price reached more than $21 made me optimistic that bitcoin could touch $45k this year, unfortunately there was a big case that FTX made the market have to plunge and yesterday it touched its lowest position for the last 2 years which is $16k, even according to predictions many price experts have the opportunity to continue plunging below $12k in the case of FTX like LUNA.
Maybe the very normal 10-12k area will be reached if the market continues to decline due to the panic from the FTX case, I have reviewed many speculators predicting the market will drop lower but we must be optimistic that after the case has subsided we enter the high price recovery stage and hope on the beginning of next year is the end of the bearish period that has happened so far and of course everyone is looking forward to a recovery and bullish period in the future.
1438  Economy / Speculation / Re: How is everyone doing? on: November 11, 2022, 08:57:06 PM
We cannot just feel bad about them because it was also their fault on why they are experiencing this kind of problems. And also we shouldn't worry about the future of bnb or btc because FTX is only one exchange and even if it collapsed, we still have plenty of them. New crypto exchanges are also emerging from time to time. Sure thing that negative news like this might affect cryptos value's but that was only for temporary. Sooner or later people will go back in cryptos again.
You're right, we don't have to worry about this case due to the fact that it only happened to the internal FTX case but because of the panic that caused the market to fall to its lowest point in this period but anyway we can see that FTX is still working on fixing this issue but we will review continued development progress of FTX. Despite market crashes, we have experience monitoring the market every year and proven history of the crypto market shows that if the price reaches its lowest point it will have the opportunity to reach a new ATH, hoping that dream will happen in the future.
1439  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit 2022 low again? on: November 11, 2022, 08:28:45 PM
OK, we both know now bitcoin has hit a new low this year at $15.5K. Apparently Binance and FTX played a role in this downturn cycle, but I hope another low won't occur for the rest of the year. I just imagine that $20K is still very possible to close the year and my investment now will be much more profitable. I believe this will never be true forever, but the panic I think will subside soon.

Currently the bitcoin price is $16.7K, but I wouldn't be very surprised if bitcoin still has the potential to lose its price due to the growing panic and negativity.
It is difficult to predict if bitcoin will not record a new history for the lowest price in the rest of the year, we can see movement patterns and negativity with various attacks of issues, so if the role of FTX does not find a solution to increase trading liquidity and prevent all the problems experienced then bitcoin price would definitely be lower than $15k, but I'm not saying worst case market because I just deposited additional funds for a new portfolio investment.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I know Scam coins and token Through Whitepaper on: November 10, 2022, 07:22:23 PM
It is very difficult to distinguish real coins and scam coins through the Whitepaper. Because basically, Whitepaper is a general idea about the project. many projects with good Whitepaper and promising concepts but in the end, their coin is a scam. So, to be able to determine an original coin or a scam coin, don't just stick to the Whitepaper but also look at their website and also the team behind it.
But it is possible that we can identify some of the obstacles that are often found in whitepapers for fraud project cases:
- plagiarism whitepaper
- the project concept is irrational and seems forced to achieve goals that are impossible to develop even though they claim to have raised high funds from fundraising or private sale.
- fake whitepaper
