1121  Economy / Economics / Re: How to thrive with low income in a humble area on: February 16, 2023, 09:00:33 PM
* Don't forget to spend only a teeny tiny of money on wants, and only buy wants when you have a budget oversupply. Needs first — always.

* Increase your income. Saving can do so much.
Always focus and prioritize your basic needs, that way you will sure to survive even with less amount of penny. But never settle on one income that is only giving you a minimal income. Learn to get out from your comfort zone and develop your skills and talents, that way you can accept side hustles that will provide you additional source of income. At least, you won’t struggle on your funds anymore, and you still have extra money for your savings and only spend them in times of emergencies.
You are right, the solution is that we must have other skills to increase income because the main income is only sufficient for monthly basic needs, so income from side jobs is for savings and emergency needs because without savings we will have difficulty getting funds from loans, even though it is difficult to get job vacancies sampinan because the majority of people have lost their jobs since the last pandemic, so for now just focus on the main job even though the income is minimum.
1122  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: February 16, 2023, 08:48:27 PM
I will never experience this incidence and I pray I never do because I see no single reason why someone will have the guts to gamble away  such huge sum of money on  a single bet, yes I understand that the reward would have been much if the gamble was successful but now it wasn't successful and I'm sure that no matter how wealthy one might be, gambling away such amount of money definitely must have an impact on his account and I feel for him if the money he used wasn't his money because I could only imagine how much pressure would be on him now but I hope he doesn't think of suicide as an option now and I also hope that this serves as a lesson to we other gamblers not to gamble with money we can't afford to lose as nothing is gauranteed in gambling.
Even though other people have assumed he is a billionaire gambler but I'm not sure he is not ready to accept losing that bet, he suffers from losing bets and hopes he doesn't commit suicide because that's the worst impact of losing without any consideration of risk, so never increase the bet of all the funds you have in the gambling account balance, but use only part of it because gambling does not guarantee a win even in sports betting, so don't focus on gambling to increase profits but prioritize gambling for entertainment.
1123  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: February 16, 2023, 08:35:19 PM
Actually stake.com always provides information about bonuses and promotions at any time on the official telegram group, but if on the first page of the stake site I rarely see this information because we search and see for ourselves on the promotion and bonus room pages to be able to find out all the information about the latest bonuses and promotions.
Maybe what you said and suggested is quite good if indeed stake adds a bot feature like that so that it can help or make it easier for all loyal users and customers to stake if they launch attractive and newest bonuses or promotions.
If this feature is added, it can also make it easier for the team's work in it to provide information about what will happen to stake.
I don't understand why notification bots have to be added, they already have bonus links and promotions on the website and there is already an official telegram group, so why is a notification bot needed to provide the same information, but if users want that feature then the team should consider releasing the notification feature because they want to get notifications of important information because they don't access information from the Telegram group.
1124  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: February 16, 2023, 08:24:23 PM
The biggest barrier to this is that not all casinos have an app to play with and in most cases, gamblers still prefer to play using the site directly because of the frequent need to keep updating apps each time.
This is a limitation for both the casino and players since the casino will have to spend money to maintain the apps and also the gambler will have to keep updating each time a new version comes up.
I think top gambling sites have no problem about maintenance for gambling apps because they have big fund to facilitate IT team to provide the best gambling services to their users, but casino sites have another reason why they don't release mobile apps even though they already have the most users, maybe the apps mobile has a lot of bugs that will damage the reputation of gambling or the responsive display of desktop casinos is decent for mobile users even without a dedicated application.
1125  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 16, 2023, 08:13:28 PM
this kind of thing has been around for a long time when there was a popular casino there would always be some bragging or false accusations made for the casino instead of making the casino look bad. so things like trolls i never reply to conversations and just prefer to ignore rather than respond to people like that it will only make time.

we, as people who have been here for a long time, will not be surprised by a troll like that and we will also prefer to remain silent without responding. however, sometimes we are provoked by emotions and in the end respond to him and he prefers to make stories without using a definite basis or reason.
so the most effective way to avoid being trolled is to click the ignore button under the account name.
we have seen posts like that many times, so other members will ignore his words because all accusations must be made on the reputation thread and not worth discussing in this thread, I hope he understands to make a new thread on reputation, he provides evidence and details of his complaint so that the report can be considered, without any valid evidence then the report is just nonsense.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 16, 2023, 07:58:57 PM
It's a matter of choice and control, and if you know how to keep yourself in your pants, then gambling will not harm your pockets because you will not be addicted to it. However, thank you for the suggested website, I guess there are many organizations available online and offline to help us fight gambling addiction, this one though is a great find.
All gamblers know that in gambling they must have control not to get addicted but when someone is already involved in gambling then we lose control of normal gambling limits so that we will risk higher money without consideration of loss. I have reviewed the website of the OP and it is very interesting because they share information to avoid gambling addiction, hopefully they can help everyone to get out of problem gambling.
1127  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto aid for Turkey exceeds $4.5M in one week on: February 15, 2023, 08:19:25 PM
This means the crypto community is very generous when it comes to this situation, as people there really need financial aid. I am hoping that they can quickly recover from this catastrophe. I remember before when a lot of people here in the community donated some crypto for the help to Ukraine, which they also accumulated huge amount and posted updates here about it. I am just shocked that they banned crypto in Turkey, but will they unban it after this? as they see how it greatly helps their country, or will they still continue to ban it?
We will never know the status of the crypto ban once Turkey receives high donations from the crypto community, I am sure that the government will review again and maybe cancel the crypto ban or release a limited functionality crypto usage regulation. however, I am touched by the concern of the crypto community who are very enthusiastic about making donations to ease the burden on victims of the earthquake disaster in Turkey, whoever the participants have made a donation should be praised and thanked them because the crypto community is very generous and the highest social care community donates the highest value , I hope the donation will be useful for the earthquake victims and hope they will recover soon from their previous condition.
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how many times have you intended to stop gambling on: February 09, 2023, 06:31:02 PM
But the essence, not on the problem of how to stop. because throughout my experience it is very difficult to do. at least, I have processed and gone through various things until I found the answer for myself. Until this moment, I still gamble. whether it's betting on sports, slots, dice, or other types of gambling. however, at least now I'm more mature to react to it. with good understanding, as well as responsibility, we will automatically have self-control. that way, make gambling as fun entertainment without harming other people, especially yourself.
You have tried to avoid gambling addiction even though stopping addiction is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, but at least you have control over the decisions in each gambling and the first attempt to push can limit the balance used for gambling. I think the main factor in avoiding gambling is having the intention to get out of gambling addiction and wisely deciding not to continue gambling when the loss reaches the gambling balance limit,
1129  Economy / Economics / Re: Monthly or weekly pay? Fixed or percentage earning? what is your prefrence. on: February 08, 2023, 07:34:27 PM
I quite agree with you as it is mutually beneficial in my opinion for both the employer and the employees to pay and get paid at the end of the month. On the part of the employer, there are less bookkeeping and records to be done and is much easier than sending out checks and keeping records on a weekly basis.
And as a monthly pay is obviously bigger than weekly income, it could help budget and plan your income accordingly for a longer term(longer than a week at most).
The average employee salary will be paid every month for all jobs at my place, but for certain jobs and economic conditions employees have no other income, so they will be paid a daily salary from the basic amount of the month's salary. Although there is no difference in the amount of salary, all employees hope to receive a monthly salary because the salary is large and enough to buy basic needs for the next month and the rest can be used for other purposes.
1130  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: February 08, 2023, 07:16:45 PM
Taking out a loan to go into investments is not advisable. Individuals should only go into Investments with spare money and not money borrowed from the bank. If, due to some stroke of ill luck, you lose out completely on your investments, you would have lost all your money and even worse be in debt to the bank. The bank can be merciless when coming for their money.
It’s also wise to consider how deep your pockets are before investing so you wouldn’t have to rely on the bank for a loan or a bailout
Loans from banks must be deposited monthly to pay off loans with high interest rates, the first loss of the loan must pay interest rates of up to 15-30% of the total loan and every investment is not necessarily profitable for a certain period of time and if the market conditions are worst then you have to hold coins for long term, another solution is better to save monthly from income/salary money every month to invest, the main priority is to invest using reserve money without any connection with other money so we will focus on investing for the long term.
1131  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: February 07, 2023, 07:21:46 PM
On that case, I will agree to you better to also consider the risk when you have someone else around, I mean if your kids or even your wife have that same access to your computer, it can be a risk that they can use your account and bet your money without your knowledge, personal phone or mobile devices got some advantage on it, but if you will be open and you can secure your account using pc/laptop still best for a much comfortable gaming experienced.
I remember last week's newspaper news that his son spent $1k on food using his father's cell phone, maybe the same thing can happen to gambling if our cell phones are often used by children and wives and we forget to log out of gambling accounts from cell phones, so the advice is not to save passwords automatically in the browser and must add additional security access when accessing your email to avoid resetting the password sent to the email.
1132  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: February 05, 2023, 09:58:41 PM
I do agree with that, or we never know if the bettor is really rich or just mistakenly over confident that he won't suffer from that kind of upset and yolo out for this event. But the possibility that he is a rich person and capable to risk that huge amount of money is high, nothing he can do about it as it luck didn't permit him to win but instead the direction turn the other way and bookies win against him.
I suspect that there was an error in determining the chances of winning but he has already used high bets because his predictions have missed the final results of sports matches, of course he is a rich man because he keeps a gambling balance of up to millions of dollars but he is not willing to accept the loss of those funds because he thinks he has a high chance of getting victory but he failed and had to accept the loss of millions of dollars.
1133  Economy / Speculation / Re: My fear in fall of Bitcoin. on: February 05, 2023, 09:53:41 PM

OP, trust me - bitcoin in the long run is still a lot better than any other physical asset investment. You need to look at history and steel yourself to believe that bitcoin can create much more history in the future.

I know OP needs motivation and the best advice, but I will disagree with your statement. Bitcoin is an investment that can offer high returns but is riskier than other physical asset investments. You cannot say that bitcoin is better than gold or real estate in terms of safety. Investing in bitcoin is that we need to take risks, which means we are willing to accept the loss of the money we use to invest. If OP is investing with money that can't be lost, then he should reconsider his investment.
He has to study the history of the bitcoin market from the beginning to the current price, all the statements of beginners are the same that they doubt that it is impossible for bitcoin to recover from the current price to reach the next ATH, but the fact is that bitcoin can do that during a bullish market trend so take advantage of low market prices to increase investing in the DCA method before a significant increase in the middle or end of this year, I am optimistic that it can reach the highest price again even though not this year.
1134  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think Bottom is gone on: February 05, 2023, 09:46:22 PM
Even experts can't tell what will happen in the coming days but what we only have is market assumptions.
It was the majority believes that the bottom is already done but not the bear season as we are still too far from getting passed of it. What we have experience since the past two weeks of incline, it was something a good indications that we are recovering slowly. Though it wasn't really satisfying, at least we have the seen the market price moves high a little bet making people breath as well.
The market has experienced a significant increase in January so it's only natural that in the following month the market will experience a correction but hold on to support above $ 20k, I have predicted in early February the market will fall and it is possible that if future support has the potential to rise above $ 25k then the market will certainly recover above $35k to $40k till the middle of this year, so we expect no FUD to drop the market price and the market should be optimistic for another bull run.
1135  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: February 05, 2023, 09:40:06 PM
^ This also depends on the casino's user interface, because there are casinos don't look good on mobile and that is the reason why they have a mobile version which I think that is an app because when you will go to their website and open it, you will directly to their app. Most mobile gambling platforms are now using app/dapp which is I think very convenient for people to gamble. But some are afraid to download this app because of security reasons. So the option of desktop or mobile phone I think it depends on us which are preferred.
Even though the media of use depends on the user, the casino must facilitate applications/dapps for mobile users because the responsive features on the website do not work optimally to support mobile phone displays, currently many of the top crypto gambling casinos do not have a mobile gambling application version but many gamblers use gambling access mobile devices for sports betting but not for slot or poker games as the game animations are not optimal for some phones.
1136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 05, 2023, 09:24:23 PM
It's very exhausting for Derrick, he is put to the ground many times right after getting up. Spivac can go do it over and over til the round ends and Derrick will still not recover in the 2nd round. Spivac deliberately allows him to get up and then pins him again.

I also thought Derrick can do it this time but reducing his weight is not enough. He lacks the skills to defend himself on the ground, not utilizing his legs.
Spivac has great skill as he didn't let his opponent get up and there were chances to counter attack, he took every opportunity when his opponent was knocked to the ground and finally he managed to get a neck lock to end the fight, Spivac did it perfectly and deserved the win.
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: February 05, 2023, 09:17:46 PM
Quite the easy fight for The Polar Bear Sergey Spivak against a defeated Derrick Lewis late last night.
It wasn't even a challenge from the very start. He basically rag dolled him the entire time it took him to submit him on the ground.
Very disappointing way for him to go out since it didn't even look as if he wanted to fight as it ended early in the first round.

Atleast we got that out of the way and can get on with the big event coming up next weekend!
Buckle up UFC fans!
I was so shocked that Derrick Lewis lost embarrassingly in the first round of this fight, he didn't even counter Sergey Spivak from the start of the round to the neck on the ground, I've seen Derrick Lewis fight before but tonight's fight he was so different, I didn't even predict the fight will compete briefly and also without an even match.
1138  Economy / Economics / Re: When your passive income equals or slightly above your salary, what would you do on: February 04, 2023, 09:51:59 PM
Basically everyone has their own decision and for me it might be much better if we have more than one source of income,
because we never know what the future will be like,
besides that it is also important to have stable income and passive income.
We must have income from other sources of work to increase savings for future needs, right now I really have an office job for main and passive income for monthly needs but I need another job for savings. I like other freelance or content creator based jobs that are not time bound in the job so we can maximize our free time for work.
1139  Economy / Economics / Re: In your country, today is money the real root of all evil? on: February 04, 2023, 09:42:13 PM
The one who uses the money is the real evil for me. But sometimes I agree that money if everything, if you want power you need money. This is based on what we are experiencing here in our country. If you don't have money you are nothing to the society, justice is nothing only rich people can have justice. It is quite frustrating sometimes that these people especially government can help people by using the government money the people's money but then they are using it to use with their own personal purposes.
Money can affect everything, even money can turn corruption prisoners free out of prison to watch sports matches abroad, so money will be dangerous if it is trusted by greedy managers of wealth, especially corruptors from the government because they cannot buy luxury homes, cars and much more from salary except for corruptors from the tax money charged to the people. But if the money belongs to a philanthropist then whoever works for him will be given a high salary because they care about your welfare so you get a decent salary for your monthly income, I have experienced that we need more philanthropists to reduce poverty
1140  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: February 04, 2023, 09:08:06 PM
but, like I said before. in essence, both have the same functionality depending on our needs when going to use them.
Indeed, both of these devices function the same and have their own advantages and disadvantages, but there are relatively many gamblers among cellphone users because many gamblers don't have computers/laptops or like to gamble anywhere and anytime without the hassle of carrying a laptop anywhere. The web interface of the casino is very responsive for any device user, if accessing the casino is only for sports betting then it is more convenient to use a mobile phone but it all depends on the individual as they can use both devices in certain situations.
