You are right, based on your description above that OP must have other funds for financing purposes for employees and maintenance of the apartment, you don't need to regret it if you don't have enough funds to buy an apartment and even you plan to buy it from loan funds. So don't just consider apartment prices being 10 times higher than before but you don't calculate all the other costs over the years before apartment prices increase, even though experiencing high gains from apartment prices are already high but not a guarantee beforehand but just luck that the area becomes an area CBD or city center that has developed.
1082  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we experience $80k this year? on: March 01, 2023, 09:50:06 PM
I don't think it will be possible for Bitcoin to reach the price of $80k by this year looking at the current price, the months of pull backs that we will have along the line and as we are in the 3rd month of the year right now, plus we will be approaching the end of Q1 2023 by next month and the price is still at $25k.
I think you should not be pessimistic for the current market correction, you should review the bitcoin price this year has recovered almost 10k within 2 months of the year, so nothing is impossible to achieve in the next 10 months because we have high hopes to reach ATH in this year or at least over $50k.

Quote
Lastly the resistance at 69k ATH could send us down to a 3-5 months pull back and should be the strongest resistance to face on the way because $69k sent the price of Bitcoin way down this far to $15k lowest level so far. Therefore if you take all these senarios into account, $80k is almost impossible to reach this year.
The market scheme will not be much different from the movement patterns of the previous few years, the market has also reached ATH $ 20k before and the market has decreased to $ 4k, so it is predicted that the scheme will repeat itself because the next price achievement will be higher than the previous ATH, even if the price is $ 80 k may not be achieved within this year, but we believe 2024 is our big hope for new ATH.
1083  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is for the important things on: March 01, 2023, 09:38:10 PM
We spent money sometimes on things we cannot account for and then people assume them to be money wasted on them, but on a reality base, we must be responsible for anything we spent our money for because we know what it takes to get money whenever we are in need and the work we do that fetch us money should also be considered in other not to always renders our efforts in vain whenever we work, make money and spend the money on unnecessary things that are unaccounted for.
Other people may not like to judge us because we have money to buy anything from income or savings, we have dreams to buy something we want to achieve and we are responsible for that decision, even though other people consider it a waste of money but we have other funds for emergency needs and investment funds so what we buy is not related to the allocation of other funds, we also have to have passive income to cover big expenses and nothing is in vain if we enjoy income from work to buy our dream items, but we should consider not buying it if the price is above 30% of the amount of savings.
1084  Economy / Economics / Re: Would You Consider Adding Bitcoin to Your Retirement Savings on: March 01, 2023, 09:16:11 PM
Always consider out risks and just like the rest been saying that it is really that risky on going all in of your life savings into something which doesnt really give out assurance. This is why you should really be that sensible when it comes into your actions because there's no such thing about sure profits or give out guarantees that it could really be ending up on positive for the rest of our lives.Always have that balanced approach
which if you do really want or like to invest or put up money on bitcoin then 10-15% would really be that considerable and beyond those numbers are already considered out
to be a risky type of decision but since its your money then it would really be depending on  you.
You are right, everyone has their own decision to determine the value of the investment but we have a normal limit to invest in bitcoin to avoid unpredictable bottoms, so I choose under 25% for bitcoin investment with long term DCA purchases so it's very it is not recommended to get all life savings for bitcoin investment because we will never know the future of crypto, we must also allocate savings for emergency needs in fiat because we have to have them when conditions are very urgent and efforts not to damage the bitcoin investment portfolio because we have reserve funds others for emergencies.
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $300 bet won $417,000 on: February 28, 2023, 07:55:03 PM
Apart from birth and death, nothing else is written on the forehead of the human being.  Fate changes based on human actions. If one wants to win at gambling then only his luck cannot win him like if you want to go somewhere then you must have to get into a car and drive it to the destination. but if you just get in the car and don't drive then the closed car will never reach your destination. In this case your luck will not help you. Similarly, to win in gambling, you must first understand gambling well and become an expert, only then you will be able to make accurate predictions and win big amounts. In that case you can make your own destiny
The definition of luck doesn't just come without trying to do something hard, so luck in gambling will come when you are sure of making the right predictions and analysis to choose the potential for a team/fighter to win sports betting, but luck in another definition is that the gambler gets to win the jackpot without predicted beforehand and just casually chose to play the bet for entertainment and then luck was on his side to get the big bet. So luck at the second level is not achieved for everyone but luck at the first level will favor anyone who has the expertise and experience to determine bets based on research and choose bets from a high chance ratio of winning.
1086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jon Jones vs Ciryl Gane on: February 28, 2023, 06:34:54 PM
I don't understand why we need have one more thread when there's an existing thread where you can discuss any players that will fight in UFC 285, while this thread is only focus to Jones vs Gane.

Here's the thread which currently discuss about UFC 285 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread.

The UFC thread is already available for discussion of UFC events every week or every PPV so we don't need another thread to specifically discuss UFC, that's what I think instead of discussing the same thing again in the main thread about UFC.

Anyway I'd choose Gane to win, but I will bet when the date is closer because I want to see if the odds will swing or not, now betting Gane to win is profitable.
I have watched Gane the last few fights, he had one loss against Ngannou and he has corrected his mistake last fight beat Tai Tuivasa, he will train hard to get back the UFC Heavyweight Championship belt, but I am not familiar with Jones and his fight history maybe he might better than Gane, but he hasn't fought in the octagon for a long time and his last fight will be in 2020,

I can't determine the current opportunities and will review the potential of the two, it's difficult to make a choice because both are great fighters.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $300 bet won $417,000 on: February 27, 2023, 06:56:15 PM
I categorically disagree with you. No matter how well you know about sports betting, how likely is it that such a multi-bet will give you a win?
The probability of winning is very low, no matter how well prepared you are.

But I'm still happy for you and your big win! Grin
If you've read the previous $1.14 million loss thread after the opposing team came back with a new strategy to snatch victory then the conclusion is that no bet prediction can be expected to win, not all odds will work but luck matters most in gambling. This review thread is different because the OP made a million dollar win but I hope he should be careful for his next bet and consider all the downsides before losing everything.
1088  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My father thinks I'm working in a shop,he didn't know I'm bitcointalking. on: February 24, 2023, 09:44:19 PM
Even in modern times like today, you may still be approached by the police when you buy a sports car for tens of thousands of dollars when you don't have a good job in the real world. I mean, the police or other bad people can think that you're a gambler or you're a drug dealer, that's just a layman's assumption when they don't know what results when an android is used on best purpose.
Those who are clueless don't know that in modern times there are many job opportunities with the highest income, many publishers, traders, and more they have income above the salary of officials, but they are investigated from the amount of money they have and must report wealth to the state, but many officials are corrupt Even just the staff of the tax staff who have assets richer than the governor are not examined and no corruption suspects are determined
1089  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some Common Mistakes Made by New Crypto Investors on: February 24, 2023, 09:37:17 PM
Without basic knowledge, there’s always high chances to fall and losing them everything in the end. Because the fact that you are not aware on how to work on your investment, and how to make it successful, then you will always bound to create mistakes and failures which will eventually cause your investment to collapse. That is why if an investor is still clueless and has no gained ideas on how to make it work, better not to pursue on investing.
Basic knowledge must be understood before investing because crypto investing is different from other investments and price fluctuation factors will easily influence the decision to end the investment even though it has to cut losses because you are speculating to avoid high losses even though market movements are still normal, so it is necessary for newbies to increase their knowledge and there is no need to rush invest first before you know how the crypto market moves.
1090  Economy / Speculation / Re: why Bitcoin Dumping ? on: February 24, 2023, 09:20:00 PM
Bitcoin price fluctuations are forever unavoidable making it possible for traders to gain and lose in the short and long term.

Avoiding short-term fluctuations may be better by holding bitcoin longer, but still many traders will consider short-term trading because they are able to master a good trading strategy. As long as they can afford it and make profit, they can trade for the time frame as they want.
Take advantage of buying and selling prices when market fluctuations are high and price movements change quickly or are not stable, it will not be as profitable as predicted, they can only take short-term profits, but their next entry determines the purchase price must be lower, min. 20% of the take profit price, but if the market doesn't drop again and they don't have time to buy it due to recovery the price is higher and the market will form a new support area to keep the price from falling significantly.
1091  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's second biggest weekly gain happened yesterday on: February 24, 2023, 09:07:58 PM
I bet you also want a price gain too more than the need for the bear. People have the assumption that a bear trap is going to happen so they think whales are behind the rise and fall of the price but you are right that it was only the nature of Bitcoin of being a volatile crypto. Bitcoin is too big too be manipulated easily. Halving could bring positive effects on BTC but we should not rush. The price can still be adjusting during or after the event.
We shouldn't rush to decide to sell in the current market, because the current movement is still normal after an increase, of course there are whales who take profits and they will start buying again for the next profit, so we shouldn't panic at the current price because there is no bad news. about cryptos and never existed, they will not be able to manipulate the market but the influence factor of news 'manipulation' will change the market price according to the impact of the news.
1092  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the bitcoin price continue to increase? on: February 24, 2023, 08:53:58 PM
It's alright though, they could ignore that as much as they want to but in the end we are going to definitely see it grow bigger, no matter how much they sell. Because of two reasons, one is the fact that there are plenty of people who are holding right now, and two is the fact that these sellers sell to someone who would hold until it is higher than what they bought.
Exactly, they have sold bitcoin hoping to get it back at $20k and they will regret it if the recovery is quicker and they are not ready to buy it again for the current price, so investors are currently buying more bitcoins for high profits in the future, investors for long term will get the maximum profit and hope to reach the previous ath price.

The market indicates that it may decline at the end of this month, so take advantage of that moment to increase investment because the next recovery time may be $ 25k even higher, we can predict it based on the movement of bitcoin in each year.
1093  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin market speculation for the month on: February 24, 2023, 08:33:14 PM
I'm just optimistic that this month bitcoin will not be less than $ 23K in my analysis maybe it will be stuck between $23k/$24k we will see the reaction of the movement in the next week of the course we expect something that is trending to be even more positive.

If possible better I want to be in the higher range again.
I had previously predicted that the bitcoin price would not fall below $23k but in fact the price has fallen below $23k although it has not hit any lower, the previous prediction was based on the bitcoin price recovering very quickly and seeming to stabilize at $24k.

The price of bitcoin has recovered very much this year and already broke $25k in the last week, I assume the next recovery will easily pass that price and $30k is the next easy target to hit.
1094  Economy / Economics / Re: does bitcoin help in your economy? on: February 23, 2023, 07:28:47 PM
For some people who focus on the industry, mainly seeking profits in Bitcoin trading or in other ways, of course Bitcoin can help their economy. However, if there is no in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, one will easily incur losses, either investing or trading Bitcoin, Because most  of those who are just getting into this industry, they really hope to get profits quickly, they fully expect multiple profits and not interspersed with other jobs that can make money so that the economy can get worse after knowing Bitcoin without knowledge of how it works.
Anyone should have fundamental knowledge before starting to invest in Bitcoin, they are too risky to engage in crypto investment without knowledge and only want multiple profits in short-term trades, bitcoin price positions are never stable and they are very easily affected by fraudulent news, many beginner trading schemes cut losses Because avoiding losses without focusing on assets being used for long-term investments, the solution is never to review the market all the time and it is better to have other busy jobs for extra income increasing funds in the bitcoin investment portfolio.
1095  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Thinking of separating my holdings into two physical locations. on: February 23, 2023, 06:57:39 PM
telling a wife or trusted person some secrets always comes at a risk. by giving them that information they can become a target if someone else thinks or knows they know that information. it's not about whether you trust them but what type of situation it might possibly put them into. yes they can pretend they don't know anything but if your story doesn't match theirs then someone is lying. robbers aren't dumb. but in the end you do what you think is most reasonable.
Trust in your wife is very specific depending on how you judge her behavior, our location has low divorce cases and our spouses will keep secrets for any interest but the main thing is don't publish any investment to others so they won't suspect having assets bitcoin on hw or exchange, so our family will never be the target of robbery or any kind of crime because they will not dig any information from our investment portfolio. Never show off bitcoin investments to anyone and any social media, let your assets be anonymous and there is no benefit if other people know about it and only cause trouble for your family.
1096  Economy / Economics / Re: To cut financial ties with original family benefits you in the long run on: February 22, 2023, 09:59:22 PM
It’s normal for parents to extend help to their children whenever they see them hardly surviving, but taking advantage of their help would not be good at all. Instead, these children only end up still very dependent to their parents, not thinking that any time of the day their parents will be gone so they should have to start being independent by now and have their own source of income so they can provide for their family, with or without the help from parents or other people.
We have an age limit not to depend on help from our parents, we must be independent as adults and must work hard to get a job for the main income. we hope to repay our parents before we get married, I have great hope that I will make my parents happy for the first time before my partner. At least if we can't make them happy now then we should never add a burden to them, they just want to live quietly in their old age and hopefully we are given a long life to gather together with their extended family and hope they can see their grandchildren.
1097  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving is Wasting? on: February 22, 2023, 09:40:02 PM
Actually in terms of conditions as a whole I think the similarity is in saving because indeed both investment and savings both refer to one thing, namely setting aside money for the future or it can be said as old age.
The difference is only in the risk conditions as you say. Investing clearly has quite a high risk, it's just that it's directly proportional to the results we have if indeed our investment is successful.
As for savings, the risk is only in a condition where the value is getting weaker and weaker, but in terms of nominal or the amount of money we save, it is still the same, not reduced.
At least we can save gold if we avoid the risk of crypto investment and don't save local currency in the long term because inflation will have an impact on the value of the currency to be low. But if in the future you want to convert your savings into bitcoin investment then make sure to buy to use the DCA strategy at a lower price and to get maximum profit you must hold the bitcoin portfolio in the long term to avoid external influences on fud that make our investment decisions change.
1098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Do Gamblers Do This? on: February 21, 2023, 08:17:34 PM
They experienced fun without being able to handle the risk. They have just noticed it when they are already noticed their huge losses.
We all know that when we are having fun, we tend to forget the mistakes that we are making but not all gamblers are doing the same thing because there are also lots of gamblers who are responsible for their actions.
Posts about gambling addiction also serve as a warning, especially to those who are just starting their gambling journey.
All gamblers know the risks of gambling but it is not easy to overcome them when someone loses self-control of risk, this factor is very influential when someone recovers losses in gambling and they have bet above the minimum limit allocated for gambling funds.

I have reviewed many of the same threads about overcoming gambling addiction, although many of the same complaints but it's okay to provide useful tips for overcoming gambling addiction, the main tip is to limit gambling funds and gamble only for entertainment.

Absolutely correct mate, BFG is one of the casino tokens with lots of potentials, for me personally, I think the closest contender to BFG was Owl token, but with some moves Owl.games have made, I personally think they've fallen out from the competition, BFG have been doing well in the market, it has kept a nice record of trading volume though not in millions yet, but i believe that as they continue to market the casino and possibly list the token on more popular exchanges, the project will get noticed by more notable investors and possibly could become a major token amongst day traders.

It has been a while since we got an update from the team about the listing on bigger exchanges. Right now they are only listed on smaller exchanges, which is probably the main reason why the trading volume is still fairly low. I think we all want that they get listed on Binance.
BFG token trading is listed on many decentralized exchanges and trades the highest volume on Biswap market, so it's time for the team to release the latest update about listed on popular trades, they have 64k holders and they should be prioritized to provide better trading services, even though it is difficult to request to be listed on Binance but they can propose other top trading markets.
1100  Economy / Gambling / Re: STARTING OWN CRYPTO GAMBLING SITE on: February 19, 2023, 09:23:29 PM
i would suggest not to push thru this idea. no enough bankroll, not enough knowledge to run a site particularly a gambling site. that would be a bad ending for him. he will just waste resources what he has right now. better think of another business that he is very familiar of, and doesn't need much intervention from other people to move forward.
there were casinos that were shutdown and abandoned, they even had more resources than the OP. so i won't suggest to continue this endeavour. much better if he will find another avenue of using his money.
We have reviewed some of the suggestions regarding developer and maintenance costs and it requires a very large amount of funding, so from the Op's explanation on the main topic it is not very convincing for him to continue his business because the capital of 2 domains is enough to create an online casino, instead of wasting time thinking about it it is better use the time to start another business. Anything about earning money can be earned with other businesses without big capital, so take the time to think about beneficial things for the future.
