Is there even any good challenge that Butler went through to acquire his belt? If Casimero is only not reckless, Butler won't stand a chance of getting the WBO title. This match is already considered a win by Inoue and I'm sure of that.
I agree that this fight is just a formality for Inoue to unify the four prestigious belts in this bantamweight division. All he needs to do is show and boom, sure win for him. No disrespect to Butler but the belt he had right now does not rightfully belong to him. This is a sure -6.5 rounds for me and i will be allocating a month wage to bet on this option as i'm very convinced that this will end in an early knockout like what happened to Donaire. |

Watching game 4 now and Choke Reyes is the headcoach they are up by 15 in the mid of 2nd quarter, Coach Leo unable to match the guards of TNT let see if how they can manage to answer. SMB is trying to match with the small lineup of coach Choke, the dribble drive is very effective if WIlliams and Castro ae both converting.

It's only 7 now after the second quarter buzzer sounded, so still a dangerous lead for TNT. Just my observation, when a player from a certain team won the Best Player of the Conference award, often his team will lose the game though not always but the frequency of that from happening is so high, why is that lol. BTW coach Chot is back and he has not lost a game yet in this finals so TNT will be motivated by that fact and of course we give credit to the guards of TNT who played so well in the first half. |

The Ancajas team will have to make significant adjustments for the upcoming fight with Martinez, since in the first fight Ankahas could not restrain Martinez's attacks and turn the tide of the fight in his favor and acted, as it seems to me, without initiative, I hope now he will have more motivation.
I think in the first fight, Ancajas failed to adjust since Martinez is just a replacement so the strategy that Ancajas works for months had been wasted. So I think that is a fair enough reason to mess up on their first fight. Even Pacquiao in his post-fight interview stating that he had trouble adjusting to Ugas during the fight shows how difficult it is for a boxer when there is a sudden change of opponent. But I think this 2nd fight will be different since Ancajas has ample time to review and scout the opponent and create a sound strategy to beat Martinez. Exactly. All the time, this is what I am also thinking about why he lost the first fight against Martinez but to be fair to Ancajas, he did not give that reason as an excuse for why he lost the fight, Martinez was just the better fighter that night. With enough time for preparation for Martinez and the motivation that he would be the one to bring back the glory days of boxing in the Philippines, I'm optimistic that Ancajas would take back the belt and go home a champion once again. |

So who's probably next after Conceicao? Move up to lightweight or try to become undisputed at super-featherweight? There are 2 more belts to collect for Shakur in the division with each of them owned by new champions just this year. New IBF champion Joe Cordina mentioned that he wanted Shakur while new WBA champ Hector Garcia I believe is not tied up to any rival networks of ESPN which is also very doable. But my dream fight for Shakur is to fight Haney before the undisputed champ moves up to super lightweight.
I agree, upsets seldom happen if the opponent is not a knockout artist/power puncher. Oscar Valdez was the underdog in their fight, so if Oscar KOed Shakur that could be considered an upset at least for me. Shakur is a defensive fighter and opponents will be having a hard time figuring out how to defeat him including Conceicao so a loss by Shakur is a slim possibility here. I think the only way to sell Shakur's fight is through unification and a fight with Haney is the way to go. I think Top Rank is having a hard time promoting Shakur due to his style as ordinary fans won't appreciate his brilliance in the ring as they are more appreciative to knockout artist like Valdez. |

Looks like TNT is not missing Chot Reyes, they are competing very well against the SMB. Anyone here knows the handicap in this game? I was too busy and forgot that there's a game today. If I was able to place my bet, I would still go with SMB.
It's -3.5 for San Miguel Beermen, not that high and very attractive if you are a fan of SMB but looking at the game right now it seems that whoever wins, will just have a lead of not more than 5 points because it's a close one not like in game 2 where SMB separated in the early minutes of the fourth quarter. Okay, good thing I didn't bet, this game goes to OT because of a bad mistake.  There's a chance that SMB will cover here, or TNT to win, Jayson Castro this time did not make the last shot attempt, he was defended well. More extra minutes, more fun. GO SMB! Lucky break, they really cover the spread because they dominated the TNT in overtime. I think the final score is already 108-100, there are a few seconds left but SMB will already get this win. congratulations backers, SMB win, and covers. Thanks to that error by Herndon, if not by that mistake SMB could have won by one point or TNT by a point or two depending if it's a three point shot or just a two. Another monster game by the Kraken, registering 27 points and 27 rebounds in a game, this could be a personal record for him or might be a PBA record if i'm not mistaken. When we look at it, seems like TNT has no match to the firepower of SMB but they just refuse to llet go and give the Beermen a good fight. |

Natapilok yong dalawa, si Castro sa first game at si Williams naman sa second game kaya sure ako na hindi na 100 percent yong dalawang yon. Pangit man ang finals kapag may players na hindi 100 percent pero part of the game ito na kailangan i-maintain ang health ng players hanggang matapos yong series/finals kaya lamang na ang SMB sa aspetong ito.

This might be off topic but it's worth the discussion here. Has someone put a bet for tomorrow's game between the Philippines vs Lebanon? Just this afternoon when i looked at the odds between them it was almost even but now the Philippines is the favorite @1.63 while for Lebanon it's 2.24. Can Jordan Clarkson and Kai Sotto bring the Gilas back to its winning ways or their addition is just a hype to the Gilas team. Have put my bet offline as it is my colleague give me a +3 Philippines  . |

Anyway, maybe it would be better if bettors will just bet during the game because there might be a chance that TNT will have a lead at the start and for sure, this will be an easy cover for SMB but anything is still possible. We might see a 2-0 after Game 2 but I don't think that SMB will allow that to happen. I think not having Coach Chot in Game 2 will be a huge factor on SMB's win. Yes we can say that the TNT still has other coaches but they are still different on how Coach Chot is coaching his players. I will not be surprised if this will end up in a double digit lead win for the SMB.
Yeah, live betting would be a good idea if you don't like the spread because TNT at one time took a 7 or 8 point lead and the odds for SMB to win were above 2 at that time but then again it's a gamble that might not pay off. End of the first half and the score is tied at 51 apiece and it seems to me that this will be a close game until the final buzzer so whoever got the positive handicap on either team might win their bets. For me, I'll just pray that the lead of SMB would be 5 and above to cover the spread of my bet ticket. |

I don't have a cash now, but I'm thinking of borrowing at least 30k which I will pay in less than a week.
My plan is, I will put 10k in game 2, if it wins, I will pay the loan and take the profit, if not, I will bet the remaining 20k in game 3, and just hope SMB will win. Do you think it's a good idea?
In the first place, this is not a good idea if you ask me because shit happen anytime. We always says, gamble only what you can afford to lose and those money which are not compromised hehe, not a wise gambling if you ask me but it's your money so it's you call. Back to your plan, we can only refer to Meralco vs SMB wherein SMB has not lose twice or thrice in a row so this plan/gamble of yours may be a good idea if sh_t don't intervene and if i'll be the one doing this i won't watch the game live as i might threw something on the television if the refs call is not favoring the Beermen hehe. Good luck on your plan, it has a more than 50 percent chance of hitting the objective. |
