Dude, I know that you're entitled to get some treatment like having a bonus or what. A casino that has huge wagers/bettors will always be taken care of by them.
If you're complaining that they haven't given you the same money as your friends that don't bet a lot, that's not a problem. Because you can just treat yourself with that amount of money you're gambling on them. So, instead of having that day to gamble with huge sums of money, allocate it to yourself and prove that you deserve such money even if it's not from them. In that case, it will ease the disappointment that you've got just because that you were never given the same bonus.

It's not the money. A few hundred dollars won't make a difference to my life. It's the fact that I bet more in one week then most people do in a year and they don't appreciate loyalty. It's funny because when I changed to a different sportsbook a few years ago they lured me back by offering a lot of bonuses and then stopped them once they thought I would stay. I won't be staying this time, they can go to hell.

You deserve a better deal, casinos should protect and be gracious to their players, to their VIPs, and those who spend a lot of money and inviting people to play in their casino, they should realize that there are a lot of established casinos and new casinos that are actively recruiting players to their platform, I'm sure they will lure you back again so better check other more casinos and i they have better deals so even if they lure you they will not succeed because you found the right casino to play.
1462  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you handle your losses on: January 16, 2023, 10:27:07 PM
The art of moving on is something you should be good at handling especially in gambling, not accepting your losses is high-risk behavior

Its a sign of gambling addiction and no control over your behavior, or your money, and this is a sign of a chronic gambler when you can't accept defeat and handle losses it's better you have someone to look after you and remind you when to stop, in the past, I cannot accept my losses I always remember for days until I get to winning, it's risky but learned my lesson, after a series of losses I just hang out with friends or do something offline like cleaning and fixing my motorbike or go on a long ride, these two works for me.
1463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Miss Universe 2023 betting. on: January 16, 2023, 06:32:10 AM
I would have voted for El Salvador because their contestant promoted Bitcoin on stage but I didn't really bet on this event. I know there are selected betting platforms that offer odds for Miss Universe but I haven't tried betting for one.

Congratulations to Miss USA for winning Miss Universe 2023. She's a beauty. As a Bitcoin supporter though, my special shoutout goes to the beautiful Miss El Salvador who gracefully carried the Bitcoin brand for all viewers all over the world to see.
R'Bonnie Gabriel, participant of the United States was crowned the 71st Miss Universe. This year also there were many contestants who qualified for Miss Universe. But all aspects of the participants, the American R'Bonnie Gabriel has been declared the winner. She stood first out of 84 participants in the Miss Universe pageant at this event. But this year I also preferred Alejandra Guajardo. I thought she might be the first in the 71st universe. This El Salvador participant looked great in the form of golden bitcoins dress.

Rbonney is not the sentimental favorite, they are the always favorite to win are the Latinas beauties they are always the favorites to win the pageants and they are the ones being looked at as potential winners, it came as a surprise that Rbonney a Filipina - American to win the title, one big factor is their evening gown, and the question and answer, something bettors will have no idea if their favorite will give a good answer, so it's hard to bet in a Miss Universe pageant with over 80 contestants you will be loss on who will you bet because ts not only beauty but the brain as well and we don't know the judges' preferences on beauty.
1464  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀Jackbit.com | 🎰 Top Crypto Casino ⚽️ Sportsbook 🎲 Exclusive Mini-Games on: January 15, 2023, 09:22:25 PM
Checked the whole discussion about this casino there are so many things that need to be address coming from member's questions, but unfortunately, the representative here is on vacation, bad sign for a newly announced casino, the first two weeks are very important to address all recommendations, concerns, issues, and questions, you don't announce your casino here and just left, the community will look analyze, test and explore your casino, so the first two weeks is crucial to gain the approval of the community.
1465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How wrongful can this go? on: January 15, 2023, 03:28:18 PM
I don't like giving out my private information for any project or platforms online and I have no choice but to provide wrong personal details in order to maintain anonymity, how bad can this get if anything happens to the website system?
That's risky providing the wrong information you know that you can get yourself banned and they can confiscate your winning, we all want anonymity but until there's no solution in an industry that is highly regulated, we have no choice but to abide by their rules or so not play at all.
Quote
Is this a wrongful approach to online casinos that requires KYC? Or any of you have a better solution? There must be someone like me on here that have their way around this. Share ideas if you can.
Right now there's no solution we all wish there is so we can safeguard our anonymity, the other option is on chain but you can only deposit with a native token of that platform, but we never know in the future something innovative will come out that can be beneficial to both the gamblers and the gambling operator.

https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/11967455819035-Address-poisoning-scams
Address poisoning is an attack vector that, in contrast to other scams — which often use methods that have served many scammers so well, such as unlimited token approvals, phishing for your Secret Recovery Phrase, etc. — relies on user carelessness and haste above all else.

__
This is not a new type of scam, but one more reminder will not be superfluous.
This is the fifth or sixth times I've seen this warning not only here in Bitcointalk but also on other article sites but I keep sharing it and I keep bumping it because I've seen some people getting scammed because of this it may not be new but still many investors do not know this scheme, the most popular now is asking you to link your wallet to one site by providing your passphrase or private keys, they will keep doing this because many people coming are still ignorant of this, so the next move after not giving your private keys is to avoid using your transaction history to copy your address.
1467  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀Jackbit.com | 🎰 Top Crypto Casino ⚽️ Sportsbook 🎲 Exclusive Mini-Games on: January 13, 2023, 02:09:41 PM
It's good that the two top reviewers of Bitcointalk can provide a detailed review of this newly announce casino, its now up to the member of this community to read these reviews and check if it is a casino worth their money to play, 3.5 is good but 2.5 is not,
should check these reviews too and try to apply changes to areas where they have bad scores.

1468  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔴🔴🔴 The Complete Guide to Registering at Vave Crypto Casino! 🔴🔴🔴 on: January 13, 2023, 12:24:16 PM
I would like to ask if you are the official representative of this casino, I'm expecting that this is a new casino but checking the whois to find out was surprised to see that domain existed since 2003

Quote
Domain:vave.com
Registrar:GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On:2003-05-29
Expires On:2030-05-29
Updated On:2022-09-30

I check the waybackmachine to see what the site looks like in 2003 and based on the Wayback machine it used to be a directory

https://web.archive.org/web/20030206075625/https://vave.com/

You only bought this domain just last year so the domain is 19 years old but the casino is only more than one year.

https://web.archive.org/web/20211027015547/https://www.brandbucket.com/names/vave

If you are the official representative I also recommend that you get yourself a copper account and hire a good designer to design your announcement thread.
1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn from my mistake, these people aren't playing on: January 13, 2023, 05:14:28 AM

The real OpenAI link is https://openai.com/
The fake OpenAI ERC link is https://www.openaierc.com/

Be careful out there famz, these scammers are not playing

This is one of the serious concerns of the industry, cloning, imitation, and hype, the clone projects usually are the ones that get the hype because they know how to market their fake platforms, legit projects thrive on following a formula of slowly building their community and reputation, I always have doubts on projects that are being hyped, if you look at some of the legit projects and those on the top of the market, they never engage in bounty campaign, they prefer to be based on testimonials and word of the mouth, not hiring influencers to blindly promote their projects.
1470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It good For The Casinos And The Accusers If .. on: January 12, 2023, 12:59:28 PM
You bring this topic because of this? [TrustDice ANN] Cease of Engagement on Scam Accusation board

This is likely because of this: Trustdice.win , UPD: TRUSTDICE SCAM, 2138$ USDT confiscated. (SOLVED)

The case has been solved and the money has been given back.

It is unfair that Coinbox1 which is Trustdice representative on this forum is still tagged red by Pmalek and holydarkness. But if the reference is clicked on, it would be known that the case has been solved. But it supposed to have been changed to neutral or the tag to have be removed.

I still always think that as long as a betting site is active on this forum, there may still be cases like this and we will like Coinbox1and other gambling site representatives not to fed up as long as their gambling site remain trustworthy to be used by people. We know some situations can be very frustrating and depressing.

That could be it, but we cannot stop people from giving them tags that's how this forum works but in general casino representatives should not stop addressing concerns here, especially if the one that filed a complaint found their casino here and they played because of the feedbacks from their announcement thread.
Members have different opinions on every situation maybe some members have grudges against the casino or one of his friends has bad experience playing at that casino hence the bad feedback.
1471  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Don't Connect Your Metamask With This Scam Site on: January 12, 2023, 06:25:09 AM
Quote from: MetaMask Support
A new scam called 'Address Poisoning' is on the rise. Here's how it works: after you send a normal transaction, the scammer sends a $0 token txn, 'poisoning' the txn history. They use an address with the same first & last few characters as the real transaction you sent; in hopes you will not check the full address, and instead copy theirs in a future txn. You can protect yourself by double-checking the full address, or by using the Address Book feature. If you need help: 'Menu > Support' in-app, or from the web: https://support.MetaMask.io - 'Start a Conversation' button, the chatbot will ask a few questions. MetaMask is self custodial, so we never have access to accounts. We try to prevent scammers from harming our users, but we can't stop everything users may choose to do with their wallets.  If you need help: https://support.MetaMask.io - click the blue 'Start a Conversation' button.
Thats the recent scam trend publish by the wallet Support
https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/11967455819035-Address-poisoning-scams

Metamask emphasizes
Quote
Since their dummy address looks so similar to yours, it's entirely possible that, the next time you need your address, you might inadvertently copy their address from your transaction history and paste it elsewhere
.
They are targeting specific people who are using transaction history to copy their address I'm surprised there are people doing this, I have my address, in a text, and in my email only my address no private keys to check if they are the same and copy paste but never anywhere in the internet, but awareness is really important if you don't want to fall victims to scammers.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it becoming a thread for casinos refusing paying very huge winnings? on: January 11, 2023, 11:40:14 PM
You're standing in front of a machine, it won't pay, someone comes over and says it was malfunctioning.

I don't know what you could do in those situations really.
From a gambler's perspective, this is outrageous and very disheartening, and very cruel on the part of the casino, they just want your money because they should test all their machine in the first place before allowing people to play

Quote
This kinda defeats the whole point of gambling, unless the main point is really just something else and the big wins are just a distraction...
The one thing that kills a gambler's hope is something like this, the machine showed you won the amount but in reality, you're not, based on the article there's an out-of-court settlement, but still, people should stay away from that kind of casino.
1473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can players bet on their own games on: January 11, 2023, 09:25:55 PM
It's been happening but the players or the fighters kept it to themselves, it's against the rules but if you think your team or yourself do not have chances against their opponents might as well bet on the opposing team or fighter, the organization cannot stop it especially now that we have Cryptocurrency casinos where you can bet anonymously or you can even use a dummy account of your friend to bet against your opponents, that is why whenever we see upsets people speculate that the fight is rigged or one fighter deliberately lose the fight because he is betting against his opponent.
It's hard to stop this practice especially if one fighter can likely make a lot of money, it usually happens in non-championship fights
because in a World title match, there's so much prestige attached to it than money.

1474  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptocurrency tracing on: January 11, 2023, 03:41:04 PM
Been seeing lots and lots of posts online about cryptocurrency tracing and recovery but they've always been called scammers.
Someone on my crypto investment group lost $15,000 to a phishing binance website.
He's told me he's filled a complaint report on: bit . ly / 3i3bep7 to the Authorities and so far they've helped him.

In case people will become interested in his post which is a big lie I will post a screenshot of his reputation tag here other people may not show the red tag of the OP but by giving this screenshot people will be aware of what kind of character this guy has, people who posted cloak link here, especially for newbies will likely get a ban because. bit.ly links are not allowed here in Bitcointalk.

1475  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do I become a Campaign Manager? on: January 11, 2023, 11:23:14 AM

High-ranking members care about their reputation a lot because they worked hard to build this account on the forum, while Newbie members don't care if their reputation is tarnished.

Yes, I agree some projects will allow bounty managers to hold the tokens or escrow them, I read in the past where a bounty manager run away with the token that he was holding for the bounty campaign because the manager was lower rank, I don't want to downgrade lower ranked members but they have to work their way to reach a level of trust and prove their honesty in being a campaign manager, the only way a newbie become a campaign manager, is if he is part of the team.
1476  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitscript.org - SCAM site ! avoid at all costs ! on: January 10, 2023, 11:45:30 PM
no they only accept crypto, it's no problem i will upload tx id , if they used plisio to accept crpto, ill report to them too

It's already two days since you posted this do you have an update on your refund it seems Plisio cannot help you and you have to deal with it with the seller, I checked Plisio's FAQ and terms and there is no mention of a refund or chargeback because it's not possible in the Cryptocurrency ecosystem, you may send screenshots of your conversation on Bitscript.org if they failed to give you your refund for giving you according to you is a junk file.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Woman won $43million but was offered a steak dinner instead of her winnings on: January 10, 2023, 11:22:10 PM
This is very ridiculous in the first place its the operator's fault you know that you should not allow people on a slot machine that is broken, its plain cheating every gambler is hoping that they land the big jackpot, she got it because they allow her to play, now how will they guaranty to all who will play on their slot that if ever they hit a jackpot they will not be denied like what happened to the poor lady, it's good that they have an off-court settlement because the woman will surely win the court battle, I'm sure she is fully compensated but this is not good for the reputation of the casino.
1478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 10, 2023, 02:22:36 PM

Once Conor said, that any fighter that fights him becomes a millionaire after. That might be the true motives Oliveira wants to fight him so badly ( I think in every third interview Charles calls McGregor for a fight). On the other hand we all know how greedy UFC is and how they pay only hundred thousands their top fighters. Hope that I am wrong. I believe real reason is that Charles has already fought everyone in top5, except Dariush (not a real challenge for him imho) and others Fiziev, RDA, Gamrot are not a real thread to him.

Well that was when he was a hot item and the biggest attraction in the UFC but the landscape is very much different now, there are a lot of up-and-coming UFC fighters and he cannot fight in the division where he used to reign, because he has different appearance he builds his muscles that if he fought it will be in the middleweight, I also like Connor to get back in the ring and see what division he is going to fight and if he is still the Connor that we used to know, fast strong and very agile.
1479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Are Players Going To Trust Casinos If They Don't Show Solid Evidence on: January 08, 2023, 11:04:02 PM
There isn't  much we can do in these situations. However, I have seen DT people forcing the casinos to give out better explanations before.

1- The user shows incredible proof of a scam
2- The casino says bla bla bla multi acc bla bla cheat
3- User says show logs, show proof
4- Casino says blabla bla our logs are private bla bla bla

5- DT enters the chat. Gives a red trust rating to the casino.
6- Casino suddenly freaks out and tries to work something out with the user in private

7- The user either agrees with the casino or denies the offer
8- Casino will have no other choice but to give the user whatever he wants

This exact story above happened before.

DT have the powa.
Happened so many times and it happened and always on new casinos or casinos that keep denying payment to their players and they keep giving the same alibis with no solid proof to show, their answers are all same and generic, and no further explanation is given, 1XBIT is notorious on this, they drop a one-liner saying OP cheated we decline his payout and ban him, and that's all there is no further explanation, and we hate this kind of casino, so the community has to step up.
1480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If Luck Was Measured In Percentage, Rate Your Luck In 2022 From 0-100 on: January 08, 2023, 11:46:35 AM

For me,
I will rate my 2022 gambling luck 5% out of 100, I didn't gamble much, but for the little I gambled, I didn't win much either, Infact, I think I lost more money than I won from gambling in 2022.

My gambling plans for this year 2023...
I currently do not have any plans yet for this year as I've not really settled into the year, have a few debts from last year I am still trying to settle before I think of gambling again..

I won some and loses more but it's hard to calculate because I never calculate my losses and my winnings but it's somewhere between 30 to 50% I play with money that I can afford to lose and this is excess money so I never calculate or even remember, it's not really the monetary value but the enjoyment I derive from playing.
This coming year I will not change my mindset, I will just play to enjoy with excess money, it's enjoyable to play with no pressure to win.
