1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are those people that you don't want them to know you are a gambler on: November 09, 2022, 08:48:46 PM

Are you such gambler ?

Of course, I am I may not be a heavy gambler but I do gamble from online casinos or from peer-to-peer especially in boxing

Quote
Who are these people you hide your gambling activities from ?
My employer obviously employers have high standards when it comes to their employees

Quote
Give a reason why you don't want them to know you are a gambler.
If you're working in a financial department you may lose your chance to get promoted because employers have a high standard for their people in the high position you are out of candidates if they know that you gamble.

1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can roullete be rigged? on: November 09, 2022, 02:23:09 PM
There are at least 2 ways I can think of for rigging a roulette wheel. If you alter how the table balances (such as putting something small and unnoticeable under two of the legs) then you'll probably find there is a greater chance the ball ends up on one side of the wheel than the other (or clusters around certain specific numbers) - there could even be a way to do this with two opposite legs out of alignment (on the diagonal) so a host or someone off camera can change the lean of the table every so few spins without being noticed.

There's also a possibility grooves could be added to parts of the wheel where the ball spins so its course changes as it roles (if you think of the bounce of a ball that hits a corner then it's a lot more predictable). There's probably a lot of people on both sides of a casino trying to look for these sorts of things though because it can hurt the house's edge if the wheel is a bit more predictable.

These both don't guarantee a specific number is hit though so it'll still make the outcome seem random (if not done in a way that's noticeable - someone stretching across the table to do more than pick up the ball would likely be perceived as weird at best).

This why i lose 2 days in a row thiefs. New casino iwas in
I am assuming that your "revenge" and plan to "bankrupt" them didn't go as planned? also, you don't have any evidence that the roulette game was rigged. it seems to me that you agreed with jackg to justify your thoughts that you were cheated and is denying the fact that you lost twice in a row fair and square.

I think he still wants to get revenge so he wants to justify what he thinks that he was cheated on that is why he lost,  this is gambling no guarantee of winning don't look for loopholes to justify why you lose, if a gambler keeps justifying why he losses and he only expect winning you will likely get addicted and keeps on winning because he thinks he cannot lose and he only wins everytime he plays.
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A lottery's defense to not paying a huge winning. on: November 08, 2022, 08:25:57 PM

The question is ?
What do you really think of the lottery company and is there any chance for them to winning the case and not paying the winner?

Any casino or lottery company has no obligation to pay bettors their winnings if they cheat or manipulate the system, they have it in their terms or contract to operate given to them by their licensor, but if there are no irregularities on the bet of the winner and because of the lottery's error on their system, the winner has the right for a claim, the court and the government should intervene for the winner to get his winning, it cannot be denied. he has a rightful claim to his winning.

You are doing against the forum rules for duplicate posting, your other previous thread[1] was posted on this board but then moved by mods on altcoin service announcement. So i suggest to lock the other thread and keep this open, or the other way around.

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5419683.0

He wants this thread here in the Bitcoin gambling section because it will get more attention from gamblers and posters, if the thread is in the altcoin announcement, only investors will post and bump that thread, but if the thread was moved to the altcoin service announcement by the moderators because it deserves to be there and you never mess with the mods, you might end up both of your thread lock and your account restricted.
1565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost 270 dollar in roullete plan on revenge on: November 07, 2022, 10:34:08 PM
Today i was in colombia lost 1.4 million pesos
Even lucky people like me got it wrong sometime

I plan to revenge and withdrawed 1000 usd from my bank to make big bets and beat them.

When i cane back they  closesd he casino they lucky to close before i play again i had all my adrelaine and mood to win and bankrupt them.
Tomorrow i visit them again and take what is mine.

Btw i recover most  on the funds with bc.game today but i want revenge on this casino phyisical casino.

You lost $270 but because of your revengeful spirit, you could end up losing more than the amount you lose, one of the most important rules in gambling is never chase your losses and never go back and think about it and treat all your sessions different from one another, you don't come to a casino thinking of revenge, you're lucky that you get back what you've lost in another casino, be satisfied with that and don't do more this is gambling.
1566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How are Online casino's and sports betting platforms coping? on: November 05, 2022, 03:11:51 PM
You can base the status of the online casino and betting platform based on the number of casinos we have in the announcement thread you seldom see casinos closing down in fact many casinos are launching every month, of course, the weekly budget is so high, the Cryptocurrency casinos are the trend now they will soon beat land-based, and fiat-based online casinos, this is the industry that benefited the most from the pandemic besides the gaming industry.

Bitvest is still very active here in Bitcointalk I cannot just forget Bitvest, I both played and promote on this casino so if there's a big event it's just right that we greet them and congratulate them for another milestone every year a milestone for Bitvest I hope they can keep up, not expecting the campaign anymore just greeting them as they are one of the casinos that started here and still exit.
Congratulation to Bitvest and looking forward to greet you again next year.
1568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do think that POGO should be declared as legal or Illegal ? on: November 04, 2022, 08:38:52 AM
There are a lot of good things about POGO, like the taxes they are paying and the money they spent staying here they bring dollars and it contributed to stabilizing the government's economy, but for something that is a good source of money is also a source of corruption, a lot of airport personnel are found guilty of human trafficking because they let undocumented Chinese to get in without proper documents by bribing airport officials, the lack of regulation and monitoring caused a lot of kidnapping, human trafficking, and corruption, the government only need one agency to monitor and stop these bad activities, something that the government cannot come out with up to now.
1569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fees on Dormant Accounts on Crypto Gambling Platforms on: November 04, 2022, 06:50:33 AM
I'm the sixth members who commented that there are no casinos I've known that charge for a dormant account and I'm glad that none of the casinos I'm playing and have played do not do such a thing, it's not fair casinos can easily lose the trust of people, I wonder if we have one I'm always checking terms of new casinos and even old ones and they do not have this in their terms if I have one playing I will not let my balance idle the 15% is just too high you are already losing without you doing anything.
1570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 03, 2022, 08:19:58 AM

The man's reasoning is reasonable, but in my personal opinion this is an irresponsible act, he should as a husband, be honest with his wife or children and even if they turn into lazy, he just needs to educate them hard.

what do you think, is the man's action right or if you experience it (win a big jackpot) will you do as the man did or even be honest with your victory to your family??

I've seen this in my social media feed he may have done the right thing he knows his family more than we do,  so as a patriarch if he decides that he wants to keep it secret then it's his decision, he may have a different upbringing for his children like he teaches his children that they should not rely on easy money and should work hard on it, I may do that if I am in his shoes the most important thing is he is a good provider, and he will spend all the money to his family.
1571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which has better odds, lottery, online gambling, or sports betting? on: November 02, 2022, 11:35:16 PM
In order for better odds first is sports betting, then gambling and the least is Lottery, lottery is the hardest because there is no formula or strategy that you can use compared to the two, you must be extremely lucky to hit the jackpot sports betting has better odds those good at betting sports seldom rely on luck they managed to increase their odds and they have insight on the game, you cannot have that on gambling and lottery.
1572  Economy / Gambling / Re: Please assist me in locating good casino rating websites that you have created. on: November 02, 2022, 09:05:01 PM
You could try out GamblingBro, his reviews are pretty straightforward.

He's on this forum as well.
I can vouch for Gamblingbro he is a very good reviewer another one BTCGOSU I can only vouch for these two websites as they passed the criteria as the best review gambling review site there may be others here in Bitcointalk but when you're starting your journey to casinos and you want to have a good reviewers you should start with these two.

1574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are five things you will do if you win huge amount of money?? on: November 02, 2022, 11:44:36 AM
What are the major five things you will do if win huge amount money?. Is it to buy are car or start a business?        Let's discuss about it together.
For me, huge is like winning the lottery, so these are the things that I will do when I won a huge amount of money, I will focus on my retirement so the first thing is I will buy a farm so I can plant different vegetables and set up a piggery, second is I will build a house in my farm, third is buy a truck so I can carry my harvest to the market, fourth is invest in Cryptocurrency for residual income and fifth is save money for my children, you should not stop making money after you make money, because there is no guaranty the pandemic teach us a big lesson in saving.
1575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online casinos disadvantage some locations from winning big on: November 02, 2022, 07:12:30 AM
One of the things that we gamblers hate besides delayed withdrawal, and if there is a hint of manipulation, we hate all forms of manipulation, it could be on the seed, on the provably fair, or anything, no gamblers will play if they find out that the casino manipulated their results not to favor your country to win big, it's worse than delayed payment because you already lose a chance to win big by casino manipulating the results through location, but so far there is no accusation of that sort.
1576  Economy / Gambling / Re: CLOUDBET IS SCAM! STOLE ME 0.92BTC DEPOSIT+WIN on: November 01, 2022, 01:34:22 PM
Hi,

I'm opening this topic on the forum to introduce you to Cloudbet scammers. 3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.

Why took you this long to tell the public about your case against Cloudbet, unfortunately, your chances are not good there are already a lot of scam accusations against Cloudbet, there are a few resolves but many are unresolved or ignored, I don't know if your chances but still post your accusations against Cloudbet in the scam section for reference for those who will do research about Cloudbet reputation, it can help others and minimize people that will play on this casino.
1577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it really possible to quit on these reasons on: October 31, 2022, 08:47:21 AM
You can when you won a huge amount
There's a discussion here of a guy who won a huge amount but added that he is quitting gambling is it really possible, anyone here have done quitting after winning a huge amount

The guy in the discussion cannot keep his word he is back and just posted his winning, its hard to keep up your words usually winning is a motivating factor to continue playing not stopping.

Quote
You can when you lose a huge amount
This is the most popular reason to quit have you done this only to come back
You can quit but I doubt if it's going to be permanent, i know a lot of gamblers who quit but back again after a few weeks and they are thinking or planning to regain their losses.

Quote
You can anytime you want
Do you have the power to do it anytime that you want.
If you have total control of yourself yes you can anytime you want and that goes for me I can stop anytime I want but I can also go back anytime I want

Quote
You have to when you're wife tells you to
I know a lot of guys who quit gambling for good after their wives tell them to, do you know of someone, or at one time you are one of them.
Nothing beats this if you want to have peace of mind you need to stop gambling.
1578  Economy / Gambling / Re: I won 1500 dollars on a ufc fight + quit gambling on: October 30, 2022, 11:49:58 AM
Nice title I can believe that you won a huge amount even without that screenshot, but telling us that you'll quit is just unbelievable unless you are good at quitting or you will go to the extreme so you will not play until 2023, anyway Goodluck if you decide to quit, it's hard to do that after winning a huge amount I don't think I can do that I still believe in the saying strike while the iron is hot.
1579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TerraForm Labs Founder Do Kwon faces $57M lawsuit on: October 30, 2022, 01:22:51 AM
How many cases already against DK? Is there any parties involve with this because obviously DK can’t do that alone. Well, this scenario is expected since many suddenly lose money where supposed it to be safe. DK have to have to deal with this, there’s no escape here and for sure there will be another case, this may be a case after case, a never ending problem for DK.

There should be other parties involved he is not the one running the TerraForm Labs soon we will have the names of his co accusers, the only positive side I saw on this disaster is investors will think deeper and will do a lot of research if there are flaws on the project they are investing, I have not invested on this Luna I just don't like the arrogance of Do Kwon, he think s that he is way better and his project is just too good to fail, he even treats those who questioned his projects as haters and poor people.
1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jermell Charlo vs Tim Tszyu - Jan 28, 2023 on: October 28, 2022, 03:10:01 PM
Tim is a huge underdog in this fight. This is the first time he is facing such experienced opponent. Dont know, maybe he should have one more intermediate fight before he is testing himself in a title fight. He could have ask for an advice from his father, but his father is not involved into Tim's careers, as Tim said that he wants to achieve everything himself (like his dad). He says that if father is involved, then everyone would think that he has achieved everything only with fathers help. I think Charlo gonna win by UD here, he is more matured, had better opponents.

Jermell may have a lot of experienced but Tim is capable and ready for a big fight like this I have seen him knocking out fighters with one punch and dominating every situation his opponents bring out, if you want to see how good Tim is check out this video
Tim Tszyu Highlights and Knockouts 2022
he might pull a huge upset here the match is still three months, I'm sure the build-up leading to this fight will be hot.
