1463  Economy / Economics / Re: I think most people still trust the USD more than Bitcoin on: December 09, 2021, 01:52:55 AM
No doubt. Traditional people are still out there and it will passed along with their kids.
My take, why wait for $100k to start believing. What's in that number that makes it more important than the lower amounts? It's better purchasing at a cheaper price. They will all just feel the same regret as most of us when they witness 6 digits.
I just don't get it. I am glad though that most of my friends believe Bitcoin first as an investment before any altcoin or even fiat.

GSW come back with a huge statement win against the Magic. Yeah, Magic is not a good team, but they show the chemistry again and Wiggins is on fire with 28 points and forget how many 3's he made.
8 three pointers. Then Curry was also on a good rhythm with 7/13 outside shots. Orlando just couldn't find the answer to all the raining three's given to them by the Warriors.
Steph Curry 15 three points made away to tie Ray Allen. Upon checking their schedule he might break the record against 76ers while playing with his brother.

And the Chicago Bulls as well continue their winning streak to 4 already. Still second to the Nets though in the East but just a game behind. The Nets will be facing Dallas next and I think they can win it to keep their top spot.
Chicago Bulls sure is a strong team. The combination of 2 agile offensive players Lavine and DeRozan is truly lethal. Then add more flavor by putting Lonzo and a defensive player like Caruso makes them shine more this season.
1465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another Ethereum killer? The next Bitcoin? on: December 05, 2021, 03:32:45 AM
Let's see once Ethereum 2.0 is done. Will it still be called an Ethereum Killer or just another altcoin out of the thousands out there.
Anyone can claim they are better than another and even with Bitcoin. What if it is and we missed it?
But it's also nice to stay at your right position when you know it is not better than it. Stay at the number 2 position and be the better option over any shit altcoins that is being created.
1466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 02, 2021, 02:30:29 PM
What comes from a great start might become a bad end for the Miami Heat.
1. Bam Adebayo will undergo a thumb surgery.
2. Butler's back problem keeps on coming back. (no pun intended)
3. Duncan Robinson shooting percentage went down to 33%. Ouch!
4. Markieff Morris neck injury.
What's the future for the young inspiring team now with all this injuries that hit them? Can Kyle Lowry shoulder the young players and make them better when stepping on the floor? Will Robinson ever come back being the sniper of the team?
Robinson 3-pt shooting for the last four games.
5/15 - Twolves
4/11 - Bulls
1/9 - Nuggets
0-6 - Cavs
1467  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: December 01, 2021, 09:52:04 AM
It's risky, no doubt.
That's why I think most of the people who get into crypto are either the fooled or the courageous types who take the leap where they want to put their money in.
It is not a safe haven unless you do your job in protecting your money. No financial advisors, no managers, you are on your own.
There is no bank anymore that can insure you, you lost it, your fault.
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 01, 2021, 03:28:18 AM
Brooklyn Nets won and the highlight of the game is James Harden with a big putback dunk. After that, he celebrated like a demon possessed him and shook his body too fast the camera cannot even handle it.  Grin
Good game and Knicks is not giving up until that buzzer sounds, if they only had more time then it could be a different ending.
KD and Harden lead the Nets in offense while surprisingly Alec Burks is the one who is on top for the Knicks.
1469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot providers... which one is the best?! on: November 30, 2021, 11:21:28 AM
Betsoft, Pragmatic Play, PlayN Go.
It's funny how the picks are almost the same above me. I think it's trust rating and popularity.
Why Betsoft? I only have one reason behind it and it's history of my gaming career.  Grin Squaresoft (game company) became Square Enix but I still call them the former.
There is really no connection behind it but its just the memory of mine that makes me pick Betsoft.  Cheesy Perhaps that's their purpose. (assuming)
1470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with a potential like the Ethereum. on: November 30, 2021, 09:33:48 AM
BNB - Binance coin is a good choice.
With its volatile movement an entry point is easy to spot. You just have to do it at the right time. Ethereum is not a good choice anymore unless you have the high capital to buy it in bulks to make profits that is satisfactory for your pockets.
Next to it are NFT's but with high risk and you will have to be as early investor as possible and sell it short-term whenever you see profits.
There won't be a project like Ethereum anymore that is brand new, it won't be great battling with a monster that is near success at it's new consensus.
1471  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a fatal flaw in bitcoin? on: November 30, 2021, 04:51:37 AM
Transaction fees. Someone needs to pay for that for transaction to continue and they are actually cheap if it is from one wallet to another.
But do it in an exchange and I am sure you will be shocked at how much they will cost you.
Anyway, once all Bitcoin is mined we are dead, or I am dead and am not going to witness what else would happen but hoping it is for the good.
The good part is it's not a pyramid scheme unlike what new projects are trying to offer now. The invested money will be scattered to the first users and you will get yours once you get old in the circle.
In Bitcoin, you buy, you keep, you resist the dump and pump and be optimistic about the future.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 30, 2021, 04:10:47 AM
I thought he's playing but Jimmy is also missing in this game. I wasn't aware that he's out due to a Tailbone injury.

It's quite sloppy of me not following all injury updates before placing my bet but I still didn't expect them to play badly in the first half. They're playing better in the third quarter but I'm not hopeful they could turn things around in the fourth.
After a 6 losing streak finally they got another win.
Bam Adebayo and Jokic stats are almost identical, Bam did step up his game when they need to because Butler is out. But, it's not enough to win the game for Jokic also had his help from the bench. Gordon and Bones for their offense and Campazzo being a pest for Lowry to avoid him from heating up.
I wish this will be a start for the Nuggets team to go back in the higher seed of the West.
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will CRO will do tomorrow 10-30% gains? on: November 29, 2021, 02:50:59 PM
You're lucky, you pick the right choice as I am also trying to invest with that coin with so much advertisements they are producing all throughout social media and different streaming platforms.
I'd go all-in with this coin but I'd try to be as long term as possible if I can.
Try to resist the panic that will happen which is normal with every coin that is pursuing a higher value in the market.
I am with you here although I am invested with just a couple of thousands.
1474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think crypto prices will collapse further tomorrow? on: November 29, 2021, 05:46:27 AM
For me it's still in a good position. I don't know about other will think about it but $57k is not a joke amount.
I lack knowledge about stocks and I am not used at comparing that in cryptocurrencies. IMO, Bitcoin always has it's own way of moving the market.
Will it collapse further? Yes, it's possible and it's not just about the new virus. Consider the December month as a spending month and most likely a part of investors are already taking out their savings to buy the necessary things for gifts and preparation for food in the table for good luck in the next year to come.
1475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 29, 2021, 04:38:52 AM
Lakers should not mess this up.
6 more minutes and the lead is cut to single digit from a 20 point lead. Close the game down in a good manner. They are expected to win this at +8.5.
If not, many gamblers will be losing their bets again.
Don't rely on outside shots, keep attacking the paint where they are good at especially WB and Lebron.

It's a win for the Lakers but there is so much wrong things that are happening.
Whenever they are settled with a double digit lead they will try shooting three's where they are not good at.
There's a minute (4 minutes left at the fourth) they scored 7 points thanks to using the rim attack. 2 lay ups from Lebron with one and1. 1 lay for WB.
That didn't even took a minute as I was looking at the clock there 3:12 left.
Their weakness is relaxing too much after a good lead.
1476  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think does this Cities have that we dont? on: November 28, 2021, 06:13:23 PM
Economy, leadership. This is a big jump to accept it and it requires time consuming research before they did. Perhaps, they even paid for consultations just so they could really adopt it.
But there is a problem that I see beyond it, they accepted it but was not meant for usage. It became like a display just to say they are one of the innovative countries unlike what El Salvador and Japan did.
It's like a race of who did it first and not literally adopted for a change.
1477  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying the Deep (Bitcoin). on: November 28, 2021, 05:27:17 PM
Bitcoin dipped at $53k, I guess it's a buying opportunity as eventually after this dump, it will again bounce back.

This could be like a short dump like what we have seen in the past, so I'm taking this opportunity to realize a short-term gain.
I'm not saying I'll make a profit easily as I don't know if it would dump further, but according to my analysis, the price will not go down below $50k.
Maybe, and I wish not. If it goes below that price we might see more panic from different small holders of Bitcoin.
There is always the idea of riding the dump and just try to buy it back after it finishes the dumping phase which sometimes takes longer than how it pump again.
Mostly, we see gain in short span of time and then it corrects again and I think they will try to take advantage of that if ever another dump takes place.
1478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy into the hype, return to fundamentals! on: November 28, 2021, 04:25:42 PM
People forgets history. That's what I think is happening now.
They can easily be manipulated with the basic platforms of new projects being created. Like, cheap coins with high returns if you buy millions of it.
This kind of perspective is not different from what happened before.
I don't think it can easily be undone and it will happen over and over again unless they learned they lesson and be a victim of it.
1479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 28, 2021, 09:41:45 AM
Glad I didn’t put a whole bunch of coin down on this Chicago Bulls vs Miami Heat game. As a Bulls fan it’s been a bit difficult watching this game as most everyone is having a pretty poor shooting night. Luckily the Heats star player (and of course former Bull) Jimmy Butler isn’t having a great game himself.
Yeah, they are surely lucky he is off night and just forcing his way to contribute for the team.
It's his presence that is helpful for the team. Someone who could lead them even though his shooting is not there. 6/15 FG and 0/4 outside shots.
Now the advantage of taking in Kyle Lowry is surfacing, he was signed by the Heat for this instances when one star is having a bad day/night.

What's the odds of the MVP race now? Is Chris Paul really on the top 5 now or did I read a bad article from NBA? He is averaging double double in assists and point and made a big impact that's why Suns is so strong now.

1480  Economy / Economics / Re: Prospective retailer on: November 27, 2021, 11:00:23 AM
That never grazed my mind until now.
Why? Maybe because I am not business minded but more on the consumer and investor side only.
It might work for those who have big capitals but it needs employees and I don't think I am good on that.
Risk is also a factor because you will never know if it will click to the mass or not. What if it doesn't? Leaping to that kind of business needs a lot of work and it cannot be just an option for a hobby-like things.
Paying up strategist, marketing side and then the financial side. That will be expensive.  Cheesy
