@ spondoolies

What is the best email address to reach your hosting team?
1482  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech launches a new line of ASIC miners - Best W/GH/s ratio on: May 18, 2014, 09:46:10 AM
It is a terrible idea concerning airflow.

You need to force atleast 150cfm through the unit (nothing "escapes" out the side/top)
1483  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech launches a new line of ASIC miners - Best W/GH/s ratio on: May 18, 2014, 08:25:20 AM
What overclock settings are you using?
Im only getting mine to run at 1.38TH/s each in turbo.
Im still getting a few errors but not as high as when they started up initially.

Use fan speed atleast 90% , start voltage you can leave, unless you have a May batch, then put maybe 0.68 ,maximum voltage 0.78, and make sure maximum power draw is 1250W if you have a 208V+ circuit.

Your unit will get even louder though, so i hope you have it in a DC

@ spondoolies
How far is the hosting customer control panel?

What is the best email address to rech your hosting staff? I would like to contact them regarding my units.
1484  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: May 17, 2014, 07:10:14 AM
In case anyone is interested:

Peta-Mine has no more orders with bitmine, instead ordering 1000TH from Bitfury (3,5TH 0,785W/GH rigs)

Deployment will be finished at the end of the month, giving Peta-Mine a total of 1500TH.

They only received slightly over 200 desks from Bitmine, the rest was chips.

Going forward, this should speed delivery of the coincraft desks aswell as rigs to other customers up.
1485  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 16, 2014, 06:48:55 PM
if not all shares are ipoīd it will take some more time to pay off the new hardware.

If all 33k outstanding shares are sold, the new hardware will immediatly be payed for.
1486  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: May 16, 2014, 05:11:59 PM
Woohooo!

Time for those peta-mine tshirts!

Btw our hosting costs are now considerably less than those of cex.io, as power is cheaper AND units are more efficient.

Also: Bitfury is the king!

Can anyone post a direct link to the prospectus?
I am either blind or cannot find it.
1488  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: May 16, 2014, 04:36:45 PM
AHAAHHA. This is great. So you brought all those shares back, now your going to inflate the price, then resell them back on the market??

You couldn't write this shit..

In the meantime, you do this during the first week of SCRYPT, meaning anyone who moved money across to try out your other project is now at a loss?

Really?!!

Relax, next announcement will be further increase of GH/share.

Relax?

I took money out of PETA to put in scrypt and I've just been royally fucked over.

I repeatedly told everyone that the GH/share would increase as bitmine units where not delivered as contractually stated.

cryptx has repeatadly told everyone that they would come up with something.

I am sorry, but if you cant do the math and sell early, but atleast you still got some profit out of it.

Bigger orders mean more volume discount, so everyone should be happy about it Smiley

Technically, only reducing the GH/share would be deception.
1493  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: May 16, 2014, 02:45:27 PM
The way i read it, cryptx bought some units back, thereby (atleast temporarily) "destroying" the shares, giving everyone 20% more hashrate per unit instantly.

However, some kind of new IPO is planned to receive even more funding for a big production run, which should benefit everyone.
(as they still have the right to ipo shares until 100k shares is reached, but increasing hashrate appropriatly)

Well they do have that right, but we also have the right to 8.68gh/s per share which we don't have.
Hashrate will probably be increased to a higher hashrate per unit aswell as a higher total hashrate, giving us even bigger volume discounts / lower production cost.

IPOing new shares will not dilute the hashrate per share as previously stated by cryptx.

No , everything will be installed at basement with the rest.

I have 4 industrial fans ventilating very nicely my basement.

What cooling is necessary? Do I need anything extra?

That depends on the temperatures where you live. How hot is it in summer?

Basically, you will want to have the temperature in you basement not exceeding 27°C.

Just pm them, maybe they missed your email.

Do you have enough cooling to run 4 units? Or have you got a DC solution?
1497  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech launches a new line of ASIC miners - Best W/GH/s ratio on: May 16, 2014, 10:28:08 AM
Shouldnīt the bottom of the rack be the cooles spot....?

Do you have a whole rack in a DC?

Do you mean you havenīt gotten shipment confirmation yet?

Please also keep in mind that Friday is Weekend in Israel, and some of them are at the conference.

yes, electricity prices are 0,3$ per kwh.

anyway, you dont only pay for electricity but for hosting space too. (aswell as cooling come summer....)

Keep in mind that when you host your unit at home, you also pay the cost for space, you just forget it.

Home mining solutions just scale less easily.
1500  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN]ASICMiner Publicly Looking for Potential Customers/Partners for New Chips on: May 16, 2014, 08:07:44 AM
Keep in mind that those numbers where agreed on following the original chip specs.

However, currently delivered chips get a maximum of around 0,8W/GH in completed devices, so the actual order amount could be considerably lower, as the chips are way off-spec.
