Looks like a few minor things missing. icons, and coins mined on the wallet display screen
Hrmm seem fine on my side... I'll check into it more I'm back on a terminal.

frontend/api back open.
Working on rebuilding 2 servers to get the missing 80+ wallets back online from the crash earlier in the week.
Thanks
i would make a docker builds: not because it a security solution, instead easy to manage the daemons: you can easy run a new instance in a new location/server. I'm not familiar with docker builds...? Maybe I'll catch you on irc to get more info.

I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch, but my zpool BTC wallet page says a payout was made 83 minutes ago, except I didn't receive anything in my coinbase wallet. Anyone else experiencing this ?
There wasn't quite enough BTC confirmed to make the Sunday mass payout I'll have to send more and resend it again shortly. I'm still liquidating my personal assets to recover from the hackers.

Is zpool dead?
no, just working on securing the frontend. Still 6k+ miners hashing away.

Any news about zpool, I am still mining there, and receiving some payments...
no balances will end up not being paid or cleared. It's the risk of running a pool. This hack caused a major overload of work to do to update wallets and transfer balance from old to new. It doesn't help that two of my servers crashed a burned this week too so trying to rebuilding those as well. One still hasn't identified the cause, the other had the CacheCade SSD replaced yesterday. They'll all get caught up for payments, just patients is needed. Hang in there, Cheers

We're making progress so I hope the front end can be re-enabled by the end of the weekend which will bring the API back online as well.

Please process our BTC payouts EVEN THOSE THAT HAVE NOT REACHED .015 I am like .011 as I am sure many many others are. I cant mine there. You say only front end but all my miners say no pool. So my BTC is stuck there. Process the payouts please. We don't know how long till exploit is fixed and even then maybe we wont trust it. Process our BTC payouts now please.
Thanks
Nope, it's working, payouts are on normal schedule. Last one missed because BTC on new wallet wasn't confirmed yet. If your using an app that relies on API, then don't until the front end is back.

sad zpool is also down ..
Just the front end until we can be sure the method of exploit is mitigated. Stratums and mining is still online.
|
|
|
it's ok to mine here still. The frontend was the source of the exploit which is why it's off atm, for public access. Steps are being taken to identify and lock down the methods of access. It may mean though, that renting will no long be possible.

No payout in over 24 hours? Is it just me because of the coin i'm taking my payout in or something system wide?
there is a coin box that is still down. Holds ~70 coins so thats probably why. on another note. The front end will be down for a bit but mining is still online and working.

Is the pool down? Web site is unreachable and miners stopped.
Looks to have happened again. Also, when did the 5% auto exchange go into effect? Where did you see the 5% auto exchange fee? On the original post. also @crackfoo: Is it something new recently? If so, when it started? Or was it a lower rate before? If so, when the new rate started? nicehash has a update/news page whenever something changes https://new.nicehash.com/newswould be nice if there's something similar like a timeline of updates other then updating the original post. Edit: Reason is because I'm figuring if the fee % is new or not so I can re-do my pools competition. Since it was based on nicehash latest fee's changes. Wondering if yours is recent or not. Hasn't changed in nearly 2 years. All it does is cover the market fluctuations... even then 1/2 the time it doesn't.

The pool will be down a couple more hours while I roll back to the old server.
Sorry for the downtime.... again

You removed from pool X17 algo Is it forever?
No, just the wallet is offline. See the post above this one.

|
an incident just occurred with one of the pools coin boxes so there are a bunch of coins offline. The provider has acted automatically and are currently investigating and working on the server. Unsure what the cause is yet.
Thanks
Thanks for the fast headsup was pulling my hairs why I can not connect zpool equihash server. yes thats why. guess I'll split those coins on different servers once it's back. The technicians logged the issue as no OS found when they viewed the console. Hardware tests are running now. I'm guessing a reboot again will probably fix it but waiting for hardware tests to complete.

Hello,
I use Awesome Miner and I still don't understand how to optimize the change time for automatic profit. For example, with zpool.ca, it's better to switch every 5 minutes, every 10 minutes or every 30 minutes ? If we stay a little on an algo, we have no time to have blocks no ?
Thanks.
I would likely go with a midrange timer, 15m

Can someone please setting it for me ?
-p c=BTC else zpool could pick a random payout currency for you. When I was starting I had such issue and got BCH. If you had mistaken, it's impossible to convert already mined coins to BTC or any other. Need to start over. Good luck! That's right, it can be random and not always the correct guess. There have been and are too many coins on the pool using the same address type as bitcoin which is why I've noted you must supply the c=BTC or whatever currency your wallet is or it can be hit and miss and even that sometimes isn't always 100%. Please always check your wallet stats to make sure the currency shown is what you want to be paid in. If it's not, and you did use c=, I would try another address to get it detected to the proper currency. <WALLET_ADDRESS> must be a valid BTC address. Incorrect addresses will result in forfit of earning. You can also use any valid wallet address from any of the coins we mine. This feature has had minimal testing so use at your own risk YOU MUST ALWAYS set your currency in your password field: c=<SYMBOL>. The pool has mined hundreds of different coins and many have the same address version. We CAN NOT read your mind and possible know what currency you want. If no c=<SYMBOL> is set, your currency will be randomly chosen from any matching coins we have used. This HAS TO BE A REAL EXCHANGE SYMBOL I am very sorry, but where are you ask to supply c=BTC? I understand this that I should specify BTC address in wallet address and c=coin I am mining Could you please refund me BTX that you send to my BTC address? No, the c= has to match what currency you have set as your username. Sorry, coins sent arn't refundable. Import your private key for your BTC address into BCH wallet and retrieve your coins.
