Looks like it was some china and russian farms moving around miners. Seems ok now?
It still refuses to mine on zpool while other pools work, and the miner count keeps increasing. I'm due to patch and reboot servers tomorrow so maybe that will help. There shouldn't be any reason you can't connect now though.

What chainID are you using with your fork to merge mining? Have you confirmed it doesn't conflict with any others?
Thanks
static const int AUXPOW_CHAIN_ID = 666 Is not known to date, no cases of conflict with other blockchains. thanks, looks like it should be ok. I used this for a reference and posted your chainID https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769073.0

Emercoin switches over to Merged Mining.http://www.blockchainengine.org/merged-mining-btc-emercoinTechnical Features: Block mining is only available after a new customer has created any 950 blocks from the 1,000 most recent. Until then, MM blocks are rejected. Compared with client version 0.5.X, the latest 0.6.0 version has undergone significant alterations: Merged mining with Bitcoin is now available. The not critical double-vote PoS vulnerability has been fixed. The rarely experienced freezing of a wallet with a large number of transactions has been eradicated. Long awaited release! Updating on mergemining.com as I type What chainID are you using with your fork to merge mining? Have you confirmed it doesn't conflict with any others? Thanks

Has anyone managed to get a stable hashrate on their miners using prohashing ? I have 5 batch 3 a4 miners running in a super cool (24degree celsius) room but there is no stability in my hashrate. It fluctuates widely between 160mh/z and 280. Please help!i am new to mining, dont quite understand the whole changing of settings such as password etc. I just use the password 1234, is there something different I should be using? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is it not mrant to be stable? My overall hashrate on the 5 on prohashing shows at 1.15ghz, averaging to 230mhz per miner. Is this not too low? Should I use another pool?
Reported Hashrate poolside constantly fluxuates on Prohash. I just ignore it because my A2's do it as well. It's not the miner, it's just the "reported" hashrate poolside -- different coins seem to report different hashrates from my experience. Yes, its the same on my pool, www.zpool.ca, Just keep an eye on your bottom line and you know how it's doing then. It's the nature of multipools and ASIC miners.

Looking for a dev to code the equihash algo for the pool. Bounty is set at 0.5BTC
This will allow multipool mining of Komodo (KMD), ZCash (ZEC), ZClassic (ZCL) and ZDash (ZDASH).
Cheers!

Scrypt port dropping out like crazy
bfgminer/5.4.2 c=BTC,d=512 scrypt 512 bfgminer/5.4.2 c=BTC,d=512 scrypt 512 ...
Just now?? the server hasn't crashed or anything.... been going ~24h since last restart.... I have also been having issues the past couple of days: [2017-02-11 06:27:49] Checking main pool: ^P^K<9C> [2017-02-11 06:27:49] Stratum connection failed: Could not resolve host: http(null) [2017-02-11 06:28:49] Checking main pool: `<F5><9B> [2017-02-11 06:28:49] Stratum connection failed: Could not resolve host: http(null)
My stats says I currently have 28 scrypt miners connected I'm not alone though. The total number of scrypt miners went from 900 to 6000 and is now hovering at 9000. Looks like it was some china and russian farms moving around miners. Seems ok now?

Thanks for this, but please only post it once. Can you provide virus scanner results for the files and MD5 checksums? I've added a link to your thread on the 2nd post here. Thanks

Both my test setup as well as mergemining are on proper fork (from the discussion here and verified by tx and txid to c-cex) .. Anything I can do to help smooth out this fork?
Yes you can help and everyone who is on the short chain, can you guys pls put more hash so we can surpass the 1.3th s which is being thrown currently on the long chain? That would be appreciated! There more like 905.6 TH/s on the long chain... that is a lot of miners. which is why, IMO, shouldn't it be the correct one? My pool has CRW off or it's be another 2-300TH....

I totally see where you're coming from. Traditional views are that you should always allow your users to be able to access an exchange if you fork.
Give us a couple of hours to come back to you on this. It would be a lot easier to just go with the longer chain.
I've tried several times now to get on the "short" chain but I already end up going back to the long one.... which is where the bulk of the clients are and where all the hashrate is.... What is the problem your having updating exactly? eh? thought it was pretty plain. Everytime I sync, I go to the long chain.... even if I put in nodes from chainz explorer...

I've tried using the Iguana Desktop app in OSX but it just sticks at activating chain...
Is there an update coming that fixes that?

We've had to drop the argon2 algo. I've struggled to keep the coins alive but alas I can't get any peers anymore.
R.I.P.
