Lopez will try his best to knockout Campa this weekend as this is his chance to show his fans that he could bring his power to the heavier division because that will be questioned if he win only by decision. Castro ruined my bet, I had TNT/Magnolia (1st half/full time) with an odds of @11.
I was so excited to cash out when Barroca hit the shot and they had a 2 point lead, but Castro in the end finished the game and beat the Magnolia.
What kind of market was that? Magnolia to the game @11 odds? Almost a win by the Hotshots but lucky break for Castro to hit that winning three. Mikey William was limited to just 15 points in 40 minutes of play so good defense there by the Hotshots but it's just the break doesn't go their way, i'm confident that game4, Magnolia will win but to be sure take the option with the handicap to be sure. Anyways, congrats to those who bet on Magnolia +5.5, no sweat at all lol. |

In game 3 ML lines. We have Hotshots 2.90 and Bolts 3.25. Since the slot of SMB is already full, I would like to say best of luck to the SMB bettors, too bad I'm late. If only we can choose two teams to bet for, my second choice is Magnolia because they are a strong team and they have a high chance of upsetting TNT in this semis that's why I found the odds now for them is too attractive. The Hotshot's biggest problem in this series is how to limit the offensive output of Mikey Williams which Rome Dela Rosa and Mark Barroca are ready for the challenge because for me they have the advantage on the bigs. |

Yes, he hasn't fought that much in the States so he might not be comfortable going outside and fighting in the US. But he knows that this is a perfect opportunity for him. And for sure, Lopez will give the most money in this fight and Campa just enough for him to be in the main card against Lopez. It's a must win for him, and maybe score a big knockout.

I didn't expect that Magnolia will almost loss this game, they allow TNT to have a good run, Williams with back to back 3 point shots and that made the game very close. Good thing Barroca was clutch, though he missed 1 of the 2 FT but they are already ahead and TNT can only bring the game to OT.
Great overall performance by Magnolia, Sanggalang and Barroca were the best contributers of this game.
From up to 19 points lead, the lead were down to only 2 points, it was really an entertaining game.
If only Roger Pogoy didn't step out of bounds, the outcome would have been different lol. Kidding aside, TNT has the experience and is not easily rattled in that kind of a situation and so with Magnolia, it's just a break of the game that Williams and Castro drained those 3's when needed the most but they run out of time. I saw this late. I should have placed a thousand on the Beermen if others are willing to fill it. But I guess the betting is already close. Didn't see this one when it was posted by harizen, could have put my bet on the Beermen if only i'm aware on this one. Anyways, is this still open or closed already? Since TNT and SMB won their respective Game 1, let's push this. If anyone still wants to bet on Meralco or Magnolia despite losing Game 1, you can still participate guys. Kambosos has to be very aggressive to try to win KO so does not have to worry about the outcome.
Actually Kambosos already try to be aggressive on the previous fight, but his aggressiveness make him to open his defense and Haney using that moment to jab Kambosos multiple times. Every time Kambosos want to punch Haney, his reach isn't long enough to hit Haney, but Haney can hit Kambosos. I think it's better if Kambosos learn fake punch like how Canelo did, it may trick Haney since Kambosos never did that in his past fights. Kambosos fought Haney's fight, I mean Haney is more of a counter puncher which could make the fight boring if Kambosos will wait till Haney attacks like what he did with Lopez where we saw his counter was effective because the latter was the aggressor while Kambosos just wait till it's time to counter. I'm sure that they already studied the tape of the first fight but I don't think any adjustment on Team Kambosos would change the outcome of the rematch not unless he would land that lucky punch that could put Haney to sleep. |

Magnolia only won the last quarter, it doesn't matter anyway because they don't have a big run for them to have a chance. TNT has controlled the game all in the first 3 quarters, so they have enough time to rest. Game 2 is a must-win by the Magnolia, they have to make the right adjustment so their defense will work.
They have to limit Mikey Williams who scored 26 points in this game.
I thought that it would be a close game until the game as I think they are evenly matched but i was wrong, Magnolia hasn't figured a way yet to stop Mikey Williams. I'm sure there will be adjustments but I'm not sure that it would be enough for the Hotshots to win the second game. End of the first half between the Bolts and the Beermen and it seems that we are heading towards another blowout win the JMF lead Beermen as they are ahead by almost 20 points. Interestingly though, Junemar already had 3 fouls so there's a chance that he will have limited minutes in the third for the Bolts to mount a comeback. |
