Now taking offers on my PaperSafe Silver Satoshi Note #05 + 1 Ounce .999 Fine Silver Coin + Original Signed & Embossed White Paper Sleeve.TL;DR -- You want this. If you're a serious collector, then you already know all about the 2017 PaperSafe Silver Satoshi Note. For all new collectors, here is the story. Only ten (10) of these highly collectible and very beautiful Silver Satoshi notes were ever created and assembled by the PaperSafe Company. Each serial number starts with #0004, and this particular note is #000405. Originally designed by BG4 of PaperSafe and mounted inside a tamper resistant, crystal clear acrylic display slab with matching .999 Fine Silver Collectible Coin. This is, without a doubt, one of the most interesting and most beautiful bitcoin crypto-collectibles on the market. As the few other Silver Satoshi Note owners have said, it's really hard to capture the true beauty and complexity of these PaperSafe Silver Satoshi Notes in a few photos. For example, the notes are printed in separate layers at different levels, which is difficult to notice unless you've held one in real life and examined it from many different angles. (You can see the serial number in the top left corner as an example. When viewed straight on, it appears centered. However, when seen at an angle, it is partially covered by the top artwork.) The stunning, multi-level, intricate design on these Silver Satoshi Notes is truly magnificent! Regards, Chris

Those are awesome ! It's the perfect gift for someone who know really a little to bitcoin. You give him today , telling him it costs +- 20 bucks , and that the next time they will see them again , their penny will be valued at more than 100. There is not best way to convince someone of the hype of hte bitcoin.
I would like to buy 1 pack of 20 pennies for 0.1 BTC
Thank you for the kind words, CosmicVibe! You're right! That's a wonderful idea for our little coins, and a great way to support bitcoin too! I'm sending you a PM right now. Thank you again. Regards, Chris

Let the record show that the original secondary market offers for the Doodles started at ~0.04 BTC on 18 June, 2016, when bitcoin was trading at $761 according to http://blockchain.info. All of these doodles should fetch much more these days! Thank you for the compliment, HabBear! If it's not too arrogant of me, then I'd like to say that I've really upped my game this year. Much better doodles than ever before! Love the fly rod doodles, some lucky angler is in for a real treat! What kind of fish was that leaping off the page?
Honestly, I have no clue. You'd have to ask a fishologist. Regards, Chris

Here are a few more doodles with a classic outdoors theme... And a recent customer wrote to me saying, "I look forward to having the doodle on my wall. It'll be a subtle hint to my interest in bitcoin and only others in the know will really be aware of its meaning." Toying with the ideas of "subtle hint to my interest in bitcoin" and "only others...will be aware of the meaning," I doodled the following. I suspect that most non-bitcoin enthusiasts will see only a fly rod and reel. We, on the other hand, will immediately notice the BTC symbol in the reel center. And while I wasn't completely happy with the fish, I made a new version without the fish. (The customer will receive both versions.) Regards, Chris

I'm in for two singles.
Does artwork come with every order? I'm equally in it for your art, which I think should be trading here like everything else. Hopefully they're bringing beauty to walls around the world.
Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words, HabBear! I'm not sure you'd want to call what I do "art," but I do appreciate the compliment. Absolutely! One doodle is FREE with every purchase. I'll PM you now about your order now. Regards, Chris

pretty sure he means this -> ... See how the square doesn't fit in the circle? I agree with him actually, despite delays. Good eye. However, I don't think that's what he means. It looks to me that those two circles were intentionally offset. Here's an illustration showing the two circles. You'll see that the square window is perfectly centered in the larger blue circle. I think he simply wishes to make the square window a tiny bit smaller (but still in the same basic place). Regards, Chris

I understand he is seeking perfection but honestly the current hologram and appearance of the obverse looks fine to me.
Agreed. It looks fantastic! Why change anything? Regards, Chris

Pretty cool necklace, has a tropical/beachy look to it. Is bidding here allowed or only on the SatoshiAuctions site? Thanks for the kind words, Digi. It's definitely for the younger, cooler kids (which leaves me out). All bids must be placed on the SatoshiAuctions website. And setting up a new account is pretty simple. Plus, we'll be auctioning more "short pockets" items there from time to time, so an account will pay off (even if you don't win this time). IRIE, Chris

Hello, everyone. I wanted to announce our short pockets auction on the new SatoshiAuctions crypto-collectibles auction website ( Visit the auction by clicking HERE). As the auction states: "This auction is for one (1) handmade 2015 Bitcoin Penny™ Commemorative Coin leather and copper wire necklace.
When we started our official @TheBitcoinPenny Instagram account in early 2015, we needed something to Instagram to the world. As luck (or creativity) would have it, I found an old brown leather choker-style necklace laying around as well as some thin copper wire. I thought that those simple materials, combined with an old drill press kept in the garage and repurposed with a unique Bitcoin Penny™ twist, might make for an interesting little project to Instagram about. This leather necklace was one of our very first Instagram promotional photos, 114 weeks ago. You can still see it on our Instagram page @ https://www.instagram.com/p/zqAuf6PSXu/?taken-by=thebitcoinpenny&hl=en
It’s not worth much in BTC value, but as a piece of early Bitcoin Penny™ history, it’s a pretty cool addition to any crypto collection!"This auction ends on Saturday, May 21, 2017 @ 12 Noon (Chicago, USA). Please feel free to sign up for a SatoshiAuctions account and bid on this necklace. I'm donating the proceeds away to a yet-to-be-named FOS (Friends of Satoshi) artist or other bitcoin artist. It won't be much, but they can buy a new paintbrush or other art supply. Please feel free to ask questions. Regards, Chris

What was the final number of rolls made?
Hmm... My best ballpark estimate is ~40 rolls. (Make that ~50 if you include our first release of these coins). Normally, these are rolled as ordered. During the pre-roll / sorting process, I discard any coins that I feel are likely less than MS-63 quality. (It's quite subjective, I know.) I call those our "factory seconds." Luckily, we don't see too many of those, but we do lose a small percentage of our inventory that way. Additionally, many of these coins are sold as singles, so that leaves fewer coins for the rolls. All in all, I'm guessing that we'll have enough coins to make ~40 rolls. Thanks, Hox. Regards, Chris

Thanks for the new orders, everyone. Don't forget that our BUY 2 : GET 1 FREE sale is for a LIMITED TIME ONLY! (There will be no re-orders on these DIY Mini Physicals. When we're out of stock, then we're out of stock forever!) Regards, Chris
