Think I read something about the stats being in fail-safe mode and not reporting correctly, but the warning on the page is gone now, so I'm not sure. Looks offline on my miners Eligius page all the stats are still updating and that red banner is gone. Maybe they are adding more power... We kicked the main 200 amp breaker. Edit: We kicked one of our main 200 amp breakers also took down some of our switches. When these switches went down then some of our other racks could not communicate with the internet. We will be correcting this problem. Considering a breaker is there to protect the integrity of the circuit feed cables (overload+overheat), your fire risk is as close as you really want it to be. Get an electrician to check those cables and circuit connections, NOW. |

I have a masterxchange account, but I canīt send them directly, isnīt it?
So I tried masterchain.info wallet. I added the BTC-address from which I paid the maidsafcoins with BTC.
But I cannot see the coins there. Would should I do now? Put somewhere the privatkeys in or what?
Then I tried omniwallet. If I create a view-only address, then I can see the maidsafes, but I canīt import the keys.
I have the following keys: Hash160; PrivBase58; PrivHexBE; PublicX; PublicY
Can someone help me?
In blockchain.info, click import/export. One of the buttons on the left (sorry cant remember, from memory) will show you your private/public keys and qr codes of all addresses. Copy the relevant private key (always starts with 5) and import into Omni. You should have full control now. Dont forget to register your sending address with masterxchange first. These are steps for transferring a blockchain.info wallet into an omni, right? Its the way you obtain your private key/s from blockchain.info, to copy n paste into Omni, yes. |

Does this mean that my address will get lost, or I will still be able to access it from blockchain as I also have it in there with the private key?
Yes you will just need to put your privet key into omniwallet once again. Your bitcoin address will not disappear. Probably a good time to remind people to always perform a backup of their wallets. In fact, its good practice to test the backup process when you first start using a new wallet by logging out, logging back in and reloading the JSON or text backup of any wallet, before full use. |

The sell down to the lows, was executed by less people i can count on one hand, and one of those i suspect, has a fat-finger.
I get the feeling there are many new entrants here (welcome all), who may find these markets/order books just a tad intimidating. Thats understandable, but remember its going to be broad-based sentiment that decides mid to long term price/value, not an individuals emotion, confusion, or short term need. Just a thought.

Does not give me any warm and fuzzies with it says 'alpha'! Tested the omniwallet... does not show the MSAFE coins that are in my address. Only Masterchest.info shows the coins. AGAIN... what wallet works with MSAFE? I hear you re alpha. Had exactly the same fears myself. It needs a little patience, a few deep breaths, and a few little dust tests, and it will deliver. Theres some friction/glitches with Omni to overcome, but in the last 24hrs ive managed to receive, send, add private keys, send between two addresses in the wallet, and send MSC + MSAFE + BTC from the same address. Keep calm, and carry on.  |

All my tx's have now reached their destinations, and Omniwallet now shows correct amounts.

so where do I need to send them if they are on a different address? Do I need to send it to the first or to the second address? This is quite confusing.
If you no longer have control of the above sending address, and cant therefore send to it (and then send on to masterxchange), you will need to send masterxchange an email. Speak to Adrien, as he knows the problem, and is going to change the process soon (option to change and/or have multiple sending addresses). Agreed, its currently a challenge and a headfuck to fully understand. Onwards and upwards eh! |
