161  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Mining Equipment Manufacturers -- xCrowd*fixed*, HashFast, KnCMiner December on: August 10, 2013, 02:18:35 PM
Please remove xCrowd from your chart. The numbers are just not right. The xCrowd website isn't even available atm. Let them announce final numbers first.

they announced tomorrow on twitter, not sure for what. But maybe they are releasing some "big numbers" tomorrow. Just wait and see.

But i am with you in the point of "the numbers are just not right" seems too good in my opinion.

We have already addresses it previously and we aren't locking up customer's funds under no basis. Customers will have the option of requesting a refund month's before we start shipping and we also added a 30% escrow deposit option that will provide prospective customers with more options.

We already have completed a highly competitive IC design and sent it out for MDP but until we start opening sales to the public we reserve the right to limit what we publish due to a number of reasons.

When will the public have access to the site ?
162  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: CGMINER ASIC FPGA GPU overc monit fanspd RPC linux/win/osx/mip/r-pi 3.3.2 on: August 10, 2013, 02:07:36 PM
Okay 3.3.2 on windows and still slow...

I'm not sure what to do here?

after few minutes everything is sick and back to square 1

Check all your peripherals , USB hub/s , USB cables , power supply etc . Its probably not the miner client. Try swapping out a USB cable or try just one erupter and see if u can get just one to mine at 335 Mh/s.
163  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Fixed Price] 5x110GH in hand -120btc on: August 10, 2013, 08:42:53 AM
I bet you can sell them on ebay for 13-15k each.

Anything selling for over a grand on e-Bay becomes a pain in the ass , paypal freezes your account and requires you to prove your identity , which slows access to funds.

Excellent site.

And a bigger fish!  Shocked

3 TH/s is really serious gear!

Hopefully they hang around for a while. We have more hashing power than p2pool ATM.

I tried both the new dll and exe and all 3 instances of erupters did start.  But I had erupters falling off and coming back up continuously.  Ozco is bouncing up and down and it seems to keep trying bring it back up.  I went back to stock 3.3.1 and it failed over to a backup pool and is running stable again.

Also I noticed that the U: went away.  I like contrasting the U: and WU: with the variable difficulty to make sure they are in line.  I wouldn't like it if U: went away.  It doesn't seem that it would make a difference in window realestate.
Sam
Hmm the erupters are going zombie and being hotplugged? That's undesirable behaviour.

No they aren't going zombie.  They just continually idled, green light going solid, and then pick up and run again.

I will try to run the new binaries again later when I have more time to tinker with it.
Thanks,
Sam

I had similar behavior with erupters , swapping a usb cable , resolved the issue .
169  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Large bitcoin mining farm mining 4 blocks a day having made 1600BTC on: August 05, 2013, 10:48:10 AM
Im thinking a fraternity of hackers or some sort of government regime , recently got themselves more hashing power than p2pool.

171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best exchange to buy BTC for aussies on: July 27, 2013, 04:35:37 AM
Bittrade is pretty efficient , cash deposit at a branch only AFAIK.

Have any Aussies transfered funds to Bitstamp via International bank wire , if so how long did it take ?.

173  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory - Discussion Thread on: July 27, 2013, 01:37:33 AM
Armory should include a transaction fee when using the "sweep funds to" , function right ?. I just thought I would ask before trying it .
174  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [500 GH/s]HHTT -Selected Diff/Stratum/PPLNS/Paid Stales/High Availability/Tor on: July 25, 2013, 07:36:00 AM

175  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Help me pick a pool on: July 25, 2013, 06:59:28 AM

@WebSlicer point your devices  at several different pools for a week or two to get a representative sample of pool payouts . I guess you could use a spreadsheet if you really want to be pedantic.
176  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Linux mining distro for the Raspberry PI - MinePeon on: July 23, 2013, 07:12:54 AM
I am helping someone out on the latest version on the status page it has these fields. I am curious what is the Error and Utility showing. When using a 10 port hub getting 731 errors on one device and 0 Under utility for all devices.

In fact all devices are showing a ton of errors from 2 to 1800 all 9 Asic USB's. Does anyone have any tips to get the Errors down and Accepted up. 3 Accepted 5400 Errors Sad

Sounds like your hub is underpowered. Are you mining BTC ?

Post some specs of the hub.

If you have a desktop PC try plugging an Erupter into one of the USB ports and see if they work that way.

Excellent client .

Is there a new client that works?

0.88.1 Works on my Windows 7 system , its still Ram intensive though.
