Its a good miner. Nothing special. No virus that I have found. Not fast as I hoped. (yet ?)
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: who here is mining turtlecoin? on: June 28, 2018, 12:22:57 PM
Turtle is a good team, people mining it are good people.
Turtle coin amount of coin make it close to the 1 satoshi valuation no matter how you count it...

I have 200K turtle because.. you never know, but that's it
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: FPGA miner for altcoin on: June 23, 2018, 08:19:06 PM
how cheap is cheap? we plan to price the fpga miner at $400 price range (depending on the final order number), about 20W power consumption. i don't really think you can get reasonably sized fpga device below that price

400 US isn't cheap expecially with ETH( and the market) at current price level.

I do think that there are some reasonably sized FPGA but limited to only few algos that may be sold around 200 bucks.

ANd then we have to pay attention to the bitstream. If your bitstream follow the same algos of what will be available on the other platform ie allmineinc, the risk of overlapping is high.

A fpga that mine Allium, Arto CNvariant, or skein will be more safe to purchase than one that mine Etash,CN monero and Tribus.

164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Advice please. WIth a switcher should one turn off lesser mined algo's? on: June 23, 2018, 09:14:56 AM
Sorry, I didn'y notice how many rigs you have.

ITS absolutely a good advise to avoid ALL the algo in which your hashrate may influence the  pool one beyng more than 10 % of it.

If for example the hashrate is 100 and you increase the pool hashrate by 10 % your BTC/MHs/day  will instantly become 90% of what the pool reported so, then Nemos will suggest to switch as soon as possible. ANd reapeat

Its happening a lot on x17 / Lyra 2rev2 for Verge. Nemos keep jumping between the two algos and because the miner takes  normally 60 second to reach its peak, you think that you are mining at the benchamark speed, instead you mine well below it.

I will stay with the biggest pool, may be theoretically earning less, but at the end of the day, earning more.

In that sense, Nicehash its better.

I would suggesy you to point some rigs on Zpool as well as for some Algos they have a very stable hashrate and earnings
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Advice please. WIth a switcher should one turn off lesser mined algo's? on: June 22, 2018, 08:17:47 PM
You don't have to. That's the good thing about multi algo switcher.

I am mining on Zergpool as well AND in Ahashpool with a rig of Gtx 1070.

Most of the time its mining on Zerg , fewer time on Ahashpool with 8 % gain and 600 sec, in order to MINIMIZE the switch

Most of the time I 'm mining Neoscrypt / Lyra2rev2/Tribus on Zergpool

Average 3 times a day its mining Skein. And when it does, Its the highest ROI/minutes I got. Very high also with Timetravel Phi and Skunk.

Its a pain when you make the benchmark, but after, its very good.

Here the list : bitcore,c11,hsr,keccakc,Lyra2RE2,lyra2z,neoscrypt,phi,skunk,tribus,x16r,x16s,x17,xevan,timetravel,skein.
I deleted most of the Asic, but  Kekkakc.

I average 0.4 microbtc/day/card with the 1070.

If you need, I will pm you my BTC address for the test rig and you can see by yourself

166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NPlusMiner - GUI Pool/Algo switching miner with Plus logic (NVidia) on: June 20, 2018, 10:10:59 AM
I reinstalled, perfectly clean inclusing all the miners and the benchmarks
And it have a 1000 magnitude  error on zergpool, this time the other way aroundmeaning revenue estimate is 1/1000 of what is supposed to be

And found the mistake ( well, where it is)

Zergpoolnormal, is wrong by 1000 factor , Zergpoolplus  plus seem ok so far
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: June 20, 2018, 03:10:21 AM
Nemo, is Nplus also based on Nemosminer ?

the latest one doesn't work: I selected Ahashpool and Zergpool.

ALL THE ALGO in the Benchmark are from Ahashpool , noone from zergpool.

The latest version doesn' divide by 1000 the info coming from Zergpool, it divide  by 1000. 000 ALL the algos
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NPlusMiner - GUI Pool/Algo switching miner with Plus logic (NVidia) on: June 19, 2018, 09:32:52 PM
ok, I have a different question an easy one:
have you tested the 2.2.1 ?
I have all zergpool algos at 0,001 mbtc/day with 4 GTX 1070 ti

I will go back to the 2.2 without the algo with trouble for the time being

mmm, may be not. I will try a clean install again

169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NPlusMiner - GUI Pool/Algo switching miner with Plus logic (NVidia) on: June 19, 2018, 09:17:52 PM
can you simply tell use which directory / file we have to change ? I don't want to redo all the benchmark again on all the rigs
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Agilmine - Your REAL altcoin FPGA miner on: June 19, 2018, 12:38:57 PM
SO, at the end have you decided to go with the cheaper option less powerful ?

I hope so.

Please remember that its a FPGA not an asic. So, please release it with at least a couple of bitstreams Smiley
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] T-Rex miner for Nvidia GPU Linux (Lyra2z, Tribus, Phi1612) on: June 16, 2018, 09:37:38 AM
IF you are going to rewrite the software as you said, please mantain the basic setting of CCMiner for using/not using cards and for intensity.

I am using it with multipool/multialgo switcher, and I just rename it ccminer.... if you change the basic setting, Iam going to mess it up
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Xeon Phi Coprocessors (x100 & x200) CryptoNight V7 CPU - Need CPU Miner Support on: June 14, 2018, 08:19:24 PM
I probably have access to some  5110 at very reasonable price of 150$
Any idea of the hashrate I can expect by one of those?
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ALLMINE INC - FPGA Cryptominer on: June 14, 2018, 12:50:50 PM
Under Euro 3 bank regulation, online swift by retail customer (us) can't be faster than 3 days from Europe to US. SO if you pay today in euro Allmine will get them on Monday in their account.

To further speed up, as normal and not business customer, you must walk to your bank.
Well, at least that's what they told me this morning

174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Dwarf FPGA – the anti-ASIC on: June 14, 2018, 12:08:33 PM
Hey guys I really hope that you will ship.

Not to me, as I ordered with Paypal and you haven't accepted it.
But to all the people that sent you crypto or wire transfer.

Just to have those Legendary and very Merit people shut up in this thread.

And to see all their Vegas mining something else rather than CN will be priceless.

I already reserve 2 at the new price from batch 2, paypal or crypto

me too, please!
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoNight miner profit switching on: June 10, 2018, 07:50:49 PM
I am testing  this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4419440.0

and it does make sense. IF you have enough hashrate otherwise isn't that useful.

But if you do, just select some coin you believe in, and you can switch optimize your hashrate in function of the difficulty
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cryptonight Profit Switcher: For pool mined coins and NiceHash on: June 10, 2018, 01:04:28 AM
you sir, have done a great job!.
I will use it for a couple of days, and let you know here if I have any issue
