1601  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hillary Clinton to Announce 2016 Run for President on Sunday on: April 14, 2015, 08:31:15 PM
I'm afraid fake Twitter followers and Facebook fans are the smallest issues with her.
1602  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Beware of third wave feminism. on: April 14, 2015, 04:03:22 PM
How is the biology is affecting it?
Anyway, the answer to all the Women from Men against Feminism should be equality where no gender is above the other gender.

There are differences in brain functions, that's why males and females show very different performance in certain tasks. Women are also used to be smaller and weaker than males so a man are more suitable for tasks where strength is important.  That's all biology.
1603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges Too Invasive. Options? on: April 14, 2015, 03:36:38 PM
Exchanges must comply with the regulations, or must escape the regulations. At this moment the escape route isn't ready, so only the first option is available.
1604  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin is a ponzi game on: April 14, 2015, 02:52:26 PM
Not even similar. Actually it's called free market, and the current situation is called correction (after a big bubble).

Only overzealous noobs think that btc has only one way up up up to da moon Smiley.

1605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the end of bitcoin? on: April 14, 2015, 11:26:04 AM
well hope i was wrong..but from somedays here on bitcointalk i have seen a lot of sites collapsed due to no funds or any thing...even many exchanges also got robbed..in this week time when price is still falling....hardly there are some peoples like muhammed zakir,quickseller.....who are still tryng to develop this system and tryng to work on new projects...but i wont think with peoples scammy behaviour or stelling coins will ever make it good again...i strongly feel that we need something like mtgox..or we need many stable exchanges...anyways..lets discuss that how we can save this falling train of bitcoin

Sites are always collapsing. Mostly because of the lack of sustainable business plan and incompetence. No offence but muhammed zakir, quickseller and so on are quite insignificant players especially if you compare them to the wall street guys who turned up around BTC recently, or to some of the whales here.

Your scoop seems to be a bit limited. If you try to see the wider picture you will find that a bunch of high-flyers pouring big money into bitcoin, and these people not used to waste money on dead causes.
1606  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a coin that is primarily a store-of-value succeed? on: April 14, 2015, 10:24:54 AM
"...coin that is primarily a store-of-value ..."

Is there any such thing? IMO Cryptos are for transaction processing not for storing value. BTW what value? A value suggested by a bunch of pumpers and/or fuders Smiley? What will happen if you want to buy something from an "unbeliever"? In that case the value of your coins are exactly zero (unless you can find a "believer" around and sell your coins for fiat).
A crypto what is acting as a store of value is basically an electronic form of fiat as it has no intrinsic value on it's own. Only the consensus of a community grants any value for our coins.
1607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you would be able to get back in early 2009, what would you do? on: April 13, 2015, 06:37:18 PM
I'd buy even four pizzas for Laszlo Hanyecz Smiley.
1608  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hillary Clinton to Announce 2016 Run for President on Sunday on: April 13, 2015, 06:20:03 PM
She has good chances of winning the coming elections. What do you say people?

I'm outside of the touch line but I think unfortunately she has a good chance.
1609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay and PayPal Confirm Upcoming Separation, Support for Bitcoin Payments on: April 13, 2015, 06:17:49 PM
Yep, and LTC on Gox tomorrow Smiley.
1610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the cat did it [Karpeles found 650 000 BTC] on: April 13, 2015, 03:02:40 PM
Nice joke. Sadly the joke is on all the people who lost money.
We all still hope that someday it will all be found.

It is most likely an april fools joke. What puzzles me tho and what I dont get is, how did Karpeles hide 650K BTC? Jesus. Isn't bitcoin pseudoanonymous? why aren't they able to trace the coins back? Did he really run 650000 coins throught a mixer or what?

1st of April was quite close to the release time, so probably you are right.
1611  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS impregnates 9-year-old girl on: April 13, 2015, 11:01:07 AM
I wouldn't expect any great arguments from someone who makes these sorts of statements:

Somebody needs to drop an atom bomb on them

Whats the problem killing a lot of terrorists concentrated in a single place?

Unfortunately there are plenty of non-terrorist people around them.
1612  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia Just Made A Ton Of Memes Illegal on: April 13, 2015, 10:29:14 AM
Well this seems like an unusual law so I looked for another source
Can't really trust in the Washington post with an American view that may be twisting the topic.

Upon further analysis though it seems to be true looks like they want to defend personal privacy rights in order to prevent libel, sort of like the case where this autistic girls image is being used to represent an anti vaccination campaign.
http://metronews.ca/news/calgary/1335166/calgary-mother-fights-to-remove-facebook-hate-speech-page-that-stole-photo-of-daughter-with-down-syndrome/

A person who believes that their image is being used inappropriately can report the offenders to Roskomnadzor or sue them. "Web sites are essentially given the choice of blocking the offending content in Russia, or seeing their whole sites get blocked across the country,” the Post writes.
http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2015/04/russias-internet-censor-reminds-citizens-that-some-memes-are-illegal/

That makes more sense then the original article. Certainly there are always some danger of abusing such laws.
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Killer Application will be VOTING/POLITICS/GLOBAL on: April 13, 2015, 10:03:17 AM
"an actually brilliant president in power, with a congress that is accountable"... Am I misclicked something and got into the fantasy childboard Smiley?

BTW Kora, and protoshares have this voting function.
1614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CoinTelegraph Email Scam/Phishing/Virus Attempt on: April 13, 2015, 09:58:48 AM
Thanks for the warning and for sharing this information.
1615  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS impregnates 9-year-old girl on: April 13, 2015, 09:18:25 AM
They are only claiming they are. It doesn't make Islam is doing. They are some intelligent psychos who have some political gains in mind. If Islam is telling them, then twister's statement can be true, but it isn't and hence, it is wrong. So please don't spread misconceptions.

In the media ISIS is portrayed (and accepted by the public opinion) as the voice of radical islam. Across the islamic world tons of ppl supporting them and agrees or partially agrees with their views. IN the meantime apart from some theatrical moaning the moderates are silent. Sorry to say but in this days they are the "public face" of islam.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Something big for Bitcoin coming April 15th on: April 13, 2015, 08:48:36 AM
It's not very far, let's see what will happen.
1617  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'We’re seeing revival of Nazism & fascism in Ukraine' on: April 10, 2015, 12:28:20 PM
It´s a very reckless policy Snail and it´s ancient by now. Nothing lasts forever and at some point nobody at all will take those terror hollywoodshows and other cheap war productions seriously. In fact the credulity level has been tanking for years while the desperation of the producers has skyrocketed.

Now; people will typically go to great lengths in the interests of their own self-preservation. Nobody is going to like being executed/incarcerated indefinitely for mass murder, war crimes and starting wars of aggression on fraudulent pretenses (what people were hanged for 70 years ago). Expect bewildered rats here and there to scurry around in increasingly wild and erratic ways. Good luck, g

All "revolution" needs a bunch of expendable henchman for gaining ground and to do the dirty work. In Ukraine it's a dangerous game indeed as the govt doesn't seems to have enough popularity and internal support for consolidating itself quickly, therefore they need these guys for a longer period. That means these groups will have enough time to gain popularity and entrench themselves in power. As according to history nazis and khmm... Khazars not used to get on very well with each other, in the future we'll see interesting things over there, I guess.
1618  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'We’re seeing revival of Nazism & fascism in Ukraine' on: April 10, 2015, 10:45:44 AM
Yeah, yeah I know. Our terrorists are freedom fighters. Our nazis are the good kind. And we´re aligned with fruitcakes running medieval kingdoms in the Middle East and with fascist garbage here and there because it suits Goldman Sachs, Halliburton, Lockheed Martin and other owners of those the corporate voting machines put in charge for us. Nothing new there.

Well, business as usual. In addition they don't have to go far when they will need some scapegoats. So, nazis could be very handy in almost every scenario Smiley.
1619  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'We’re seeing revival of Nazism & fascism in Ukraine' on: April 10, 2015, 10:08:10 AM
You should be more open sighted on this Smiley. There are good nazis and bad nazis. Our nazis are the good ones of course (until they doing what we told them to do)... Cheesy
1620  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Turkish Muslims now permitted to use toilet paper on: April 10, 2015, 10:03:38 AM
Hmm. I know a couple of Turkish guys but none of them had any issue with using toilet paper. Maybe they are not that strictly religious.
