981  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Reason For Bitcoin's Recent 60% Surge Revealed on: November 03, 2015, 12:23:43 PM
What they are saying that makes sense. If they are right then we might see a "long march" (to be stylish) to da moon Smiley. Except if the Chinese government get scared because of the money poured into bitcoin and starts a new wave of crackdown on bitcoin and on the Chinese exchanges.
982  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fire In A Bucharest Night Club: 30 DEAD and OVER 100 WOUNDED on: November 02, 2015, 04:29:41 PM
I'd be surprised if anyone important/rich would be jailed. In Eastern Europe blurring responsibility or playing a hot potato game with it first, then making age long trials with lots of defendants to split and lull public attention, finally giving minimum or no sentences (because of lack of evidence or formal errors during the investigation) is quite a common practice.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Silver Starian on: October 30, 2015, 12:35:49 PM
Sorry mate, but a safe in your house isn't something what I'd consider as a safe place. Perhaps a locker in a bank or an account at a commodity bank with a possibility of tracking of the amount of silver stored would be a better option.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft Rolls Out Ethereum Toolkit for Business Users on: October 30, 2015, 12:02:08 PM
This move seems to me a bit of a rush action, as ETH is still in alpha or early beta. Of course it's a good time prom programmers to learn and get used to blockchain technology.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Pump going on? on: October 30, 2015, 11:58:40 AM
Looks like a pump, probably in the dumping phase by now. We will see in the next couple days if this surge lasts.
986  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Modern art mistaken for rubbish rebuilt in Italy on: October 30, 2015, 11:32:00 AM
MOdern arts aren't arts at all. Arts should be a sort of entertainment, by beauty, by freezing an important moment in time or by making people think about something. Just compare that pile of rubbish to the works of some real painter or sculptor and cry. Actually the bin was a perfect place for this installation.
987  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Did you know: the Pentagon has never been audited, ~$8.5 trillion unaccounted on: October 29, 2015, 10:17:40 AM
Otherwise how would they be able to buy screwdrivers and hammers for 50K USD each, therefore poor democracy would stand in the storm of terrorists and dictators naked and undefended Smiley.
988  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach 1Milion $? on: October 29, 2015, 10:10:36 AM
At that price level BTC has replaced FIAT or is used as the go-between in so many transactions that global commerce is continuously buying and selling BTC in such volumes that tens of billions of USD in value are held at any one time on a rolling basis.

That not going to happen. The big banks and their puppets (aka governments) would intervene a lot earlier, otherwise they would lose much of their power and income. They don't like things what they can't control, so they would surely outlaw btc and export some democracy (in 250 lbs packages) for all bitcoin users just to stop losses Smiley.
989  Economy / Speculation / Re: the dragon is going to wake up soon, time in china : 6:45 AM on: October 29, 2015, 09:19:28 AM
Well, the volume on the Chinese exchanges is about 10-15 times the volume on the western exchanges. China going to lead the new bubble if we'll have one.
990  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach 1Milion $? on: October 29, 2015, 08:43:20 AM
Such high price would be unsustainable. To keep BTC on that level we would need hundreds of millions USD worth new investments every day. Where we could find investors with that much money?
991  Economy / Speculation / Re: Official 2015 Bubble Thread on: October 28, 2015, 09:12:54 AM
If this is a bubble then this must be a very slow one Smiley. Looks to me more like some "organic growth" after a couple of good news.
992  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BBC Protects U.K.’s Close Ally Saudi Arabia With Dishonest and Biased Editing on: October 27, 2015, 02:04:31 PM
Everybody knows that BBC is neither "objective" nor "neutral", and not necessarily a government mouthpiece. Recently the govt had to warn them about objectivity and impartiality as a preparation for the coming EU referendum.
993  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Processed meats rank alongside smoking as cancer causes – WHO on: October 27, 2015, 09:39:52 AM
Perhaps not using GMO stuff (with lots of residual insecticides and herbicides) in animal feed, and properly smoking and curing meat instead of using "smoke flavour" and God knows what else would help a lot.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin LTC soon at $0 on: October 27, 2015, 09:05:31 AM
If I could get just one bitcent every time when someone turning up with such predictions about how LTC going to crash to zero I'd be a whale by now Smiley. I agree, LTC is only used for speculation but there's too much money and interest in it, to just simply crash.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin topic everyone wants to sweep under the rug on: October 27, 2015, 08:43:48 AM
Also, I am not in the US and cannot really give an opinion.

I presented details on why I think Europeans and others also are affected. I don't know why Europeans think (if they do so or if not why they are often say it is only a USA problem) they are immune to securities regulation?

Of course we are not, but (apart from a few Eastern European countries) taxing and tax collection seems to be more relaxed over here, in addition until I don't cash out in fiat I don't have to worry. If I convert it to fiat then I have to pay a CGT but that's all.
996  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 10,000 stolen guns found in South Carolina on: October 27, 2015, 08:35:02 AM
Pretty good investment Smiley. Perhaps better than bitcoin in some cases.
997  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Dog named Trigger shoots owner during waterfowl hunt on: October 27, 2015, 08:21:45 AM
i presume its the owners fault right?

A loaded shotgun with safety off laying on the ground... even one of the waterfowls around could release the trigger Smiley. Pretty stupid thing anyway.
998  Economy / Speculation / Re: [POLL] Are we going to the moon again? on: October 26, 2015, 03:28:56 PM
300 is probably doable. Around that we'll see a strong resistance I guess. A slow but steady growth supported by real world expansion would be much better than suddenly going to "da moon".
999  Other / Politics & Society / Re: why International media is so kind toward same Genders Marriage on: October 26, 2015, 03:12:41 PM
Brainwashed? Dude you are the brainwashed here. You can't decide for others lives'. You can go fuck yourself, it's not our problem.

Listen, mate you started babbling something about cleaning our mind if we are not entirely happy when gay propaganda coming even from the water tap. You see I don't care about who fucking who and what's their sexual orientation until they are doing that in a civilized, discrete manner as the majority used to do. Also don't care if they are proud about themselves, but I dislike when they are trying to force their views to the majority, nowadays even in schools.
1000  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Garry Kasparov a true face of "Oppositor to corrupted Putin Regime" on: October 26, 2015, 02:59:42 PM
I'm just wondering why the so called "democratic opposition" (usually supported by one or more western powers) are so often get involved in corruption scandals Wink?
It's simple, they're "fighting" corruption because they're corrupt and stupid enough to judge others through projection of own personality. Freud would be pleased.

That's a good explanation indeed. My first tip was that these guys actually already sold their souls for moral and financial support to the opponents of their homeland, therefore they got used to corruption and treachery.
