1621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to mine or buy Bitcoin? on: March 05, 2018, 05:11:37 PM

i think Bitcoin is only profitable if done at large scales. you must get expensive mining equipment and of course it consumes a lot of electricity monthly. Also it’s usually much more cost effective to buy Bitcoins with this money instead of using it to buy mining equipment.

I agree though , i think even me i will choose to just buy bitcoin than to mine not saying that its bad or just wasting your time , this two ways are profitable but the best i think is to buy bitcoin either you sell it at the highest or invest it. Through mining bitcoin well agreed to your statement that its truly a lot of expenses but its totally worth it.
1622  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin Legal? on: March 04, 2018, 12:12:27 PM
Well its legal though for some countries , but still there is some countries that still not implementing bitcoin. They see bitcoin as a threat on their economy. Until now bitcoin is still ilegal on some part of asia.
1623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? on: March 04, 2018, 09:49:23 AM
Whenever a government announces to regulate bitcoin or cryptocurrency or whenever BTC price is in downfall, most of the media start to warn everyone not purchase or invest in Bitcoins.
https://www.bitex.in/a-class-of-indian-media-unnecessarily-damaging-bitcoin-reputation/

What is the reason for doing this? Do they intentionally do this so that even they can invest in Bitcoin and make some profit?

Well the main reason is they belive bitcoin is a fraud or like a ponzi , they see bitcoin as a threat on their society which is not. And second is they dont have the right amount of knowledge they judge bitcoin on what their see.
1624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: March 04, 2018, 07:17:49 AM
Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar were facilitated
by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

http://www.wheninmanila.com/5-things-i-learned-about-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency/

Well i think its nice to hear for me and to my fellow men , its really nice to hear though , step by step goverment are starting to recognizing the bitcoin. This is a good idea though.
1625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: March 03, 2018, 04:14:45 PM
Sorry but I haven't seen this question for some time now so I just had to ask  Grin

Well satoshi nakamoto is just a stage name some say that hes elon musk or what so ever. But still this guy or also known the creator of bitcoin , this person ks anonymous nobody knows about him where he lives or is he dead or what so ever. There are no specific information about him.
1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have $ 5000. should start where on: March 03, 2018, 03:27:57 PM
I have $ 5000. should start where. Let me know what to do with this amount, thanks  Smiley

1627  Economy / Economics / Re: Still Trading When Red? on: March 03, 2018, 02:29:55 PM

It is said that we can make money in trading when the market is up as well as when the market is down. Right now, the cryptocurrency market is experiencing a big bloodbath (though there might have been bigger ones before) where some are estimating that we lost around 40% of the market value so far. Though I personally believe that this is just temporary and very historical (it happened in the past on the same period), it is still sad to see what we have already gained just wipe out in some hours and days. This is just the way with cryptocurrency market...

Under this dire situation, are you still trading or you are pausing for a while just waiting for the right timing when to buy coins and tokens again?

No i keep holding on though , red market is a sign to buy a new coins and hold it. Well if you are an expert i guess so, but for me nope im not trading when the market go red, i just hold until it increase so i can have positive profit or income.
1628  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy Bitcoin on: March 03, 2018, 12:41:02 PM
So... when to buy Bitcoin? Now.. as it's about to hit $13,000, or wait for a slump?

Well as you can see the bitcoin is dumping right now and lot of users buying bitcoin because the price is at low and this is the chance to sell it high or hold it for a little longer. So I guess buy and hold to earn more profit.
1629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO VS ETH on: March 03, 2018, 05:07:41 AM
Will NEO be next ETH in crypto currency world? What is the main reason for going up NEO drastically?

Well this two crypto or alt coins have advantage though but for me is still the best coin is eth or the ethereum. Well as you can see eth has been successful by years and years and also some investors said or predict that the eth is the next big coin.
1630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: March 02, 2018, 05:05:51 PM
Hello guys, I have a friend who told me about BITCOIN MINING.

What do you think? Is it worth it ? Buying Hardwares / Mining Rigs and plus the TIME to be consume.
I'm not even familiar with it , so I'm probably asking for advice on for those old miners.

Electricity here in PH is so expensive. Do you have some tips and tricks?

Thanks in advance guys !  Wink

It's worth it but the expensive is real , by the way I'm from PH too so I would give you some tricks or tips I guess , first is learn the mining , and do some auction I think or have a friend who knows or expert and buy some equipment that at low cost but the quality is better. And mining needed a lot of power and a better climate so in here ph on our country it's so very hot , so I think you will provide a lot of cooler. In spite of expenses that you will face , in the end it's all worth it.
1631  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying clothes with bitcoins? on: March 02, 2018, 04:49:34 PM
I found this site this days http://www.gamiss.com

Can I buy this somewhere with bitcoins, prices are very cheap, and I saw some very nice clothes there. I wonder is there some similar site, where we can use our bitcoins to buy it. Now I need to ask people with credit cards to buy me this, I dont have one. But with bitcoins I would be able to buy it by myself.

There are many various type which you can look at or surf through the internet , buying clothes with bitcoin make sure the site is legit though some are just using bitcoin to scam so be careful.
1632  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Time management. on: March 02, 2018, 04:30:34 PM
Most of us have a daily responsibilities.
How do you manage your time in trading and in bounty campaign as well as researching for the news and updates of your favorite altcoin?

Well it's quite hard though I'm a student and I'm on the bounty campaign and also doing research or thesis , but i'm learning because of bitcoin now I learning how to value my time , so thanks. And my favorite altcoins is the eth and the litecoin. And I suggest to you if you have the same problem as mine do some strategy though.
1633  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin is legal in India on: March 02, 2018, 04:17:40 PM
Well there are many countries left that not accepting bitcoin or still illegal so in india I heard some news that it's not actually ban or implemented or not yet legal though but not banned to be specific , the government is still working on it , debating it , they spread awareness to be careful on investing bitcoin. Well we can't blame the government that criticize the bitcoin, sooner or later bitcoin will implemented on the world hoping and looking forward.
1634  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do you use Tor? on: March 02, 2018, 03:50:38 PM
As quite a few of you gamble in cryptos casinos from countries where gambling is forbidden, I was wondering if you use TOR to hide your identity. Or if you use it as well, even if you don’t gamble, to avoid your movements being traced when operating with btc and other cryptocurrencies.

Well tor uses for the dark use of bitcoin , tor is the deep web or the passage through it , this tor used by many criminals , terrorist and different hackers worldwide. Don't you ever try to enter this tor though because of one wrong click you can tracked by the CIA , so be careful , try to learn it before you access it.
1635  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pos or pow on: March 02, 2018, 03:19:34 PM

So I suggest to you na mag POS kanalang kesa sa POW.
1636  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: March 02, 2018, 02:35:25 PM
On March 8th, Cheollima Civil Defense(CCD) released a video on its website claiming:” Han Sol, the son of Kim Jong Nam, and two other family members were met quickly and relocated to safety. “ And they receive bitcoin for financial support. http://news.8btc.com/bitcoin-plays-a-role-in-humanitarian-assistance This is something nice to do. But what if bitcoin be used to support some bad organizations, even terrorists? Is this already happening?  What i am worrying is if bitcoin be widely used for bad things, negative news would be all over and bitcoin price will drop. It will lead to tougher regulation. Do u think world leaders are willing to kill btc to make sure they can fight terrirists?

Well do you know what is tor? , tor is the passage through the what so called the deep web of the internet , this deep web or the tor uses for only the illegal stuffs around the world , which you can encounter some different illegal stuffs . So technically it depend on and not actually supporting the terrorist though. It's the responsibility of the user or the beholder of bitcoin ,  if the person uses it for good purpose or bad.
1637  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Wall Street on: March 01, 2018, 12:12:03 PM
1638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2018, 07:12:18 AM
With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?

Yes its worth it though , as you can see the market is raising up or increasing , you double your profit instead of short term though. The best profitable way is to hold despite the risk , its worth it.

Any tips or advice greatly appreciated.
