1621  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN] BubblesBit.com 1% house edge New Type of dice on: October 15, 2015, 10:52:12 PM
This is a really neat idea, with all the bubbles floating up. Some suggestions though, I think that the bubbles should go up faster for fast rolling, and as others have said, be synchronized with when you balance goes up/down. It's a cool idea, keep up the good work!
1622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you play loteries ,did you won something on: October 15, 2015, 10:45:44 PM
The funny thing that I find about lotteries, is that even though the odds of winning are so small people keep playing them. I think lotteries are more about just seeing if you will randomly get lucky, and win some money, unlike dice where people are constantly rolling in an attempt to make profit.
1623  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: POTENTIAL PONZI: email from www-data@homepage.bnmla.com on: October 15, 2015, 04:50:33 PM
It doesn't seem like a ponzi; just a scam. He's trying to sell an automated poker bot that is "guaranteed" to make a profit, which probably is not true. I wouldn't advise buying it.
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: October 15, 2015, 04:41:14 PM
cant predict how much I can earn from gambling. very little win and too much lost some this week Sad

yeah basicaly no one can.. unless you got some super power to read the future i didnt know about.

people are blinding in general.

Agreed that no one can predict the exact earning from gambling but we can predict that how much you can loose. Basically you can loose everything you have in gambling if you are addicted towards gambling. Its impossible to predict the winning amount as no one can look into the future, but if you have some lucky day then you can double your money.

Yeah, but if you do get lucky, you'll have to run with it, and not touch gambling again, as every game with a house edge will make you lose eventually. It's risky to keep playing any game with a house edge; if you want to make a living you'll have to play a game with no house edge.
1625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Start a Gambling Site on: October 13, 2015, 05:02:08 AM
For new people trying to start a gambling site, I would recommend using the moneypot API to build a gambling site. That way, you don't have to fund a bankroll, and you aren't suspicious, as you can't run with the money when you are using the moneypot API.
1626  Economy / Gambling / Re: Magicaldice.com | Officially Launched | Bitcoin Dice Website | Fancy Rolling on: October 13, 2015, 04:56:50 AM
Backendwise I can ensure it will be way better than our current version.
We are still working on finding our "perfect" design to give the website a nice Magical & gambling touch.

We wont be adding a invest feature but some other interesting stuff=)
when is new version comming?
regards.
-Katerniko1

I don't think that there is a set release date yet.

I'm excited for magicaldice 2, magicaldice is neat and has fast rolling, but there are a few problems that need to be fixed.
1627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on: October 12, 2015, 02:19:36 AM
I am surprised why so many people are not choosing dice.  It is a pretty obvious choice that your best % of winning is a dice site with a 1% house edge, no other game comes even close to that house edge so mathematically it is easily the best chance.

Yeah, but dice still has a house edge, so you'll still eventually lose in the end. I like PvP games, but the problem with PvP is that you need other people to play with, and sometimes there will be nobody on except you.
1628  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: diggit.io scam accusation on: October 12, 2015, 02:18:06 AM
I'm creating this scam accusation for coldblooded: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=547199 because he seems to be quite pissed off about diggit.

The admin of diggit, cryptofuture: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=165520 and an investor, oldmate, who looks like is on the inside (not quite sure) or is at least an accomplice https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=401759 appear to have abandoned the gambling site diggit.io

From the posts on their official thread (towards the end around page 50): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=879161.0, it looks like they have stopped withdrawals and stopped crediting deposits.

Although the site has not seemed to actually scammed yet, it looks like it is about to.

I have not get my wd yet and still got more btc to wd. So for me its look like they run of with the money or lost it.

I don't think they've run with it, they've made quite a big profit and they have a lot of bitcoin to spare; also they would have had more to gain by keeping the site running. What I think happened is that the owners have abandoned the site for different things, and now since the withdraws aren't working, the owners aren't online to fix it. Too bad, diggit used to be a really good minesweeper site.
1629  Economy / Gambling / Re: NEW CLASSIC DICE WEBSITE ! 5 MINUTES FAUCET ! HOUSE EDGE 1% on: October 12, 2015, 02:13:05 AM
You should at least invest in a purchased domain name, you can get one for $1. No one wants to gamble at a site that has a free domain name.

I think while free domains are usually suspicious, OP's dice site is running using moneypot, so it should be safe, as OP cannot run with the money.
1630  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you agree people barrow money for gambling? on: October 12, 2015, 02:10:35 AM

If you fail to gambling and you can not pay the loan it was a nightmare. I do not recommend .
yeah this possibility is always there, so never give loans to the gambler,
even though it was my friend

never say never, one day there is a time we should lend them money whatever the reason,
even for gamble and even it is someone who we don't know.
borrowing money for gamble is bad but not always.
yeah anytime we should lend the money whatever the reason, but not for gamble
no, i think borrowing money for gambling is always bad, What you can be sure that you can always to win at gambling?

That is true but most of these gamblers will not tell lenders that they are burrowing money for gambling because they know that if they disclose that they will not get loan.
The lender will disclosed the loan because he/she knows that there is chance they can't pay the loan because gambling is 50/50 % chance to win. It not advisable to barrow the money for gambling

It's common knowledge that lending money for gamblers is bad, but what MinerHQ is saying is that gamblers won't tell you if they are borrowing money for gambling, so it's hard to tell if they are borrowing money for gambling or not. My advice would be to make sure they have valid collateral to minimize losses if the gambler cannot pay back his loan.
1631  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Google Voice Outside Of The US - Your Own Personal USA Phone Number! on: October 12, 2015, 02:07:37 AM
If I have a number and give another to someone else, can the numbers call each other for free?

Yes, if you have two numbers, they can call each other free of charge.
1632  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Google Voice Outside Of The US - Your Own Personal USA Phone Number! on: October 11, 2015, 04:11:58 PM
Received a notice from Google for the accounts you set up for me.

"Hello,

We'd like to make sure that the information on your Google Voice account yaddayadda@gmail.com is accurate and that you still own the forwarding phone number (2**) 7**-5***.

If you want Google Voice to continue forwarding calls and texts to this phone, please verify it by October 29, 2015. To re-verify or remove this phone, please visit your Google Voice phone settings through the desktop site at https://www.google.com/voice#phones.

Even if you don't re-verify your phone, your Google Voice account will still stay active. You won't get calls forwarded to this specific phone, but you can use it again at any time by re-verifying it. If you have other forwarding phones turned on, calls will still be forwarded to them.

Please note that this is a no-reply email. If you have additional questions, please visit our Help Center at https://support.google.com/voice/?p=verify_forwarding_phone.

You can also leave us feedback at https://www.google.com/voice#feedback.

Sincerely,
The Google Voice Team"

I'm a little creeped out. Don't recognize the forwarding number and I never set one up.

I usually put a forwarding number when setting up a google voice number; these numbers are disposable and usually will expire within a few weeks, because I never check these forwarding numbers.

If you want to be 100% sure, you can remove the forwarding number. Click the "Phones" tab in settings, then click "delete".

It's not just you, I haven't received my payment yet either. Victor does these things manually, and he's a busy person, so he should pay out soon, just give him some time.
1635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on: October 08, 2015, 06:23:17 AM
Of course the house always has the edge. That is the nature of gambling. There is never an edge. That's why I pick roulette. It's easy to lose big on your spreads but when you do strike luck the returns become phenomenal

It's about knowing when to get out. If you even get the chance before getting killed straight out that is.

More than the other games it is truly "go big or go home"

The house doesn't always have the edge, there are certain games where there is no house edge, for example, poker or PvP games. It really comes down to what you like to play; if you like roulette, great, but really there's not much of a difference, as roulette has a house edge.

1637  Other / Meta / Re: Self Moderated Threads Only For Full Member + on: October 08, 2015, 06:08:54 AM
Self moderated threads , I think are for the ones that have something to hide .

Want a self moderated thread ? I think there should be a fee payed for it . Dont hide like that , think twice .

Not all people behind self moderated threads want to hide, some members like Vod create self moderated threads because people may spam the thread with something that adds nothing to the discussion. While many people do create self moderated threads to hide negativity, I don't think a fee should be paid. I think the idea in the OP is a good one, but maybe make it to full members and above.
1638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: October 08, 2015, 06:02:57 AM
Keep in mind that there are slot games that the RNG is well known to be around 97% usually. So a player knows in advance his chances and still decide to play. Casino games are not only about making money, but about the fun, the design, the sounds and the entertainment while playing.

There are games in some casinos which are so fun to play and so enjoyable, that its like any other form of entertainment.
When you go to a movie, you pay $10 for the ticket, you sit in a chair 90 minutes and you get fun
When you play roulette, you deposit $10, you play, win lose, win lose and if you lose it all after 90 min, you had fun.

Well said, but there's always the problem of people trying to play for profit, and they eventually lose all their savings. Fun is OK, some people like to gamble for fun because it is exciting, just don't go overboard and get addicted.

There's a handy overview here that you can use to compare multiple signature campaigns and choose the right one.

For sports betting, I would choose nitrogensports.eu, because they have been around for quite a while and they have a nice looking interface, for blackjack and video poker I would go to the site in my signature, coinroyale, and for dice I would probably go to magicaldice because of their fast rolls.
