1621  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Thirty seconds to live on: April 10, 2015, 10:01:14 AM
The same usual overpopulation (myth) BS again and again and again Smiley. At first our world is not a closed environment, therefore there are no theoretical population cap. Secondly more than 50% of the population living in cities what makes those places overcrowded, but overcrowding not equal to overpopulation. Thirdly, currently we are producing food and drinking water for more than 10 billion ppl, so there are no food and water scarcity issue, the crap what you see in many places is happening only because of the unequal distribution and extensive wasting.

Please do not believe in all the crap what the MSM trying to push to us.
1622  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NEW JERSEY WANTS TO TAX BITCOIN TRANSACTIONS on: April 10, 2015, 07:49:22 AM
Double sales tax sounds a bit rough  Shocked
1623  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Greece makes huge claim for Nazi era on: April 07, 2015, 03:12:02 PM
I'm afraid they never going to see that money. Paying 276bn euros would kill the German economy.
1624  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pilotless Passenger Planes Might Soon Become A Reality. on: April 07, 2015, 02:52:13 PM
If I see pilotless cargo planes operating (at least) for a decade without issues then I'd try.
1625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone realize about this? three BIG banks in three different continents are ... on: April 07, 2015, 02:16:16 PM
Like they say if they don't adapt, change and enhance their technology to catch up with the latest trend, eventually their monopoly is going to be disrupted. But looks like they are more interested in adapting blockchain technology into their own systems rather than bitcoin itself.

Sure thing. Blockchain technology is a great stuff for the banking industry. Bitcoin itself is a nuisance Smiley.
1626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Really End World Poverty? on: April 07, 2015, 01:28:28 PM
No, bitcoin will not end world poverty and it never intended to do so. It's a quick, cheap and effective payment network, and a sort of financial asset. Nothing more. As you need money to get in, I think it will actually make the rich richer.
1627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat is a Perpetual Premine Scam on: April 07, 2015, 01:17:31 PM
Well, that's why we are here, I guess Smiley.
1628  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS destroys Syrian Church on Easter Sunday on: April 07, 2015, 01:16:12 PM
Seems to be a quite pointless action. Calculated savagery is often part of the arsenal of conquering armies to shock their enemies but this one will piss of people instead of shock them into submission.
1629  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Trading bot on: April 07, 2015, 01:11:16 PM
I don't have trading bot to trade with okcoin but I recommend one bot for trading https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=459622.0

Traderdaddy is a good bot with a good dev, but holding 25k (or 50k for advanced features) quite useless RBYs on Bittrex is a pain in the back.
1630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The truth about the Bitcoin Foundation on: April 07, 2015, 12:33:50 PM
Who cares? The Foundation always concentrated it's efforts mainly on the US. They are quite insignificant everywhere else in the world.
1631  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Palestine & israel? What do you think about that situation? on: April 07, 2015, 11:28:01 AM
In the current situation the only chance for palestinians if they can manage to integrate into Israel and give birth to children on a much faster rate than the jewish population. (What is actually happening as far as I know.)
1632  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Yemeni fighters attack Houthis as aid flights delayed on: April 07, 2015, 10:35:29 AM
An addition for the Why do islam hates people? thread.

Smiley

This is more about the Saudi political interests than islam.
1633  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Would you guys be interested in an open source automatic escrow ? on: April 07, 2015, 10:30:42 AM
An escrow not going to work without a real third party mediator who can make decisions. An automated escrow can work well e.g in the case of exchanging BTC to an altcoin or even fiat where the system can handle both transaction but not for stuff where it needs a "honest" input from one or more participants.
1634  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Libertarianism growing? on: April 07, 2015, 10:18:50 AM
American "libertarianism" is growing only among sheltered suburban white males with republican parents. Most healthy teenagers grow out of childish Randian philosophy before they turn 17. Only those who stop reading other philosophical works, the fundamentalists, remain libertarians.

You can call them simply middle class taxpayers Smiley.
1635  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Carbon Dioxide Emissions Help Tropical Rain Forests Grow Faster on: April 02, 2015, 03:56:15 PM
More work for the farmers in the Amazon jungles who are trying to clear the lands for cultivation. Does this mean that farming is a cult?

Smiley

...so they can produce more GMO soy beans Smiley.
1636  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pilotless Passenger Planes Might Soon Become A Reality. on: April 02, 2015, 03:25:28 PM
Agree computers are "intelligent" enough to handle a plane. The problem used to be the sensors. Even the smartest computer turns to clueless rubbish if the sensors providing false data. The good old Byzantine generals problem.
1637  Other / Politics & Society / Re: FORGET Skynet. AI is already taking jobs from humans. What are we going to do? on: April 02, 2015, 03:03:02 PM
I guess this is inevitable. We must adapt and invent jobs what would be difficult to automate. Rediscovering our local communities maybe an even better idea. In a strong community no one will change the well known faces to robots.
1638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll- Would you live in a country where their official currency is Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2015, 02:08:08 PM
If that mean one day I can buy a house for 10 BTC but a week later 10 BTC buys only two rolls then I'm not sure Smiley.
1639  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Learn dog barking as a language via Groupon on: April 01, 2015, 03:59:21 PM
Odd, but good idea indeed. However they should discuss the body language as well.
1640  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New phone app will bring women together more easily through 'cat connectivity' on: April 01, 2015, 03:56:12 PM
I'm just curious what % of those lesbians on HER are males in reality Smiley
