New fomos will definitely come out after this upcoming bear season and it would be best to get plenty of marginal coins this bear season. That's why it's always good to have variety in our baskets.
I second that @zonefloor. At this point where trends are being replaced as the season ends, and more development progresses, diversifying one’s portfolio in crypto is the way to do it best and safest. No assurance is guaranteed when to comes to these situations and so we must embrace those projects and coins that have greatest potential while it is their time as well.

I think that it is just normal for humans to feel panic and anxiety, especially if they are put into a hard, unfamiliar, and confusing situation. But, just like what @bitterguy28 has said, if one understands the way market works then panic can be somehow lessen and controlled. If one has the knowledge and experience on what must be done during such situations then panic could be derived into something more fruitful. When one can make his way around it, a way to gain profit will be surely found, not necessarily holding but can also be through trading and many more.

one can always try to diversify by checking the top alts if he doesn't know where to start.
I agree. If it seems to be challenging in choosing what coins to invest with, with the goal of diversifying one’s portfolio in a profitable manner, but one way to make it easier is to research on the top alts on different websites and perhaps check on what the existing investors has to say with specific coins or projects. And of course, it doesn’t end on putting your capital on such projects, you should also monitor its progress and keep up with the projects updates so you could also make sound judgment and decisions.

This is a very inspiring story, a story of how believing in the potential of Bitcoin has presented an opportunity that could bridge even the economic challenges brought by the pandemic. I am glad to know that the restaurant owner has now been embracing Bitcoin on his utmost power, like the provision of Bitcoin ATM in all of his restaurant branches. I hope that this could be a way for the people of Canada, and even the establishments to recognize the power of crypto and to start trying to adapt, especially that there has been some issues going around about the banks rejecting of blocking crypto transactions.

Overall you should reconsider the two gambling sites, they seem suspicious.
I was not looking if gambling sites are suspicious or not in this topic, I only collected websites that have lottery options. There was no update in this topic from months of October 2020 but maybe it's time for me to clean up and remove some something. Thank you. In that case, that would be a good idea to clean up the list now. I think newbies, who most of the time do not do their own research, would just go through the sites directly without second thoughts. So, in good faith, to prevent such unfortunate experiences, it would be really good to do some cleaning. Thank you, OP, for your effort. This is a nice list so far, btw.

If I were you, I would not suggest any games in regular crypto gambling sites like what they played before because the games they played are different from what we played. Maybe there are crypto gambling sites that have those games you want but that is rarely available on most crypto gambling sites. So in this matter, I think you can tell them that you played different gambling games and are not using fiat money instead, you use crypto, which is different from what they think. Or maybe you can give an example of the name of the games they played to suggest something similar that you want.
I agree. I am also confused if OP’s friends are about to try crypto gambling or not, because it was highlighted that they bet on local sites using flats. I think it would also be a good idea to show them how you actually bet on these crypto sites, if they are about to try or you are encouraging them to switch to crypto gambling instead of the traditional.

I like the op's idea, this saves us time for scanning each of the pages of gambling threads just to know if who is the user that are more knowledgeable when it comes to this game. we can then ask those users publicly or via private-message for a second opinion if which they think can play better, if we are not really sure of our own picks according to our own research.
I second that @stepwilli. This forum indeed has a good and positive purpose, truly incomparable to others. I really love the energy that has been given out here, uplifting each other, and having the goal to succeed together through sharing what one has knowledge about. And having these sub-forums has been truly beneficial for all of us, and especially to newbies who are really clueless for most things here, because now we have information on the specific users to ask for our questions and their opinion.

Very nice to hear that this case has been resolved now. And I must say that I am also impressed with how the management of Betnomi handled this, with the goal of preserving a good relationship with their player, through admitting their shortcomings in this matter and also compensating OP for what has happened. I hope that Betnomi will improve more when it comes to customer service and dispersing information. Nevertheless, if the management continue their practice on resolving conflicts then they would surely gain good reputation.

Besides of being inactive their announcement thread design is also poor. There is no flashy image and there is a lack in other details of their casino. How can we know if the site does not have KYC or how much is the withdrawal fees. Not all gamblers only look for deposit bonus because deposit bonus are sometimes nearly impossible to achieve.
It’s great to know that the actual site is good, I also checked it upon reading this thread days ago. Although, I would really have to emphasize that it is important to still indicate some resources and attention to their ANN thread, their presence, here in the forum. Considering that they could attract players from the forum users, who are most likely searched through the forum if they were to look for a casino to play in, their presentation is indeed important here even if they have a good site.

In the question of what would be the price of $100 worth of Bitcoin today in the next 15-18 years, the honest and realistic answer is, only time could tell. I guess we’ll just see if you’ll be successfully reaping what you sow after your set timetable. Nonetheless, I hope that you will all be able to achieve your intentions, and your nephew to be knowledgeable and of course smart in keeping and managing what you gave to him. Especially the important information he needs, most especially the account and wallet details.

Nowadays making profits in ponzi schemes is really widespread and we have to be really careful not to get caught, Moreover, newbies are sometimes easily tempted by how to make a quick profit
Indeed. I think their eagerness and innocence to crypto are the main reason why newbies fall to such. The best thing to do at first is to observe, try to learn things on your own first by exploring the forum and other platforms that can provide information about crypto. Then, if you have specific questions mind, that’s the time you should consult it tot he forum users or experienced crypto enthusiasts.

I see that you intend to inform the forum users about metaverse with comprehensive explanation, and I appreciate your intentions. But, OP, please know that plagiarism is a serious offense, even if it’s not stipulated on the forum rules. Citing the author or filmmakers, or just adding references of the original work is the least you could do if these thoughts came from a YouTube video. Also, even if you just want to share the content the content of the said video, it is crucial that you summarize the its main point and not copy the whole thing. Or if you want to somehow use the words and sentences from it, at least do paraphrasing.

that's one warning signal here. the OP is not active and if you encounter any prob, you don't know if he will respond to you or to other users here.
I would have to agree on this one, the inactivity of any representative of the casino, especially here in the forum is a red flag that must not be overlooked. Considering that if a casino is being introduce and building its image, then players must have some assurance to have someone that they could turn to whenever they have concerns or anything. How could we clarify things and begin to trust a casino without having someone to cater to our needs, right?

I ask a question based on this, can timely active trade override technical analysis ? No is my answer because technical analysis is a direction for trade to be made for an experienced trader. Again on that you can't get adequately used to the market fluctuations without the technicalities of the market this is what is important. Taking note of the graphs, charts and indicators is important to check the fluctuations.
Well said, I completely agree with you. There is no doubt that being familiar and at ease with how the market works is an edge because such situations that may be encountered won’t be much of a drastic surprise that could disrupt everything. But, for timely action an decisions to be made, the technicalities of the market and thus the ability to analyze such next rise or fall is important. And so, getting used to market situations is important, but it is everything, and it does not end there to become a good and reliable trader.

Judging from the sound of OP’s statements, he is really indeed under a disappointed state of mind. And I am sure that we all speculate that perhaps he had an experience that we all have probably gone through as well, losing. Maybe diversifying what you chose to do in crypto market and the coins you go after, would bring some spice to your experiences, OP. But I hope that you do not lose hope with Bitcoin, have faith. And remember that in crypto, you must stick to it through the good and the bad especially if you really see a potential in it, and especially if it’s Bitcoin.

I don’t understand how crypto was directly linked to drugs and alcohol in this matter, and how it became one of the reason why that man lost everything. If it’s about losing all assets within the crypto market, then that would probably be accurate somehow. However, if he is really a good trader then how come this happened? In my opinion, maybe the man has addictive personality, like he’s getting hooked at anything he does, especially if it gave him pleasure or the satisfaction he wants. And maybe losing everything to crypto was brought upon his greed. I sympathize with what this man have experienced, but we have to smarter in making life decisions.

But they can add some restrictions before one player can use the internal exchange like you need to achieve level X or wagered this amount.
Well said. Since they are the ones who will be facilitating of their own in-built coin exchange, then the casino’s management have all the freedom to make their own terms and add restrictions like what was stated by @24Kt. They have the opportunity to correct, and do some interventions with any of the concerns upon managing it, what was observed with other exchanges, and also focus on what customers or players have to say regarding the service as well for example their problems with high fees. In that case, it will be a win-win situation for the casino and players.

Of all I know about greed is a negative or a meaning that associates with strong emotion to get that certain thing but like what I've said in a negative way. But this time I would going to agree with you mate, greed can be turn into positive depends on how the person would interpret it. Some people are so good to look for a positive thing out of a negative situation. Though in terms of trading and investment being greedy always look like a drawback of a person but this could be a strong emotion that he wanted to achieve or to get a certain thing that he believes he deserve.
I am glad we have the same understanding regarding this angle for positive greed. Nevertheless, I have nothing more to say beside that I agree with you with regards to trading, greed can be a drawback if it’s not controlled and put into its right place. Sometimes, in life, we tend to overdo what has been given and blessed upon us, without realizing that mere action and mindset is already greed.

It's not good to follow or rely on signal groups it's much better if it is an advice or idea of some person I usually look on twitter and on tradingview.com about other people's analysis it's much better than following signals without any explanation on how they got it not only you will learn by reading other people's analysis but also you can find different ideas and different perspective about the market.

Here's my top 3 most important feature
1. Security 2. Fast withdrawal 3. Fairness of the crypto casino (not on the list)
I think fairness of the crypto casino should also be considered, as I remember before there are some casinos which claim that their site is fair but turns out it's not so I think fairness of the casino should be include in the most important feature.
