What are you going to do with your Bitcoin wealth once your coins hit upwards of $10,000 a pop?

You'll never know because if Bitcoin hits USD $10K, I'll be so fuckin' gone you'll never find me.
Dammit I need BTC to reach $333,333.34 to become a millionaire.  Bitcoiner problems eh?  Smiley
1642  Economy / Economics / Re: Does anyone else feel like Bitcoin is a safe investment? on: May 28, 2014, 12:51:19 PM
i would like to invest money on btc, i believe it will be a main currency in future.
I wish I could get all my friends to just put $10 into bitcoin, but I fear I would look like I have been brainwashed if I told them all.

It is a no brainer to take a punt in bitcoin with a small amount you can afford to loose anyway.

$10 in bitcoin can easily turn into $1000 later.
1643  Economy / Services / Re: **BITCOIN TV** Watch tv for BTC Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Nat Geo and lots more+++ on: May 28, 2014, 11:55:17 AM
You should post up images of the quality
1644  Economy / Economics / Re: Wondered whos pushing BTC price? Here is the answer. on: May 28, 2014, 11:40:09 AM
Theories all sound far fetched
Truth is nobody really know why px is going up
It is not far-fetched to say the market is having a correction because bitcoin was under-valued
1645  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 28, 2014, 11:30:42 AM
Huge Ripple pump, the train is leaving soon.

Glad i didnt get caught in the beartrap & fud
Yeah this whole fiasco stinks of insider trading and market manipulation
1646  Economy / Speculation / Re: I want to learn! on: May 28, 2014, 11:28:48 AM
You should also learn that there is next to none empirical evidence for technical analysis to be an effective predictor of future prices
1647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on-the-street today on: May 28, 2014, 11:25:54 AM
I think we should be happy with the awareness at the moment.

This people in the shop are likely to be laggards or late majority at best

They probably only just made a Facebook account and will get into bitcoin when a next gen coin is starting to displace it.

The IT colleagues on the other-hand is probably something to worry about.  These are the early adopters we desperately need to educate, which can be best done by directing them to informative articles such as:
http://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-presentation-2014-4#this-is-the-most-up-to-date-quasi-official-presentation-out-there-1

I also feel that bitcoin needs marketing campaigns, tailored to each country where possible, to spread the bitcoin love.

I am too young to remember, but it would be very interesting to see how the internet crossed the chasm and learn lessons from it.

1648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Definitive proof that Satoshi Nakamoto is James A. Donald. on: May 28, 2014, 11:14:27 AM
Sorry but I am not seeing proof - I am seeing two emails between two different people.

Can some one please explain like I am five?  Grin
1649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Communist Conspiracy Against Bitcoin on: May 28, 2014, 11:09:56 AM
This thread is almost as stupid as the bitcoin causing world hunger thread
1650  Economy / Speculation / Re: 7 digits before the end of the year. on: May 28, 2014, 06:24:57 AM
Lets do 20000 digits. I will be very happy...
Not out of the question either.
1651  Economy / Speculation / Re: Speculate High price on 3 June and win xPredict Free 10 day trial on: May 28, 2014, 06:21:04 AM
$837.34
1652  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stock trader joining bitcoin. Targets and projections. on: May 28, 2014, 06:19:54 AM
Where do you see the price going by the end of this year?
1653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Winklevoss Bitcoin ETF Needs Ticker on: May 28, 2014, 06:13:04 AM
VOSS.

Bitcoin needs credibility.  What kind of impression do we want to give Wall Street? Do we want them to compare Bitcoin to Dogecoin?
1654  Economy / Speculation / Re: The rise has stopped.. on: May 27, 2014, 06:39:48 PM

They don't call this board speculation for nothing  Tongue

Yes but to say paypal integration is confirmed is a pretty wild claim, never mind illogical hence why I asked what in the world made you think this?

Especially as a consultant I'd be pretty worried if this is what you were telling clients
Haha I only help out with marketing.  Not investing.

Well they did say that they are considering it, which is more than enough evidence to provoke speculation on this board
1655  Economy / Speculation / Re: The rise has stopped.. on: May 27, 2014, 06:14:02 PM
We are headed-up.  Bitcoin is massively under-valued we just need a catalyst to spark a huge rally now

Good man! Be interesting to see what that catalyst turns out to be?

Would be cool if all it took was one dude (or dudette);

- like CEO Ebay/PP announcing Bitcoin integration to go-ahead

- some unknown inventor gets a brainwave for some brilliant, yet to be discovered use for the protocol

- hypnotist infiltrates Bilderberg 2014, all attendees leave bitcoin-obssessed

- Li Ka-Shing amends his Will, in a final act of pure altruism drops a $40Bil buy-order on all exchanges, donates the lot to charity

- Ronald McDonald, gives free BTC with every Happy Meal

Wow, as I write this BTC's price has started going back up again  Grin

I actually think the paypal integration has been confirmed and insiders are buying early

What in the world makes you think that? Source maybe?

1659  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin will not go past $1000 on: May 27, 2014, 04:28:53 PM

From that article: "if Bitcoin took the place of every Paypal transaction" "it would be worth $6905"

And then we have other articles saying Bitcoin will soon overtake PayPal:
http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/bitcoin-set-overtake-paypal-2014/2014/05/25

And yet, Bitcoin is not being valued anywhere near $6905. What gives? Which of these articles are nonsense?

It's nice to think about anyway Cheesy
Bitcoin is the most under-valued asset on any financial market
1660  Economy / Services / Re: [HIRING] Bitcoin Article Writer 0.02 BTC for 1000 word Articles on: May 27, 2014, 03:37:43 PM
That is a piss poor rate (no offence).
