1661  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin will not go past $1000 on: May 27, 2014, 03:35:16 PM
This only means that there will be no resistance at $1000 when we get there
1662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Willy Report and PRICE!!? on: May 27, 2014, 03:31:32 PM
The bitcoin market has always been manipulated.  Nothing has changed
1663  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 27, 2014, 01:04:27 PM
Pump and dump.
The only two certainties with bitcoin  Smiley
1664  Economy / Speculation / Re: 7 digits before the end of the year. on: May 27, 2014, 12:55:59 PM
lets see,

say that suddenly out of no where, bill gate and warren buffet both decided to sell everything and buy bitcoin

so they both got like 120 billion dollar

say if both of them go to the exchange and buy 1 bitcoin = 1 million dollar, they can only manage to buy 120,000 bitcoin

but as far as you know, there are 12 million bitcoin in circulation and if 10% bitcoin want to sell off for 1 miliion each, you have 10 times the supply over the demand

you can only wish that only 1% of the bitcoin in circulation wanna sell of at 1 million each so you can sustain the price for like a few seconds

so the conclusion is

NOPE, wont happen

there are more than 1500 billionaires in the world, net worth 45 trillion. there is a lot more where that came from too.

Ok then, let say the 1500 bilionaires all buy the bitcoin for 1 million each, then what ? is not like they can do anything with it yet, so those billionaire have sold everything they got and all they can do now is to stare at the 1000 bitcoin they have, yes, the number "1000" on their monitor screen

We are moving into a more virtual age. Instead of lounging on super yachts we will see billionaires sitting on benches showing each other their mycelium balances. They will then return to their flop houses with the glow of a day well lived.
Hahahaa funniest thing I have seen on here since Fonzie Cheesy
1665  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will the btc cross 600?? on: May 27, 2014, 09:29:17 AM
Grin  Cheers bud, prefer your 2nd chart!

I'm not smart enough to do TA, but that guy seems to right a lot of the time, for some reason?

Hope he is wrong for once and it's just a mini correction, then rapid breach to $650 range
Well the first one is not actually mine - I just think it needs to be shown more.

And both charts support each other - we have broken the down trend and the underlying long-term trend is on track to take us to the moon
1666  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 27, 2014, 08:57:28 AM
meh, why the panic?

Markets are fickle
1667  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will the btc cross 600?? on: May 27, 2014, 08:07:26 AM
This dude reckons we will retrace back to $520 wft!!

You guys agree?

Funny that the writer had this article fully prepared, as soon as 900BTC dumped on BStamp he published on site

Here are some no bull-shit charts:

We are in a bull market now.
1668  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 27, 2014, 08:00:51 AM
Is this quick and hard dump is caused by some news I'm not aware of ?
Just some profit takers.  It is a bullish indicator if anything

Big dumps are not bullish.
Nothing wrong with slowing the upward trend to a more sustainable pace.  Better to have a 4% rise each week for 10 weeks than a 20% rise in a single day
1669  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 27, 2014, 07:58:33 AM
Is this quick and hard dump is caused by some news I'm not aware of ?

China bans BTC by the end of the month.
He is back!

Fonzie, I have lost count - how many times has China banned bitcoin already?

This time itīs for real. All exhanges are about to shutdown soonish, 280$ / BTC incoming. Angry
Ah ok!  This time its actually happening  Wink

1672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal could benefit greatly from providing a wallet service on: May 27, 2014, 07:47:06 AM
No thank you. I don't want PayPal near Bitcoins. They will fuck it up, I am 100% sure of that and nobody can convince me otherwise. They will freeze funds, lose coins, etc. Never ever would I use a Bitcoin service provided by Bitcoin after they fucked so many legit Bitcoin resellers.
Sounds like they will fit right in with other bitcoin exchanges  Wink

Thanks for the advice all  Smiley
1674  Economy / Speculation / Re: 7 digits before the end of the year. on: May 27, 2014, 07:44:39 AM
Possible? More unlikely things have happened.

Not with Bitcoin.  It has never had a 2000x increase in 6 months.

Unlikely things can happen with bitcoin.  Tbh,  I am a bear so this is probably a pessimistic forecast by other standards.
1675  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 27, 2014, 07:27:47 AM
Interesting discussion as I really should sell some bitcoin right now as my only source of income is the consulting work I do for which I get paid in bitcoin.

Should I hold-off selling even if I really could do with more fiat?
1676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Budweiser Buddies Up With Bitcoin for US Concert Series on: May 27, 2014, 07:18:23 AM
Sounds like it could be an expensive giveaway - I think they are hoping many will do nothing with their free bitcoin
1677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal could benefit greatly from providing a wallet service on: May 27, 2014, 07:11:29 AM
Anything and everything that makes bitcoin more mainstream is good right now
1678  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price over next 24 hours (5/26/14 at 2:00pm EST) on: May 26, 2014, 06:17:33 PM
So you are selling and shorting then?
1679  Economy / Speculation / Re: I give up on: May 26, 2014, 06:08:51 PM
This is just fucking sad in all possible ways. The OP trusted in someone who forgot to tell the whole truth, and now hordes of internet investment specialists all makes fun of her. Makes me sick to be honest.

It is worse than that.

It is the very same types of people who would have extolled her to buy and hold Bitcoin at $1000, who are now poking fun at her.
I am waiting for Veronica to buy back in as an indicator to sell.
1680  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price over next 24 hours (5/26/14 at 2:00pm EST) on: May 26, 2014, 06:06:26 PM
At least $800 tomorrow
