1661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest during bull market? on: November 23, 2021, 10:13:36 PM
I make sure my research is thoroughly done on the project before I invest my money on it, research like the team behind the project, the foundation of the project, the tokens especially the allocation for the team and the teams.
I also check for the total supply and market cap and once this condition satisfy my desire, I invest On them but as soon as it decreased in value, I will have to hold till I make profits  on them.
1662  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to swing trade and profit on: November 23, 2021, 10:03:17 PM
Whenever the market crashes, everyone holding a coin professes HODL. If you're a non-trader and confident that you invested in the right coin, by all means just hold. But a trader doesn't just hold altcoins.

Over the past 6-7 months, and even in the last couple of months, I've been swing trading to great effect. Whether the market takes a long-term bull or bear pattern, it's always conducive to swing trading as long as you don't get greedy.

How do I swing trade? Take multiple positions on steady, established altcoins, such as Neo, at low RSI(weekly). Sell at roughly 15-20% gain(relative to btc) and buy in at next pullback.

Established altcoins keep repeating the same pattern relative to btc, which is readily readable, even when fiat prices tumble dramatically and by swing trading, you can redouble your position over time without risk.

Even in a bear market, you're making gains.

It really depends on the demand of that assets you are trading. If you are looking up trade and make a great profit with swing trading, you should look at the hot and most sought after tokens or coins. They are very easy to scalp and swing trade between hour frames especially the 4 hours and its doesn't necessarily need much duration to make out something in those kind of trades.
When you ignore above post, avoid swing trade because you may sell thinkoyou have made lots of profits from trades until the asset start pumping from your last exist.
1663  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I need to learn techincal Analysis? on: November 23, 2021, 09:53:03 PM
You need the basics of technical analysis, it helps you make a nice market entry-level and when to sell your coins and when to expect a fibonaci level whenever a coin is heavily pumped.
As trader who hold crypto trading as source of income need technical analysis in how to handle the market situation and trends. It makes you get much confifenkn your trades and make easy decision but you need the fundamental as well. You need to stay up-to-date on information about the project you are interested in buying.
1664  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Passive vs seasonal trading on: November 22, 2021, 09:50:44 PM
Lately trading have become a such of livelihood for some traders as some have turned to cryptocurrency trading to meet they daily needs and pay their bills, but have been wondering which is more profitable and less stressful since trading is base on quality decision. Should one trade passively or just trade once in a while for both emotional and physical well being.

To be honest, trading is not a small job that one would like to engage in and make quick cash or profit. You need to be emotionally and financially capable to make iy in trading.
While holding might be as easy as many want or turnout to be, it's one of the oldest ad safe techniques to make huge passive from buying and selling. You don't loss as long as you don't sell and you can easily make 1000x in long of short period when a trader will busy jumping from one trade to another. So, I will go with holding instead.
1665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice regarding buying on: November 22, 2021, 09:23:48 PM
If I have millions of fiat stack in my home, I will be cost average buying any BTC I get my hands on, I wouldn't pity any sats I set my eyes I find my eyes on sell order but the problem right now is that I'm the opposite of what I just said, that's why I will opt-in for Altcoins with great potential of break boundaries and not some shitcoins that will forever remain in one place no matter the amount of marketing input.
Bitcoin has prove to be the best inflation hedge despite the volatility.
1666  Economy / Economics / Re: People tend not to move on: November 22, 2021, 08:53:37 PM
Sometimes it's not about changing the ways toward financial world. Some people are just okay with the ways of their life and no matter how you convince them to consider an alternative, they will never make a move.
Look at in this way. A man who live in a region where is lack of basic amenities but have enough to feed his family and live a normal life wouldn't want to move to Canada where there is every basic amenities but the tax would take aways his pu check and also the bills are not as friendly to him.
Bitcoin is a financial option and not everyone will agree to it no matter the level of hype or adoptions we called it, they will still take their normal life over bitcoin.
1667  Economy / Economics / Re: Permanent inflation or "just temporary" on: November 21, 2021, 11:19:47 PM
Another real way to curb inflation is to increase taxes paying more taxes reduces the disposable income of the people the total expenditure is reduced. People's purchasing power can be reduced by imposing new taxes and increasing the old tax rates when there is an excess demand for a product in the market and there is a huge shortage in the supply of the product along with it. That situation creates an opportunity for the manufacturer to increase the price of the product or service and price inflation occurs.

It's actually easier to say than implementation, this is the major set back we have had in history. Inflation has started not today, it never start with us and will not end in our generation. It's a future thing that continues and happen as result of actions in economy.
You don't increase taxes any how because you want to halt inflation, beside you are putting more money into federal reserve pocket when they keep minting more currency at any house of Representatives passes bills. What do you think will be the end of your salary, just a penny.
1668  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and non-formal workers on: November 21, 2021, 11:13:56 PM
It's has now become a survival arena place for many in place since we have suffered many lacks of job opportunity, the government has pushed harder to eliminate cryptocurrency from the public but the youths don't have an alternative as there are no jobs, the number unemployment in the country is higher than the available jobs that's why everyone has embrace crypto as safe havn.
The last time I check, even the politicians are also having big investment in coins like bitcoin, ethereum, and bnb. Crypto is run literally by every housjere I think.
1669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ronaldinho launches NFT collection with Shirtum. on: November 21, 2021, 07:32:23 AM
Ronaldinho launches NFT collection with Shirtum.

SHIRTUM is an NFT marketplace that allows athletes and sports clubs to share their special moments with their fans.  He has an agreement with Galatasaray and San Lorenzo clubs. NFT deals with European football clubs will come soon. You can get Shi token Pancakeswap and Gateio.

NFT is really getting interesting. Imagine all the population in we have in football all becomes so bullish in crypto, but we all know that's not possible. NFT will drive adoption to many other sports especially games like basketball and golf, this is where huge sport money are really generated.

I also feel this NFT mostly done by this guy to get money from their fans, I mean, where were they when bitcoin was falling during last bear market but now, look at them here all bullish today.
1670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will these coins survive 5 years? on: November 20, 2021, 07:51:42 PM
You have really good coins friend. I wouldn't worry about those at all this year. They should perform well for the rest of the year and in Q1 of 2022. Beyond that who knows. But good selections again friend! Cheesy

You aren't even discussing correction of bubbles we have had since beginning of April. Bitcoin and Altcoins have massively pumped all the way from $3k to $68k and we haven't had any corrections so far, the bubble keep on growing as everyone is calling for $100k and once this is achieved, they will still call another price for new all time high and that's a real bubble in my opinion, once the institutional investors live now, the foundation will become surrounded by heavy water and will eventually fall down.
1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Great coins to invest in? on: November 20, 2021, 07:37:38 PM
Looks like somebody is interested in coins that are widely known for pumping bags, it's clear that OP need an advise to get too moon in a short period of time. Kiss Kiss
Some of the coins you mentioned up there are good for longer-term but on a shorter profit, meme are good but extremely dangerous as you may end up loosing all your investment.
I have a small input to op if you would listen though, you should buy layer 1 project coins as they competitive with ethereum to reduce this monopoly of gas war experience the past 4 years ethereum has been functional.
Check Harmony, they have good developers who are working everyday to do anything for scalability.
1672  Economy / Economics / Re: Twitter CFO - Twitter to allow tips in crypto on: November 17, 2021, 09:17:10 PM
I like Dorsey ambition and energy toward crypto and how he is making the world want them to embrace crypto but will be much better if he has a separate team focus on the growth of btc adoption and the people because the last time I check, Twitter is well centralized and censor through not as brutal as Facebook who always pick offense on little contents.
Cryptocurrency is a new world, you don't have to miss the two together except if they have another name for it, may connecting Defi to Cefi.
1673  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and wealth as the major religions in world. on: November 17, 2021, 09:10:25 PM
Yeah, everyone is working throughout their life to make that money but you know the money is just made kf paper and doesn't hold any intrinsic value. Wealth is different and you can't become rich by working, it only happens when your money work for you which we call it as passive income.

Your explanation doesn't quite match some scenarios. Mark Zuckerberg for example work his ass off by becoming the CEO of Facebook, despite now that he doesn't do most of the codings and design, it all started by him till he was able to achieved what he had today.
Ex Microsoft boss, Bill Gate work from home until he became one of the richest billionaires we have today.
1674  Economy / Economics / Re: Possible market crash in the near future? on: November 17, 2021, 08:57:30 PM
There are (as of  now) 14029 cryptocurrencies listed in coinmarketcap.com.
A case has been made (repeatedly) for  the existence of a bubble in the cryptocurrency market.
Yeah, I understand cryptocurrencies are volatile, high risk investments. But, are you guys expecting a market crash anytime soon?

I was looking at some abandoned projects coined out during the ICO period and after checking out yearn finance type of projects, I canes to conclusion that meme coins will all be dead after this bull cycle.
Yearn finance projects hardly survive, only the real yearn finance still having a good trading volume compare to others that started this bull run, some barely even manage to get hundreds of dollars of trading volume.

1676  Economy / Economics / Re: Simple reason why crypto is preferred over fiats on: November 16, 2021, 09:19:18 PM
If it's so simple, then how come that not a lot of people are choosing crypto over fiat even if most of the people has some knowledge about it? Shouldn't the ease of using it or the convenience that it provides make people choose it over fiat more than anything else which most people do in other things? I think that the claim that more prefer crypto over fiat is a bit over the top.

In this life, no matter what you do, there will always be the Thomas doubting, they will never try because they are influenced to be in that state till they live the earth. This is why many will never try to invest in cryptocurrency, there head will remain in fiat world state.
Again, no matter how we try to push for cryptocurrency adoption, the government may not show the hate toward decentralization but will do anything in there power to regulate it so that many wouldn't want to be there.
1677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100xcoin boom on: November 15, 2021, 07:36:14 PM
I sometimes feel jealous when I see people talking about their huge interests and percentage profits from different projects but I don't know why I don't find meme coin interesting despite the gains because I can imagine the pain some investors who heavily bought at the signal of missing out turn out to be the losers. They will have to continue to carry a never increasing bags of meme tokens for the rest of their life, sadly people don't talk about losses, only profits.
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creat New Token on: November 15, 2021, 07:21:19 PM
I want to make some tokens in the market. But I don't know where to make tokens and list them on the exchange. How many $dollars can it cost to create a token?
Can someone help me with this?

That actually depends on the chain that caught your interest but I think EVM project are more likely to be similar since most are written in solidity like ETH, BSC, polygon, they are can all be used in different chains with a single address.
But why are you making a token, what is the purpose of your tokens, you have a team or plan to launch a project?
I if the above is true, then I will advise you to avoid meme, don't flood the network, we have had enough of the available scammy ones.
1679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Floki Inu vs Shiba Inu on: November 15, 2021, 06:59:53 PM
I've put the source of the article I took it from.

It doesn't work that way. Whenever you have an idea and you want to open a thread on any board, kindly start a topic and write your contents in accordance with your understanding, not just copy an entire page and add source.
The only and approved way of making reference is quoting a statement and then followed up by a link as source.
1680  Economy / Economics / Re: Who wants to do what. Jobs or business.. on: November 12, 2021, 04:27:41 PM
Life is like a dice, my outcome may favour me but when it your turn to roll it, they may not favour life. This is the same with been an entrepreneur and working as a job person.
I will pick business if I have the capital and environment that will favour my kind of business ideas, not some kind of place that my profit will be making a negative value to my sweat.
If I have a Job in well paid company, I will also but will later abandon the job if I save enough to start a business.
