I prefer unicorns! Bitcoin addresses are supported too, not just email (but not whole address fits the input).
u can pass it to the API (just read trough it), so it fits

1685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Please Help! Blockchain.info says "Unconfirmed Transaction" !!?? on: January 25, 2013, 10:52:50 PM
Dude im sorry but i have no idea what the means,

Call me stupid, a noob w/e i just dont know what that means. First time i ever had this happen.

So no im not kidding.

I am guessing, something happened with the original transaction, and now its just sitting?

How long does it take to get info another block?
i would recommend u to read the basics of BTC @ wiki
1686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Please Help! Blockchain.info says "Unconfirmed Transaction" !!?? on: January 25, 2013, 10:39:17 PM

Im waiting on these bitcoins.

I sent bitcoins to the address, Then again i sent bitcoins 5 minutes later, the bitcoins 5 minutes later are there, the bitcoins i sent first are not there.

Blockchain.info says Unconfirmed Transaction"

What do i do? did i loose $300 in coin?
u gotta be kidding right?
1687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain-based torrent tracker? on: January 25, 2013, 10:10:01 PM
I'm wondering if this would be possible, an alt-currency that stored torrent magnet links in the blockchain?

Would anyone be interested in something like this? Seems like a pretty cool idea to me.

Seems like the only trick would be to encode magnet links- they are quite long. Perhaps you could break it across several transactions? TRC would be perfect to try this out on- especially since BTCers would cry holy hell about abusing the blockchain for this. It's a great idea though- how would you do the encoding?

why not testing it in a testnet? or abuse IOC (very low diff)

Sure- but aren't alt-coins just psuedo-testnets of bitcoin anyway? It's not like we're talking about actually changing the protocol, just finding a way to embed trackers into It. Shouldn't break anything. I mean, TRC would be perfect because why not? People are mining it, people are kinda useing it, and it's based on bitcoin. Not much is done on the test network, and you certainly wouldn't get the same level of involvement as using it on a live network.
dunno how TRC reacts to non standart TX's, but i guess same as BTC, u would have to mine the blocks with these TX's urself, and I0C with a diff of 24 atm is much better (less hashing power needed). altough I0C is mostly dead so nobody would care if it would break something internally.

interested in a rainbow table with 46953865 addresses? lol
Wouldn't that require that you have the 46953865 private keys?
i said keypair, so yes . . .
No, you didn't.  But now you did.  Grin

. . . i found keypairs owned by others who used silly password in combination with a brainwallet too, altough i didnt touch them . . .
I suspect they didn't have any bitcoins at those addresses.  You can't have been the only person to have done this.
with "i didnt touch them" i was referencing to "i didnt withdraw the BTC" and yes for sure im not the only one who did this.
sry about the keypair thingy Wink
1689  Other / Off-topic / Re: Spy pen pinhole camera 2BTC on: January 25, 2013, 09:39:35 PM
can you provide examples?
if you wanna sell something u have to give us more information.

samples of video? will post later
this pen is very easy to use, one button operation, push the button once camera is in standby mode, push again camera is recording, push one more time to stop recording(back to standby mode), push and hold 4 seconds to shut down
file format: AVI, 1 min of video takes about 70MB, no software needed, plug into USB port and use your video player/editor for AVI, no charger needed, charge via USB
working really well, nothing wrong with it, hardly used

i guess u cant write with it (atleast looks so)? might be interested to buy one just for fun Tongue could be usefull oneday

That can easily be stored on modern hard disks.
Certainly, but wouldn't you first need to figure out what they are?

Guys, that are probably all addresses that have been used yet, and they are already stored on your hard drive, the file is called blk000x.dat
no, they have been generated from a huge wordlist made by myself of stolen pws i found around the net Wink

created a simple rainbow table for a friend to show him how insecure brainwallets are with easy passwords... he was like wtf Cheesy

EDIT: i found keypairs owned by others who used silly password in combination with a brainwallet too, altough i didnt touch them. it was just a proof of concept if anyone wonders.

just asked Simtec if they are planning to support BTC, unfortunately they arent.

I'd say that was highly unlikely at the moment.

I want an entropykey.  Their website only accepts google wallet, which I refuse to use.

So, I'm looking for someone trustworthy to buy me one (or maybe a 10 pack), to be shipped to a US address, in exchange for BTC.  Any takers?
nice one, ty Smiley interested aswell.
