Can you say something about why each currency is equally weighted? I would personally (fwiw) be much more interested in buying an index that is weighted according to relative market cap.
I agree purchase by market cap would give better balance to portfolio. Also re- balancing periodically would make sense as well.

I submitted a support ticket about the tek wallet on cryptsy. They said they are having "network issues" and are waiting on a response from the developer...whatever that means
I submitted a support ticket about ten days ago, and it took them 3 days to get back to me. They told me that they were diligently working on fixing the wallet sync issues, and it should be fixed soon. Obviously soon means something different to them then it does to me. I opened another ticket about 3 days ago with an actual transaction ID this time and still haven't heard back.... Even if they fixed it and trading resumed, we probably couldnt get any BTC out. I've had a small amount pending from an HBN sale for two days. Had BTC w/d pending forever. Finally, just bit the bullet and cancelled w/d and bought DMD and w/d that. I don't see coins coming off maintenance, just more going on.

Hey. Have been visiting thread here frequently but I'll make it a point to contribute instead of just popping in and out. Nice to know I was missed.

Looks like Cryptopia's wallet is working now, I can see some movement.
That's great! Thanks for the heads up.

Well i hope the dev does not crazy uping the pos rate, it is almost impossible to make a valuable coin with a high pos rate.
last days we have seen a nice pump in the price lets hope we will not see now a dump
If you do see a dump, I will be the one buying.

With the update 1.77 it is important to make sure you don't get off on a wrong fork. Somehow I managed to do so and found out yesterday. The fix was easy - just deleted everything in the roaming folder (except wallet.dat, of course. Problem was, I had some old nodes. Once you are set, check the block count with the explorer to be sure.

Hi Vegas, I have a question: Why I didn't qualify for the Superwallet last week? I just realize that my name wasn't on the list, but that's ok, because now I can sell all the coins I want, since I no longer form part of the Superwallet benefits. And I'm lucky, because I really need some extra money. So, if anyone is interested in buying some FLY, PM please and we can arrange something It is important to see why you were not on the list - we appreciate your support & want it fixed. Please PM Vegas. Once Cryptopia gets off vacation has the new wallet installed, we are off to the races - those that want to sell can while others can move coins down. In spite of the FUD, you see the team has not disappeared. We are all still here and posting.

Here is a sample of how Vegas' proposed wallets would work. The example assumes 3 coins swapped at the 7:1 ratio.

Input from the community is key here. We want everyone to speak up. Hopefully, we can get the word out to holders that stopped coming to the thread since the coin was dead.

I do like this honest approach going on here, so much so that I am going to buy a few, I can't afford many but it will be a start and I will hopefully add more as I go along.
Cheers Crunck
Hi Crunck - Welcome aboard! Excited to have you join us.

Hey Everyone,
It is always exciting when a dying coin gets brought back to life.
I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a member of FlyCoin's Team and work closely with vegasguy on the financial aspects of the coin, specifically, monitoring the delicate balance between Interest Rates vs. Coin Supply, Inflation and Market Cap.
Some of you know me but, for those that don't - I am an old timer and have owned several successful businesses over the years. Primarily, I am a consultant working with businesses on financial analysis, business valuations, pricing and business development. In my spare time, I do presentations at business seminars and write business articles.

New wallet loaded perfectly. Used -zapwallettxes in shortcut and eliminated the unconfirmed transactions.
Remember to wait for Cryptopia to load wallet and give OK for transactions from exchange. Vegas - Coin developer - will let us know when Cryptopia is on the same wallet.
Thank you to our 3 wallet dev's and especially lead wallet developer KeesDewit for their dedication to this project.

if this is his greatest success, hes a bigger failure than we thought. piss off sheep. nice of you to set up another account to shill your own coin VEGASSSSS DUMBASSS....dumbass shill.
Well if you actually read the thread instead of just looking to add negative comments you would already know Vegas is a very successful business owner and owns a ton of RE. So... those who do know hime know his dedication tp the success of anything he takes on. Your big success seems to be FUD - Your parents must be proud.

Now that is a cool logo! Had some Unconfirmed Transactions from a Tx that did not go thru. Ran the Zapwallettxes=1 on startup and it got rid of them - Yeah!

As I said a few pages back... do not deposit any coin on craptsy... they have no honor/trust/pride/etc. I have shifted all craptsy trading to cryptopia and, while the HMI isn't perfect, at least I'm ok with their management style... as of today.
In crypto, as on the craps tables in any casino, every minute that goes by changes the playing field.
Ditto.

Do remind me not to trade or buy into ICOs when drunk again please.
OK here is your present - DO NOT buy ICO's when drunk. Hope your Holiday season and the New Year are filled with rising coin prices.

Hi. Help me - my Fury are not included in Stake. Wallet open 28 hours.
A few questions: Assume current wallet, synched and unlocked (if encryted) - If all of these are OK then, How many coin input blocks do you have? How many coins per block? What is your oldest coin block and how many coins in that block? If unsure check coin control. If coin control not set up go to: Settings/Options/Display and check the box for Coin Control Then, go to Send Coins tab and click on Inputs button at the top. Then, dble click on coin total - a list of your coin blocks will show.

Cryptsy have now released the 0.01326868 BTC back into my balance.
I can use it to increase holdings, that amount would get us 18 DMD, 47388 sprouts, 15428 HYP, 211 ORB, or 3122 TEK
I note someone mentioned buying ORB with it, I'm swaying towards HYP what about the rest of you ?
Crunck
Hyp sounds good
