so other than hard forking requireing stuff what else would you guys want for the coin ?
Maybe scrypt Adaptive N-factor for non asic users in future? Mr 8bit, is it at all possible? Any Proof of Work algo should be possible with Myriad. Most people seem to want a CPU-only algo. In effect a GPU is also a CPU, so there are very few algo's that cannot be ported to a GPU. Groestl is about 6x faster on a high-end GPU than on a high-end CPU, so it is still CPU minable to a degree. I'm open to adding a new algo if it brings in a significant new mining community to the coin. Make a CPU-only algo and get ypool to add it, that would bring in a ton of new miners and buzz. 1. Add CPU algo (Primecoin or RieCoin), remove two GPU algos, we dont need duplicate algos, 1 ASIC, 1 GPU 1 CPU 2. Lower the block reward to 50 |

You do realise that the coin is less than one week old? Exactly, after just a week, the main advantage of the coin, multiple algos, has failed. No CPU algo. Only GPU and ASIC. Whoever is CPU mining this coin is wasting power and time. Hardfork and swap one for a true CPU-only... That would work - PrimeCoin algo .. |

Is there a pool for groestl which works (didn't get any share accepted or rejected on stablehash) with gpu ?
This coin is dead  1 asic algo and 4 GPU algos, no CPU algo .. total of 2 billion coins ?! No wonder its so cheap, i;ve got some 900k coins and cant break even if i sell all at current price... FAIL .. |

I think you should write on the first page that there was no premine then. Dev did a terrible job on launch. I am thinking no promotion was done on purpose to allow for some instamine. Three days later he explains how algo works - come on, this should have been done in the first post, on day 1. I am looking forward to new coins using this algo...
