I have referred 50+ members over the years and many of them have always been active so I had regular referral income. From one moment to the next (at some time in mid 2018) I don't get any referral commissions anymore. Firstly I thought the members have not been active. So I waited and observed this situtation a couple of months without any change. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine whether the members are inactive, but the fact that several members are suddenly no longer active is a little strange. At least one referred member I know personally is still active but I dont get any commission. Has anything been changed in the rules or terms of services?

Withdrawls are almost instant so far for me on average takes 10 minutes. Really the only thing I can think they can improve is increasing wager limits on some sports but if you message them they will work with you in that regard. Especially when you are asked to change your password, that was probably something that should at least have a message to say why, because you normally are only asked to do so when something happened. First and most importantly, yes all passwords will need to be reset to access the new site. You can use the same password, but a reset is required and we are happy to assist if anyone has an issue with this. If you have an avatar, you will not be able to reset the password due to player uploads not being available. If you cannot reset your password because you have an avatar, please delete the avatar from the settings page (where you enter the new password). We can add the avatar back if you fill out a support ticket and send it via imgur link.
Withdrawals are working as normal and still averaging 15 minutes.
2fa and decimal odds are being worked on and we expect them both to be available shortly. We do not have an ETA, but they are both a top priority.
All game play for both casino and sports should be fully functional. Please let us know if you have any specific issues, but we are not. Dice is available via the casino tab and selecting provably fair as category.
The 'My Bets' tab is currently undergoing maintenance, but you can view all wagers by clicking sportsbook on your dashboard.

Any chance you could make it so that players are able to submit their picks any time before the first game starts, or at least give a little extra time? I know a lot of people (including me) like to get their bets in on game day rather then the day before and this would allow those people to participate as well. Alternatively, can you let people submit their picks early and send the bet IDs later on when they've actually bet?
