Good luck guys, at least we have $20 insured, if we hit a 100x, I think that's the case for you two, a 700x I think is the number to qualify for the top 10. We'll see...
Congrats guys for reaching a 100× multiplier and a $20 boost. I just opt in now for this tournament, i'm not really lucky in slots but I will try this time. What slot game can you recommend? This is the last day so will try my best to reach a 100x multiplier too.

I also opt-in in crypto crunch tournament and I will play slots and live games for this one. Wish me luck.  Smiley
1742  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Game on: September 25, 2022, 12:58:59 AM
_after losing $20 you suddenly want to win it back, you should know you are stepping on the wrong road.

That is the gambling spirit. I don't really know why the thing is like that. When you loss money there is another spirit would come tell you to play back and win the lost plus extra amount. ~

I know what you mean. This very spirit keeps visiting me from time to time Smiley , and it's so hard to say no, I know. It's so hard to banish that spirit, but that's what we, gamblers, should be doing to avoid painful consequences of following it.

~ if you gamble for gain then that is where you would always enter problem.

Not always, but there's a high probability of that. When we say "always" some people may argue that it's a fact that there are many cases of successful gambling by those who wanted to win a huge amount of money. And that's true. In the history of Powerball alone, 393 tickets have won jackpots, many millions of USD each. Also, it's true that people win millions of USD on online slots, but if we think we can be one of them just through being persistent, it only means we can't calculate probabilities properly.
It all depends on the character of the person. And also from his mental abilities. If a person is good at mathematics and knows something about probability theory, then he will certainly understand that the probability of winning in the long run is always much less than the probability of losing. But still, some people believe in their luck, in their good karma and play risky.
And of course he loses as a result. But sometimes it's not a disaster, but just a life experience and a great lesson for the future. Smiley
That's why it depends on how we deal in gambling, because it can influence us to do good or bad depending on our mindset when we're playing. It's true that there's a chance to hit a jackot and become rich instantly (like if you play in lottery) but chances are very slim, if you know this fact that gambling is mostly based on luck then you wont expect too much if you gamble your money and you're fine even you lose it. This is the reason why it's important to know the possible consequences if you gamble and ask yourself if you can handle the outcome because once you gamble your money there's no turning back you can either gain from it or lose it.
1743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all 100x hunters out there on: September 23, 2022, 03:46:18 AM
Not really sure if those coins did truly reach 100x because I think it's too much but for btc maybe it is true because the coin started completely as $0 and its highest was almost $70K. Once a coin have gained a lot it might be true that it can't gain more, this is why investors are now finding their next gem on those newly released coins whose value is still under a dollar.

Hyped projects can easily make it, in fact, some reach 1000x. Have you seen Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, it is actually they did more than that 100x. So I say, it was not possible to the crypto market but yes, we should also be careful to deal with them and never think it will last longer as these projects who easily got a pump is not forever and that is why we have to learn not to be greedy and sell them once it is already its peak, otherwise missing it is a terrible loss.
Yes hype coins can make it to 100x or more because of its popularity. But these coins are quite risky to invest in especially if you're greedy to earn more. If you missed the chance to sell and the hype is over, it's likely that coin is done. That's why these coins are only good for short term since they dont have use case to be sustainable for long term. Hence, much better to invest in established coins because they're good for long term then find a new gem because if your goal is to have a 100x more gain then look for these gems who doesnt reach their ATH yet.
1744  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 23, 2022, 03:02:14 AM
You can look at the data but definitely it's up to you on how you are going to analyze it to your advantage. And again, I'm not seeing the price too expensive, I mean can still buy at sats and not full bitcoin. So how it is expensive then for us? even average joe can buy  $50 or $100 per month.
The problem is, some investors are thinking negatively everytime the market is in bearish. Thus, seeing their coins in their portfolio slowly losing value can tempt them to panic. So it depends how we handle the situation because if you have weak hands you cant really see the advantage of bearish season.

Yes, the market is stressful, just learn how to mitigate risk and just it is around if people are afraid to trade because of the current market situations. It is very volatile, but you can take advantage of it by slowly invest on the money can you afford to lose.
Bearish season is good for investors who are waiting to engage themselves because it's a perfect time to fill our bags. Unfortunately, not all investors have that mindset.
1745  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning From Trading Without Any Professional Knowledge on: September 23, 2022, 12:21:02 AM
I do want to know if it's possible for a starter to gainfully earn from Crypto trading without having to go through a professional training.
I think it is very difficult to earn profits if you don't have sufficient knowledge. You don't need to have professional training, just learn everything about trading yourself. At least, you know how to trade properly. You also need to know how to read price chart patterns & analyze the fundamental aspetcs. If you already understand these things, you may have a good chance to earn profits.

Trading do not guarantee profits even if you have done professional training. It is just a basic requirement  for you to be aware on the real scenarios in trading. Other than that, if you still have no sufficient knowledge and skills gained, you will never make good amount of profits. However, with acquired experiences and build strategies from trading, you will eventually become a pro trader and from then you will start earning massive profits in trading.
I agree. Professional training doesnt guarantee to gain or succeed in trading, however it's a stepping stone in order to be a kind of trader who's knowledgeable and aware of what to expect in trading. If you're a newbie you can learn on your own by exerting an effort since almost everything that you need to know is already on the internet. Reading articles or watching videos are a big help for a better understanding, because this is how I learned about trading. Then, having an experience and mistakes will give you a lesson to come up with new strategies that you can try the next time you trade.
1746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How mentally prepared are you? on: September 22, 2022, 04:29:34 AM
If you are not mentally prepared for Bitcoin investment, it can lead to mental retardation.
Indeed especially if you have high expectation. Worse is if the money you invest is not the one that you can afford to lose, this is often the problem of investors who dont have patience to wait longer since they already need the money.

It's really important to prepare ourselves when we decided to invest (in general not only in Bitcoin) because there's no guaranteed to gain and there's no specific timeframe when we can take profit. When I was just starting I also made mistakes but I take it positively to do better so I apply what I learned and I keep in mind the possible scenarios that might happen. As an experienced investor, I learned not to panic in times the market is in bearish because that's how it works if you invest in crypto. As long as im not selling then I wont lose anything.
1747  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you look down on Bushy or undeveloped areas? on: September 22, 2022, 03:22:59 AM
Do you think buying your first landed property in a bushy area is a good investment for the future.
Yes it's a wise decision. If I have a spare money to buy a land even the area is undeveloped I'll gladly do so because it's an investment. As we know the value of land is increasing as time passes by though it might take time and that's the consequence that you have to deal with, it can't generate an income. But if you look for long term it's a worthy investment since you can sell it at a higher price once the area is already developed. However it's always a priority to me to choose the one who can already generate money to me, and that's the developed areas where I can build a business and home.
1748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy a token if its price never went up and you could never sell it? on: September 21, 2022, 11:01:36 AM
Then this token will work as an accessory to our wallet and ideal for people who like to collect like those who are buying nft art. Well I think there are people who are willing to buy despite of the fact that they cant sell it later on. Those people are not investors but a collectors. Regardless of the price they will buy it because they want it. They just value the particular token to hold as their asset or as part of their collection.

For me as an investor, i'm buying coins that has utility and can give me profit in time. Therefore gaining is a must even it takes a long period, that being said I will not invest in token that I cant sell to profit.
1749  Economy / Economics / Re: "Be your own Bank with Bitcoin" - A reminder why this is so important! on: September 21, 2022, 04:00:36 AM
It's really terrible that Beirut's citizens don't have access to their money because they don't have complete control over it; it resembles a dictatorship where you are forced to follow instructions on when and how to spend your money.
This is the risk of saving your money in bank. Even it's your hard-earned money, you dont have full control over it and it's up to the bank if they will allow you to withdraw your money because they can come up for many reasonings to stop you for doing so. Like this situation of Beirut citizens, a woman were coerced to do this act in order to get money from her account. Worse case that can happen to anyone who's desperate.

Even if you already own bitcoins, you might be unable to use them without first exchanging them for fiat, particularly if you live in a nation that does not recognize bitcoin as legal tender. However, compared to a bank, the security associated with storing your money in bitcoin is superior.
Indeed. You still need centralized platforms (bank, exchanges etc.) to cash out your Bitcoin. However saving your money in Bitcoin is much safer because you're the one in control and you can keep it for long period without worries that your account might get freeze or stolen. As long as you're using a non-custodial wallet and you're holding your keys then you would be at ease.

Nevertheless we still need banks but dont be complacent that your money is safe.

I don't know to what extent this topic is interesting if OP didn't even appear again, there are many diverse opinions, besides they are very good, but I see that the interest on the part of OP I don't know what it will be, whether to look for referrals, or to be a reviewer , there are many cases of shilling that I have seen and that are still being maintained, for this reason it would be good if you could establish a type of response, if OP is somewhere else or is dedicated to something else, he should let us know so we can have a better debate , everything revolves around an op that has not yet been made more known, whatever the reason if OP is looking for a clear opinion of the community he has enough to grab on to.

Most of the forums are made - and the op does not log in again to see what people are talking about.
But most of us come and comment and move to the next link without even looking at what is going on in that forum
That is the fine idea - of discussing something else Smiley

but the topic already discussed everything we need to hear so maybe this is enough for the topic to run still.
Op is last active 3 months ago but he didnt made any post that time even he is online. It seems he is not interested anymore to promote the platform here since he didnt even answer the questions and suggestions of the earlier replies. Though the site is still working, maybe he decided to promote the site in other social media platforms.
1751  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | on: September 21, 2022, 01:02:59 AM
Their Christmas and Easter event were great and quite rewarding in fact. The nice thing indeed was that you could get some free lottery tickets without wagering. Everybody knows that you only need 1 ticket to win the lottery (and a lot of luck lol).
They always have that season that they're giving away the greatest events for their players and that's why that's what the majority should await for.
Well, the time has been so fast and just one more quarter and we'll see the end of this year. With the success that duelbits has right now, they might give a surprising giveaway by the end of this year. Who knows, right?  Grin
I wont be surprise if they have giveaways again this coming christmas season like what they used to in the past. Duelbits is generous when it comes to giveaways given to their players. There's a simple requirement needed so its not hard to become eligible for this kind of giveaway. Often, there's a lottery, the more you wager, the more you can get tickets and that motivates me to play more just like in the past. Unfortunately im not really lucky in lottery regardless of how many tickets I have.
1752  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin bear market over? on: September 20, 2022, 05:01:36 AM
The bear market is not over yet and it looks like it will happen in the long term, it is proven that the price dropped by more than 10% and fell from $22k to $20k, the large number of FUDs certainly made investors afraid and chose to sell at a low price.
The price of Bitcoin is struggling to recover consistently. If there's a minor increase, it is also followed by correction, probably because of some investors who do short term to profit. It's true that bearish market is not over yet but I dont think it will last a long period. Who knows, in this coming fourth quarter there might be a good news that can influence the market to become bullish. So im optimistic and ignoring negative news circulating crypto in general.
1753  Economy / Gambling / Re: Alternatives to 1xbit on: September 20, 2022, 04:18:10 AM
There is nothing to further in this question because all Site is much better than this scam site.

though there are also several sites presented in Scam accusation section? yet 1xbit is one of the worst to deny playing.
This particular site so far is a site that people labeled as one of the most pronounced scam site but this particular site people is accusing of scam at the most of betting platform in bitcointalk. But still 1xbit continue to have people who patronizing their betting sites. People just trying to condemn the platform for nothing.
You're one of their advertisers, no wonder why you're defending them despite of the fact that they're a scam betting site that has many complaints from the gamblers who experience playing on their site. These people that you're talking about who patronize 1xbit dont have idea of its reputation and likely become aware after they experience to lose their money on 1xbit. The usual is unable to withdraw your earnings.
1754  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 20, 2022, 01:49:38 AM
Atleast they are creating something new for the community though instead of copying it from another site. Well Im good even if they copy a good feature from another site but this is a fresh new idea.

In fact, Rollbit has been pretty creative with their latest feature but most players just wouldnt give a bat. Players rather play their regular slots then leave most of the time rather than trying all those new features
Why some gamblers don’t want innovation? This update matters because you can see here how the site being serious to stay in the market and in order for Rollbit to stay on top they should innovate and that’s why this is a good one and Rollbit will benefit on this in long term. Gamblers might abuse this but I’m sure Rollbit is prepared for this, and necessary actions will take place so better for those gambler not to try any abuse or else their account will compromise.
Not that many people disliking the situation, but a few people like me do not see the benefits of it and think that we shouldn't have spent this much time on making this happen and instead we could have spent some of that development time on something more useful instead.

I am not saying that this is bad, innovation is innovation and we are trying something out and if it works out well then we are going to be fine, but if it doesn't end up being good or getting attention then we are going to end up with a bit of a situation where it was useless effort. So instead, we should have gone with the things that we have seen before and know it works very well.
It's understandable if some gamblers are not liking this feature since we have our own choice and way if we gamble. But even if this clan feature dont have that strong support from the players, it does mean it's already useless. Atleast they offer something new to us that we can try and it's an option if we're bored playing alone. Rollbit doesnt stop offering us a different experience to gamble, just shows how competitive they are.
1755  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bear Market thread on: September 19, 2022, 04:57:25 AM

Yes, most likely bear market parin tayo this year, katulad na katulad ng nangyari nung 2018.

If I remember it correctly, noong 2018 din yung year na nag ATH ang BTC for around p900,000 pero nag crash ito after a few weeks and months. Naalala ko talaga yun kasi nasa MRT ako and yung narereceive ko na 0.005 BTC/weekly (p1700 coverted) sa campaign signatures, nagulat ako biglang naging p5.5k dahil doon sa pag taas ng price ng BTC.

Since bear market talaga ngayon, I really recommend din na kung may sobra kayong pera, bumili and HODL ito for long term. Pag nag halving na, for sure tataas nanaman presyo ng BTC and maalala natin yun mga oras na dapat nag invest tayo.
1756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN WAS YOUR WORST MOMENT AND CHALLENGE WITH BITCOIN ? on: September 19, 2022, 04:17:43 AM
How was your worst moment and experience like and how were you able to handle it then ?
Worse experience is when I got scammed on facebook where I invest using Bitcoin for pay-in/pay-out. I'm just a newbie that time and dont understand Bitcoin yet since my attention is focus on the investment where I joined. After losing my money, that's how I regret spending Bitcoin instead of holding it. After that I decided to get to know about Bitcoin and learn how I can take advantage the volatility. Good thing I have someone who guide and teach me on how it works. I have many bad experience but the good thing about it is I learned a lesson to value Bitcoin more.
1757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: September 19, 2022, 01:50:34 AM
In the present condition of the altcoin market, it is not advisable to invest much in any altcoin at the moment even casino-based tokens like an owl, have been underperforming lately and could lead to possible loss of money if the market continues this way. Most of them have a very low trading volume at the moment.
Despite the market condition, investing in altcoin is not but investors need to invest 70% in Bitcoin while the 30% goes to the altcoin market and what I believe is important if you must invest in altcoin is making sure the coin was built on longevity, strong fundamentals, genuine utility, huge use case, and community support.
Any altcoin that has all these attributes will serve this bear market but I never support the idea of casino token investment because there's no reason for the token creation in the first place.

Everybody has his own strategy. I agree that every portfolio needs to have bitcoin in its wallet but my share is about 50%. Other than that, I have a dozens of altcoins varying from ETH, BNB to shitcoins as SHIB and a small part of casino tokens.
Thats true. It's up to us where to invest that we think might be profitable to hold in the future. It's advisable to invest in established coins like Bitcoin, ETH, BNB etc. but if we think investing in casino tokens are also worth to try then why not? We're still in bearish season and majority of coins are declining, hence it's not surprising if casino coins are not performing well during this time. As long as you believe in the coins you hold and can wait longer then it's your choice.
1758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: September 19, 2022, 01:14:46 AM
GGG is also too cautious making him lose rounds.  There are opportunities where GGG can land solid punches but being too cautious making him miss those opportunities.   The fight is like wait and counter making jobs a more effective way to score.  GGG throws jobs but most of them got deflected or blocked by Canelo's defense, while Canelos land more punches by sneaking body shot, hooks and uppercut.  Canelo somehow stole rounds by landing combinations impressing the judges.

It is indeed a close fight but the result says it.  Canelo wins the fight but it was too close, IMO.

GGG is being cautious because he is making sure to get more points in each round. He knows that Canelo is tough to beat if the fight ends up in a decision. Still, he doesn't being knock out by the strongest boxer in the Supper Middleweight.

Canelo clearly wins the match. No more issues, no more criticism. Their chapter is now close.

True, even Canelo win in this fight he didnt manage to win via knock out. Though he improves a lot, it might because of what he learned from his loss before this fight. Anyway we know GGG tried his best and the results are also close, it's not easy for him to fight a boxer who currently on his prime. They're both great, respect to these boxers for giving us an awesome fight and yes this chapter is now close.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Choices: Gamble or Help the poor ? on: September 18, 2022, 06:07:16 AM
I'll skip that month not to gamble and will give the money to this person who is in need. It's just a little sacrifice to skip gambling, but the decision you made can touch other people's lives and it's priceless.

Plus, I dont want to be put into a situation where I am in his/her shoes then no one is helping me. Remember the saying "its better to give than to receive" it feels good to help.
1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: September 18, 2022, 05:39:08 AM
So as expected, crypto bookies is just about right putting Canelo as the heavy favorite. And yes, it was a complete shut out performance by Canelo. As for GGG, no excuses, but if this fight could have happen years ago, he could have a shot against Canelo.

Nevertheless, there is no controversies, Canelo deserved a win will go for Bivol in a rematch. GGG though can continue to and fight, maybe he will have like 2 fight more in him before he call it quits.
Same thinking. If only this trilogy happened when GGG is a bit younger, he can beat Canelo but unfortunately age does matter and he is not the same as before. Clearly Canelo wins and because of this he redeem himself again for his past losses therefore it opens more opportunity. Anyway I dont think GGG will retire after this.
