1761  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Damn fees! on: December 27, 2017, 06:50:43 AM
I was telling my friends about bitcoin for almost a year and they decided to enter crypto world and buy some bitcoins.
Not much, 50-100$ worth bitcoins just to start with it and to see how it works.
But here is problem - if they buy bitcoins for 100$ they will get that minus 25-30$ fee and they will pay fee for next transaction, so their 100$ worth bitcoins will become 40$ worth bitcoins. How to explain them this??

Is this really what bitcoin become? Currency used for miners so they can earn more money?
Well you are right, the recent hick in the transactions fees in bitcoin was so alarming but that is gradually coming back to normalizes now. But from the analysis you made I have some thing to point out. 1 how can you pay for the transactions fees of buying bitcoin the seller has to bear that cost, in bitcoin you have to be smart and carry out adequate research on how things are done. And if your friend has the mind to wait for along time the $100 can earn enough interest.
1762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons You Shouldn't Buy Bitcoins on: December 27, 2017, 06:27:20 AM
This question is not mean for most of us in this forum, but the reason why some people doesn't have the zeal to invest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is due to the fact that they have no knowledge about the digital currencies world and it potentiality. If not how will one not want to be part of this 21century financial revolution, cryptocurrencies has the capacity to transform the financial life of any individual so to get involve in it is the best for any one.

Merry Christmas sir Yahoo and thanks for the payment received and the bonus, you made my day.
1764  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I stop Buying BTC? on: December 24, 2017, 08:25:15 PM
Bitcoin is a great asset and at that any money invested in bitcoin will always earn you profits at the long run, even thou the price may be down now it only take a little patients and the price of bitcoin will go back up. My advice to you is that if you have the needed capital to buy bitcoin this is the best time to do so because you will buy at low price now and in a short time to come you sell at a very high price there by making a lot of profit.
1765  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can Bitcoin be ban? on: December 24, 2017, 02:09:24 PM
It will be very hard to ban bitcoin because it is decentralized and at that bitcoin is not under the control of any central bank or any government, the first question you should ask your self is can you stop what you can't control and can you control what is not subject under you. Bitcoin can only be ban by the power that control it which is the great santoshi Nakamoto himself. Bitcoin is here to stay as long as there is an internet bitcoin transaction can take place.
1766  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: December 24, 2017, 01:41:05 PM
Let not forget the fact that out of the 21 million bitcoin in circulation 10 million bitcoin is already taken by the great santoshi Nakamoto himself, so we are left with just 11 million bitcoin to the general bitcoin community. But even at that bitcoin is rich in potential to sustain all of us in the community as long as it sustain it steady increase in value against the US dollars and other currencies in the exchange market.
1767  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: December 24, 2017, 11:58:24 AM
To me I prefer bitcoin over cash due to the fact that cash has low potential to grow in interest even if you save it in the bank but bitcoin has the potential to grow in interest even if you just save it in you wallets. Bitcoin is safe most especially if you carful but cash is not it can be stolen by thief's cash can easily be destroy buy either water or fire but bitcoin is store online and can not be effected by natural disaster so bitcoin is far more preferred to cash.
1768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we need to invest in bitcoin? on: December 24, 2017, 08:52:36 AM
Well to me it good to invest in bitcoin because of it ability to earn you profits on your investment, and again I invest in bitcoin because of the fact that bitcoin is decentralized and at that my investment is not subject to any institution like the central bank or any government who will just come up with their policy that can affect my profit and even my entire investment. Bitcoin is the future of all investment and is really profitable due to it volatile nature.
1769  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin business success on: December 24, 2017, 03:53:49 AM
I;m interested, since bitcoin isn't that much widespread yet, how are businesses (that are directed towards bitcoin only) doing? Is it paying off or is there some serious profit involved?
The success of any venture depends on some factors, which contributes to it one of which is the demands and the second is your capital. The bitcoin market is flourishing now but you must also take not on the volatility of bitcoin price. If what you are offering in the business is needed and people have high demand for it then be rest assured that you will make good profit from it.
1770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do to get bitcoins? on: December 24, 2017, 03:39:50 AM
My advice to you is that you buy bitcoin since you don't have any skill and start earning interest on your bitcoin, and again you should keep on developing you account to get to a higher rank at list to Jr member to be able to join a signature campaign and start earning bitcoin by doing the job you are asked to. Or go in to facet but that will be very low and slow rate, you may also go into trading or gambling but you must be very smart and lucky at the same time. Good luck.
1771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash, was it scam? on: December 24, 2017, 03:23:42 AM
Why letting fud affect our decision and when has that guy become co- founder of bitcoin, is there and record as co- founder in bitcoin history a part from santoshi Nakamoto himself alone can make that kind of statement about bitcoin. And bitcoin cash price has never reached $8500 so you should always get your facts right before coming out to make statements.
1772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin prices continue to rise? until what price? on: December 24, 2017, 03:16:08 AM
It is very hard for any one to say the actual price of bitcoin because bitcoin has no fixed price, due to bitcoin volatile nature the price keep moving either in an upwards direction or downward direction. Speculators can only guest but can say what the price will be you may see the price rising this minute and in the next minute it will drops again that is the nature of bitcoin.
1773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin End Goal on: December 23, 2017, 04:50:52 PM
My goals in bitcoin is same as that of most of us in this forum, I want to become the number 1 big investor in bitcoin in my country and to become a good and smart bitcoin trader of all time and at the end to own a mining farm here in my country in other to contributes my own quarter to the growth of bitcoin. To make much money in bitcoin to the extent that I will use bitcoin for all my transactions.
1774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Bitcoin have any value? on: December 23, 2017, 02:09:07 PM
Bitcoin value is drive mostly from it demands and supply, and when the is high market demand of bitcoin it value tends to increase just like every other commodity in the market e.g gold and real estate bitcoin value is subject to demands. When the demands are high the value increase, and again since bitcoin is decentralized and can not be printed by government or any body to avoid inflation the supply is limited and when ever the demands increase it must reflect on bitcoin value.
1775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can I protect my self from being hack of bitcoin on: December 23, 2017, 11:47:44 AM
The number one precursor method to prevent your bitcoin wallet from being hacked is don't trust any body, with that you are safe. One of the mistake most people make is revealing the secret key to another person, you can do this without your own knowledge like letting people to have access into where you store your wallet ID and with that your wallet can easily be hacked. And again most of us store our wallet ID and secret key on an online store like our e-mail draft and with that when our email is hacked into our bitcoin is no longer safe from being hacked also.
1776  Economy / Economics / Re: Largest bubble ever? Only the fourth so far! on: December 23, 2017, 07:07:21 AM
It is either a bubble or not a bubble at all, why I said so is because you can not take temporary fall in price to mean a bubble. Why should you list the times bitcoin has gone down past to term it as a bubble that is very wrong. I bubble when it burst it is destroyed never to be good to use again. Any thing can be a bubble even the stock market can be a bubble and so is real estate and even gold, bitcoin has never bursted before and should not be term as a bubble ready to burst.
1777  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: December 23, 2017, 06:26:56 AM
Indeed bitcoin is freedom in every form, the freedom from financial slavery, freedom to do business transactions without any third party freedom from control of government or any institution like the central bank. The evolution of bitcoin is the total freedom of the world financial system in the 21st century.
The decentralized nature of bitcoin and the technology behind is is the foundation of a financial freedom to it user's.
1778  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Time To Sell. on: December 23, 2017, 06:14:33 AM
To sell up your bitcoin because of the speculations of others is wrong. Am surprise to see people rushing to sell they bitcoin in this season due to wrong speculation and assumptions, I know the price will rise again very soon and those that sell because of the speculations and not for the need of it will have to buy back at high price.
My advice to you is that don't sell your bitcoin at this time just because of price fall, sell your bitcoin because you have need of the money. Bitcoin is very volatile the price is subject to change at any time.
1779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 is the new era for bitcoin? on: December 23, 2017, 05:08:30 AM
So many factors contributed to the down fall in the price of bitcoin in the few past days, the price was going high in the last two week and it start going down to as low as $12000. This is due to the rush by holders of bitcoin to sell they bitcoin in other to celebrate this season and again there was over congestion in the blockchains network leading to so many unconfirmed transactions.
Couple with the move by some bank to Holt the activities of bitcoin in some countries like the Philippine and in the UK.
1780  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: December 23, 2017, 01:59:22 AM
This is what I always tell people, when it comes to buying bitcoin there is no such thing as the right time. As long as you have the capital to start up with go ahead and buy at that time because bicoin is very volatile in nature and at that the price can easily go up and down but if you are patient you can gain from that.
What most people term as the right time is when the price is down you buy cheap to sell high that is another smart calculation.
