1221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodlers will not change the world on: July 12, 2018, 06:53:20 PM
Those who truly impact positively on the bitcoin/cryptocurrency entirely are those who use it as part of they day to day means of payment and carrying out one or two transactions using bitcoin, but the hodlers also contribute thou in minimal to the growth of the market. This is so because cryptocurrency as a flexible commodity and currency needs to be use in other for it network and value to keep growing.

1224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Regulations For Cryptocurrency? on: July 11, 2018, 10:05:40 PM
Well the highest the government can do when KT get to the point they realizes that they can not influence more control or regulate crypto currency they will start attacking and making bitcoin about bitcoin in other to affect the price and then attack the market but God has always being proofing them wring.
1225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real life usage of bitcoin on: July 11, 2018, 10:02:15 PM
The real life usage of bitcoin is same as the real time usage of our faint paper money, bitcoin as a digital currency is flexible enough that even thou there is no bitcoin ATM for noe you can easily exchange bitcoin to any currency and use it to carry out you daily activities without any hindrance. Bitcoin is part of our financial life now and it really helping us to gain more knowledge on how the online transactions really works and how flexible it has become using it for transactions.
1226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we need to regulate digital money on: July 11, 2018, 09:57:08 PM
Digital currency is design to be totally free from all kides of external interference and also crypto currency is so  decentralized to the point that no one can thoroughly control nore regulate it activities, bitcoin most especially can never be regulated the government and other attacker's of crypto freedom will soon give up on they quest to discredit digital currency.
1227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of bitcoin in Nigeria on: July 11, 2018, 09:50:17 PM
Nigeria as the giant of Africa as always acclaimed should stand up to her responsibility and become the first African country to legalized bitcoin and the use of the blockchain technology as their alternative financial institutions and adopt bitcoin as her national secondary currency. But before that they need to deal with the issue of corruption which bitcoin can become a major tool in doing that.
1228  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: July 08, 2018, 08:15:59 PM
Usually they recommend you to diversify your investment, so you avoid losses.

But as a real approach, having $1.5k, would you invest in how many cryptocurrencies ?

What if I invest little by little, only in Bitcoin, would that work as well ?
When it comes to investment you have to be calculative in other not to invest into failed project and in diversifying your crypto investment you may choose to invest about 70% of your capital in bitcoin and then spread the remaining 30% into other promising altcoins, because bitcoin with it high market cap has little risk but you must be ready to hold for long.
1229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin Die because of global Regulations? on: July 08, 2018, 08:02:06 PM
I never thought for once that bitcoin will not one day be regulated for goodness sake we don't expect bitcoin with a very high market capitalization which runs into billions of dollars will be left so decentralized, the government are afraid of bitcoin and what will happen to they centralized financial system and at that will do what ever is possible for bitcoin to be control but I know it going to take a long time before they can achieve that.
1230  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: July 08, 2018, 07:54:37 PM
It very possible to launder money using bitcoin in fact bitcoin is the best tool for money laundering and that is one of the reasons most government and countries are against the idea of bitcoin and due to bitcoin being a decentralized currency it very hard or even impossible for it to be trace, so corrupt government officials will take advantage of that and use bitcoin to steal money out of they country without trace.
1231  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: July 07, 2018, 08:07:59 PM
Bitcoin is built with the capacity to move to any limit in price at any period in time, because since it operate on the economic law of demands and supply it price can either go up to any level or come down to any level, and since bitcoin does not have a fix price so at that the market is free to be at any price.
1232  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: July 07, 2018, 07:59:20 PM
I am fairly new to the crypto world. During my short time, I have contemplated how crypto will go down over the next few years.

Slowly, over time more regulations will be adopted worldwide. This is not because regulators are scared that people are getting scammed, but because they will start limiting this world from us small fish so the banks and "qualified" investors can tke over. All the large banks will then push their own crypto, and we will be left with nothing.

In my opinion, it is in our best interest to gain enough profit so we will have the funds to become qualified investors, and be able to re-enter the markets through the banks exchanges.

What does everyone else think? Do you think the big fish will continue allowing us to do trading long term, or are our days numbered?
The bank and big cooperation and whales will always need us to survive if they ever succeede in that aspects as stated above, but the fact still remains that no coin that will ever be created by bank can ever stand with bitcoin most especially because bitcoin Is the highest decentralized digital currency which is one of the unique feature of crypto currency and the bank creating they own coin has violate that feature of it being decentralized and not control by any one or organization. So bitcoin especially will still stand out.
1233  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Restore it's Place in the Market? on: July 07, 2018, 07:51:25 PM
Bitcoin as a volatile asset is very hard to be predicted because no one can rightly say what will happened in the bitcoin market in the future and again bitcoin has no fix price so at any point that the level of the demands change it will reflect on the price, bitcoin with what we hard in the previous year will recover and even pass the price it was before the end of last year 2017. But in at that any thing can still happen since it demands that determine the price.
1234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite source of information about cryptocurrency news ? on: July 07, 2018, 07:47:04 PM
Well I think this forum is the best such of information when it comes to cryptocurrencies and again this forum serve as the highest and best cryptocurrencies library and it has always being very helpful to us all, and also if you which to learn about the fundamental of cryptocurrencies you may wish to visit coindesk.com it another good source of crypto information.
1235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian exchanges have announced that no crypto-fiat exchanges will be allowed . on: July 07, 2018, 07:43:10 PM
That is a bad news there coming from India and another attack on cryptocurrencies this will definitely lower the eas of doing crypto and online transactions within that jurisdictions, but even at that there are other mean such as the use of exchange site which normally run as an application on smart phone that crypto users can use to exchange crypto to faint so is not a big deal.
1236  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: July 06, 2018, 09:16:01 PM
Well it all depends on you understanding of the market both the alt you are holding and bitcoin you intend to invest in, some time some altcoins are easily pump and dump so selling them to buy bitcoin will rather be a good decision because bitcoin has more market cap and capacity to continue and mentain it price for long then all this altcoin.
1237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most glorious coin now? on: July 06, 2018, 09:08:55 PM
Well I think if bitcoin remains stagnated other altcoins will not be able to rise in price because bitcoin is the basis for their rising, and if they is any altcoin that will do well in the cryptocurrencies market it should be etheruem because it operate on a higher level which will make it easy for wider adoption.
1238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodlers will not change the world on: July 06, 2018, 09:04:54 PM
You are right I have never for once agreed with the saying that holding will change the situation of things in the crypto market because there is little gain in doing nothing, in fact the interest you gain on you hodle asset is as a result of other peoples action either selling or buying. So hodle is not the savior but demands is high demands is what change the market not just holding.
1239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = New world order agenda? on: July 06, 2018, 08:58:58 PM
Despite the fact that I believe in some of this conspiracy theorists all over saying one thing or the other about bitcoin I still believe that santashi nakamoto is not an organization but a person who spirit is in the member of this great bitcoin community, no doubt that America may be the first world leader to adopt bitcoin due to the inability of the us dollar to stand with bitcoin in the exchange market in the future the fact still remains that America is not where bitcoin originated from and they are not the soul owner of bitcoin.
1240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is 2018 the year when crypto goes mainstream on: July 05, 2018, 09:50:22 PM
Since bitcoin is a very volatile asset it very hard for one to state the stage which can be referred to as the mainstream stage because of it volatility, but with what we have recorded so for bitcoin is going to do little this year 2018 because of the current crisis bitcoin is facing in terms of it price.
